US limits a number of H1B visas and PRs per nationality so things are not as extreme as Canada. I sometimes feel sorry my Indian/Chinese peers are struggling with visa to live in the states and that's what the government has to control. 0 w9A7dqrRSCc

Immigrants both in US and Canada always work very hard, they tend to focus a lot on getting a good education so they can get good jobs. I did not encounter any other nationality other than Indians from Asia. I’m told the problem is baby boomer doctors are retiring so not enough doctors. BS,the problem is the population is much greater than the resources needed to support it. I can proudly say that I contribution to health care was greatly recognized. I must agree that when you live in Canada one must adopt to Canadian culture.
