2 years, 11 months ago @barryhall8461 I'm Canadian. I wouldn't move to the United States under ANY circumstance. It is a country of GREED and Immorality. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @rogercarmel6619 I enjoy visiting the USA every year, sometimes twice a year. It’s a nice place to visit but you would have to pay me to live there...unfortunately, I don’t need any extra money at this point in my life. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @mobiousenigma mais non tabernak...lol hell no is close enough literal translation of french profanity is strange its all religious based but literally it is but not tabernacle ...which would mean more or less not me profanity... im cdn we got more room and 1/10 the people and i think we are crowded up here 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @jchristian8792 Will not visit the US, move to the US, will not buy US products unless no possible alternative. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lakeluv195 Nope. No. Never. Over my dead body. And yeah....... I have zero desire to even visit the U.S. anymore. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @judybrown1446 Nice place to visit but I wouldn’t want to live there. I would like to visit the Petrified Forest. I’ve been to New York, Florida, New England States, Michigan, Ohio and Iowa. I found the people very friendly but LOUD, LOL. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @pierrefireball2505 OH HECK! No way, I would not move to the USA. I would move to many European Countries way before moving to the USA. First of all, our health care is a fact we do not need to worry. Second we do not have all your freaking problems with people that think Trump is a GOD given to them. We do not have religions anywhere near politics here. I agree depending where you are living the climat does influence us, but that is because 95% of our population live about 1 hour away to the USA. Yet I do not remember the last time I was visiting friends in the USA. But visiting friends in European Countries a few months ago, and going back again to visit them, yup going to France, UK, Germany, Austria and Russia. We do not get while eating in a restaurant: Oh! gosh again those americain that think everyone speak English and hamburger with fries is the top of the chain food. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @zarkyguy1008 You say school showings aren't that bad. Search school shooting canada total ever, then search America school shootings this year.\nAfter that search mass shootings by country. \nThen you will realize why Canadaians don't want to move to the US. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @BobbyLachapelle No thanks. It would be like traveling back in time in the middle age. Maybe in Vermont. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @piratticus I have to say that I generally like your videos...but the fact that you decided not to continue with the comment the person left in regards to not being forced to carry a fetus, or being able to love/marry/be who you are regardless of your genitalia spoke volumes as to the descrimination that is so normalized in the US. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @gregorymackenzie1108 Not a chance. Abortion is universal health care in Canada and a woman's choice not decided by some 50+ year old male. The US has no universal medical care, gerrymandering, crazy firearm legislation, different culture, rampant racism, anti-gay, Fox isn't journalism and we have laws about that, sorry folks. The US seems culturally backward. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @selalewow 9:30 Actually, Tyler, many children are being shot on a daily basis in the USA, just maybe not in schools. America has over 100 times the numbers of guns deaths for children per capita than Canada. Also your mass shootings are so prevalent that they do not even make the top news in the US anymore, but the rest of the world sees it. I can't even think of the last time we in Canada had a mass school shooting. It does happen, very rarely, about once every 3-4 years, but it is mostly just one on one violence. I think it was 2006 when we last had a mass, indiscriminate shooting in a school. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Goldrefinedthrufire A couple hundred bucks a month? And doesnt cover everything? Like accidents or surgery? So what is it paying for? I dont have even one bill a month over $150. Except rent 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @jayneelinor The fact that you skipped over the comments about abortion and LGTBQ2S rights likely sums up why alot of Canadians wouldn't live there. These are huge human rights issues an should be an honest part of this conversation. If you can't handle the answers, don't ask the question! 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @hikinganddrone WHY? HELL NOOOOOOO 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @crazycorgihonkhonkgofreedo6021 I’m Canadian and love Americans and the country I would go 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @jotaygirl63 No but would you consider moving to Canada? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @grantsapain Over four times as many Canadians moved to the US last year, than vice versa... 