1 year, 10 months ago @satoriR UK has the same problem, the government has not focused on the local people. They just look at migrants as cheap labour . 45 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @edytatehrani3934 Because Canada under Trudeau had very bad immigration policy. Canadians are not against immigration. They are against mass low skilled immigration that we don't have the resources to absorb. 873 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @jabez5366 We NEED more hospitals! 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @MariaCarabin Very interesting (I’m an adopted Swiss woman teaching German to migrants, so it’s interesting comparing our situation to other countries). 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @tylert9875 I had applied for Canadian immigration 2 years back, have a phd in Economics, hold Post Graduate Diploma in Communication and Visual arts, am from the hills in India. I never got the approval despite having money to pay for all. Then came to know someone with basic school education got the approval for driving cars in Canada. Decided to move to china instead and am happy with the decision. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Skypie61 Immigration is needed to replace 330K mortaly rate per annum. But 2023 was 2.2 million people according to IRCC Fed Government statistics...This is the best video regarding immigration challenges in Western Countries...Well done? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @RobMcBean There is plenty of vacant or underused housing in Toronto. The problem is that rich people ain't sharing. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @amunra5330 I guess this was how the Native Americans felt when Europeans colonized Canada? Karma... 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @stanleystanley5856 The problem with some of the immigration is that some forget the values and ethics! Something simple is like waiting in a que or driving on the road.\n\nThis idea of Canada dream is a false dream cannot start a family or buy a house.\n\nI’m saying that - Canada is land of opportunity, if inflation was a lot lower and salaries were not living hand to mouth. People’s quality of life would improve and people would be happier which would result in playing staying in Canada and helping the country grow.\n\nWhat is failing Canada is excuses blaming 1980 1990 is poor we in 2024 country has had 24 years to move forward. With Justin pushing for immigration so hard, housing should have been kept on par with it. This is a government fail. Sooner or later water and hydro will feel the pitch of the population and then Canada will fall from 1st world to 3rd world and people will be looking back not knowing how they got here so quickly. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @nonamespls3468 I thought of moving to Canada too, but it felt really impractical. Canada is expensive, even to locals. This is what you get when you prioritize corporations over people, making the rich richer, and poor poorer. High rise condominiums bought by tax-evaders, and money launderers from all over the world, instead of livable communities. Happens almost everywhere in the world. I think everyone needs to live simpler, live in the province, or work from home, the cities are really getting unlivable nowadays, full of greedy corporations constantly fed by their cousins in the ranks. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @rapmamori4136 Same here in Australia, too much immigration is bad for Australians and also for immigrants. And im also an immigrant. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @paulj124 Time to start exploring beyond Toronto and our big cities. Too many Canadians and new Canadians can't seem to look past Toronto. Those that can't pay the price, others make the big moves. I'd say quit complaining. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @Meatball613 recent influx of immigrants has destroyed Canada! makes me so angry - just too much!! 1 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @JurgenHundo 3 solutions to the immigration problem: \n\n1. Curb or lessen immigration \n2. Build more infrastructure (e.g ghettos, projects or new apartments) for new immigrants\n3. Build more cities or expand existing ones 2 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @jhrusa8125 Why don't people just spread out and live in less expensive communities? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @mardischwenger8968 No strategy, that's Trudeau's legacy. Vote for change, vote for common sense. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @mattsmelley5569 Not enough housing.,..cut, build more, use all resources, add more people..more more more?? 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @inmotionadvertising2276 I think a strong question to ask is why does one country get 70% of the immigrants. Thats not diversity either. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @AbbyA-z6j Interesting. So this is not limited to one country, or even one continent. 0 txyjmNXcWiU

1 year, 10 months ago @beverleyreid563 We need more of this in order to understand how to resolve this issue. It's alarming and very concerning. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @mydogisbailey In order for there to be an honest and effective conversation about potential solutions, people and the media MUST stop equating anti-immigration with racism or xenophobia. Otherwise it just shuts down conversations. Immigration is an economic lever like any other, and there are moments to turn it on and off. 1 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @davetherave1230 This is happening all over the west, it's due to the poor fertility rates therefore theres too few people working and too many people retired.\nAnd also the business class want to drive down wages. 11 txyjmNXcWiU
1 year, 10 months ago @rotopope The government is trying to depress wages and solidify a permanent underclass of renters. 0 txyjmNXcWiU
