1 year, 10 months ago @malcolmsmith6449 “Why are we brining so many immigrants here if we know they don’t have housing?”\n\nSo Anya, what was your commission take in 2022 and 2023? An agent asking that rhetorical question is beyond ironic. 5:04 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @JamesBrunhilde-q7i I think Trudeau & his cabinet meant well with their immigration policies. However, they lacked the competence to understand the impact of same policies.\n\nThey are ‘learning on the fly’ 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @whitecapmadness7181 Businesses in Canada save money by hiring new immigrants, so Canadians can't get jobs.\n Thanks Justin 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @marshferguson4737 Not one comment agrees with this journalists take on immigration!! Libs must of paid for this guy to spin immigration. Its actually very insulting! 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @albertmills9365 I don't really understand why it's alright for Japan and Korea to take a stand against immigrants that aren't culturally similar, but it isn't for Western nations like Canada. 97 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @kjr963 I am an immigrant myself , cameto canada 15 years ago from India as a student. Back then we dint come to get PR but to improve our skills , there was really only 4 universities we all came to UoT, mcgill, Uof A and BC, to do our postgraduate studies in engineering, medicine and business. We applied only when we got full or partial scolarship….. i now work in a canadian base cmpany as mid level engineering manager. .. the quality of indian students coming in has gone down …kids enrolling in diploma mills and their strategy is to work in tim hortons, because the paid 25 k for tution they are entitled to pr and a job … crazy 12 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @kenpierard5161 The Liberal government knowingly allowed this to happen. Low supply of housing and huge demand because of failed immigration policies 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @lovelivelife3092 Sounds like its also a human being priorities problem to many adults want to keep up an image for social media 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @chasenicholson3927 Trudeau said he will replace us . And he meant it . Let’s take our country back ! 2 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @johnstevens213 Why do we need this? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @MasonB88 No one is anti immigration. We are against dumb leaders making dumb decisions. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @muhammadhazmi8039 Immigrants are not the problem of immigration. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @karlpark8575 Justin Trudeau is destroying Canada and he won't leave until next election. Even ten years ago, housing wasn't out of reach for many Canadians. Now it is very difficult and I feel terrible for young Canadians and new immigrants. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @shambles416 Enough is enough, let's take care of our own people now and by that I mean the people that actually give AF about Canada 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @saltchuckwest Like the UK gov't, bad policies are being objected to by citizens and gov't sidesteps with insincere language and takes zero responsibility for their decisions. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @pirateking5085 We all know who destroyed Canada....J.T ?? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @marshferguson4737 I wonder how much that guy makes on immigrants coming in? Because none of what he said makes any sense! We cant just start building a ton of infrastructure when we dont have the freakin money! Immigration is hurting our economy as the unemployment rate rises. There's hardly any full time positions. Not impressed about this piece is trying to spin this into a positive!! SHAME 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @sharpshooter012345 Those encampments are all across the nation & that's very concerning. They need to tackle the ongoing poverty and homelessness issue first before welcoming more migrants into the country. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @tropicaltrev1617 I think we should hear the opinions of Native Canadians!? 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @fiaskolo Canada is driven by an ideology that overrides logic and reason. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @michaelg1778 No standards in terms of who we bring into the country, it's mostly people who are here to exploit the system or don't contribute in any way. It's just the government doing this unchecked and banks and others lobbying for it because it's just untapped source of victims they can exploit as well. Then there just isn't enough housing available, that's no secret. So for people like this Daniel Bernhard guy to say it isn't the massive influx of people causing any issues is incredibly disingenuous. \nIf you increase immigration, be more selective and not all from the same country. There needs to be more control over the entire immigration system so it doesn't spiral out of control and now everyone is suffering, not just those coming to this country. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @sedled2829 We need a better way to use immigrants then the lowest city jobs, we need labourers and construction builders. Brining young people with no skils will lead to a weak culture w a weaker identity 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @thevineetmishra226 While some comments suggest that so-called immigration consultants from other countries are responsible for sending students, isn't it ultimately the responsibility of the Canadian government to reject the visas? If I were to send 1 million students tomorrow, would you blame me, or the government that approved visas for these 1 million students? 2 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @zeshaanali8157 Can't have endless immigration, it's enough 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @robertnewell5057 Probably looked across the pond 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @GemmaHentsch Lazy journalism not looking at the actual causes of price increases, namely price gouging by landlords and property developers (as well as other gougers in the system). 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @GemmaHentsch The First Nations people would like a word about the country not being “what I want” 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @Ccb88888 Indians should be getting educated in Canada, and then returning home with their skills and talents to build up their country. That’s what the Taiwanese and Koreans did. Look at their countries now. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @canadaclub8920 immigration was the only viable option to grow the economy since canadian companies dont invest in workers. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @gyanendrakumar2350 Lots of immigrants ( special students gave $30 billion to Canada education system) and cheap labour for business, helped Canada, not to get in recession after covid. But, it is a temporary solution. . ....Canada is next Italy or Greece... 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @DalitisHebrewnotHindu Knock on St Justin of Cannabis door . He will tell you why Canada ?? is broken . 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @hectochango5831 This is what you all voted for ? feelings and the alphabet people over reality led to this. ? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @DigSamurai It's easy to blame immigrants and PM Trudeau for infrastructure and housing issues, but these are long-standing problems. Canada, especially Toronto, hasn't built enough housing for decades under multiple prime ministers. Inflation and interest rates have worsened the situation, and it's not just about building more affordable homes.\n\nThese are complex problems. Canada, like all developed nations, needs immigration. We can debate the numbers but not the need. Even if we stopped immigration tomorrow, the need for more affordable housing wouldn't change. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @johnjylanne7100 Trudeau signed Canada up for the UN Compact for Safe, Orderly & Regular Migration in 2018 because he is a globalist lackey. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @marshferguson4737 The liberals did this on purpose to gain new tax revenues! For corporations to get cheap labor. For Canadians to leave so canada can be a cheap labor country while making more money for the rich and politicians. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @JimmyHeight GET OUT 2 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @yurimendez5987 There are enough resources in this country to solve these problems. The problem is that the system is increasingly rigged against the poor and the middle class. The tax system favors evasion from corporations and the rich. The political system has been bribed out (lobbied out they call these days) Trudeau is just putting out fires and maintaining the status quo while pretending that he cares. It is questionable that the conservatives are interested in fixing those problems. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @falconeaterf15 So long as the rich people have someone to fix their cars and mow their lawns, nothing will change. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @yolandagofigure Are country is broken...we must ??? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @dmak90 It is absolutely laughable that anyone would ignore the degradation of Canada thanks to the insane immigration policies that are both exploitative and predatory. I work in a field where I speak with hundreds of Canadians a month, and the ratio of immigrant to Canadian born individual I speak to is 4:1. The problem is NOT with the immigrants but the policies, and those of us who work and pay taxes who essentially support the integration/lifestyle of some of these immigrants should NOT be shamed into hiding for expressing our concerns. Canada has to reform all immigration policies immediately. Let’s get housing, healthcare and public services in place before we allow hundreds of thousands more people into Canada. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @hermannarminius7746 It's worsening the housing crisis 1 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @heydude1643 International students specifically coming to Toronto, go to diploma mill colleges under the guise of getting permanent residency status. What job prospects did you think were available to you graduating from Northern College or Algoma? lol……. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
