In Canada, it's by law that the customer received changes. \n\nFrom watching this video start to end. There's was nothing that the customer said it's indicated any racism. \n\n\nSure the customer used colorful languages by expressing his frustration. The app/restaurants need to verifying, if the payment it's cash or app. The client it's not at fault. Granted the video isn't the full story. \n\nIn short, it's the duty of the delivery guy to give change. Tips it's a privilege, not backed by law. \n\nGood job on both sides for keep it professional with no physical violence. \n\nAgain, no racism was used. The client simply want to protect himself by recording it. |
