If the delivery guy tries to scam, he can file a complaint with the company. The customer can face a civil lawsuit in this case for mental harassment and racial \ndiscrimination, 1 zea83ANExdM

Yes he was abusing which makes him completely wrong, but if you compare it to India it happens even in India some people abuse all the time. But the delivery driver should have kept the change on him especially if the customer pressed cash in the app. Not sure what the best solution should have been in this situation.