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @davidmalarkey1302 Tyler why would anyone want to move to America? America is a 3rd world country in respect of the provision of basic human rights for its citizens. Healthcare, affordable housing, education, workers' rights, and work-life balance also mass shootings. You live in a country where they value the gun more than human life if that wasn't the case they'd change the law but they don't want to because it's of no advantage to them politically and donation-wise from the NRA. Here in the Uk, we changed the law in 1996 after the Dunblane Massacre and have not had a mass shooting since in Australia they did the same after Port Arthur with the same result. The 2nd amendment can be changed clue is in the title it's an amendment. America it's about rights and freedom workers don't have any rights and freedom that were taken away from women to have the freedom of choice about abortion under any circumstances. So much for the land of the free. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @sheldorleconcher8870 I love living in a very diverse city and there's no way in hell I'd ever move south. 3 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Shanny11p @TylerBucket - wtf man, you skip ahead in the comment when you read 1 thing about women's reproductive health. Also, the rest of the comment had pretty compelling reasoning that you should have given proper time to validate. Ooof man, epic fail... but typically american. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @tammiespinks8806 Never Ever. I'm aghast at how surprised you are about the people worried about shooting. You keep saying just be strategic where you live. The way things are going with the shootings and how many a day. It will happen in your area to people you know. I'm so shocked how desensitized you are. Wow!! That exactly one of the reasons I wouldn't you don't even have conversations about it. It's like pop that bubble dude. Here even if you don't agree or have opinions about religion LBGTQ+ we tend to mind our own business. I'm a believer if people are kind and not hurting people why should someone care what someone else is doing. Everything I see now a days down tbere omg especially people that are supposed to be deciding things for the people are just mean racist and full of hate for another human being. If it doesn't affect you move on. Ugh! I really always say I'm am so grateful I was born here. We got it going on. Such a violent country not at war. I won't even buy anything that is made in the US. I don't want my money going down there. Especially after that moron Trump got in office. People are going wonky down there 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Jdat1212 It’s not about choosing where you want to be in the United States. Your income dictates where you live. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @pomptonqueen What great insurance are you getting through work? My premium goes up every year. I have to spend $6ooo before it even kicks in and then they only pay 80% of covered items. Canada has us beat hands down. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @jamesmillar5951 Government sells out it's people. Foreign policy is downright evil. Health insurance system is incentivized to deny you care. Religious fundamentalism. Insane gun culture that literally results in more mass shootings per year than days. Supreme Court actively trying to take away your rights. One of the top presidential candidates is an outright fascist with a cultlike following...... You couldn't pay me enough to move there. There are third world countries that are more safe and have better conditions if you're poor. I even avoid visiting there if I can help it. And I previously lived there for 3 years. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. The country is insane. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @mashdown3 Quietly please. I don't want a bunch of Americans moving here 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @wendymortimer6862 Can you really not see that the US is a failed and failing society with so many problems and no consensus to make it better? You all seem to tell each other constantly how great your country is and how it’s the best in the world at everything while not looking at how bad it is or looking at how good some other countries in the world are. It’s very depressing. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @LoveWinsMovement Everywhere that people in the US feel safe only exists until a mass shooting happens there! 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @katzzz3355 I would never move to the US for all the reasons mentioned. The US is a great country, but it’s not for me. It’s not Canada. I❤?? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @garygagnon5057 I`m Canadian, and did move to the USA, then moved back to Canada. Americans are Taxed on every dollar they earn, most states have to pay Fed an State tax, Health Care cost is way to high, when they economy goods bad, it goes south really fast. America tax on avg 22%, Canada 15%, America state tax 5.75%, Canada 0%, America sales tax 7.4%, Canada 7% plus 5% GST, however you get the GST back when you file you`re taxes. The 1 thing I really like were the people, made some very good friends but, they are not very educated, most people don`t leave they`re state, because they can see the world on TV, so why travel, as I was told. 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lynndenault8198 The French is a swear word. Tabernacle - it is a big no no as it is against the Catholic church. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lynndenault8198 6:25 I don't think that what he is saying (the rant of criticism) is right on. No child should ever die in a school -ever - guards should not be needed. Do you know that there are more mass shootings in the USA than any other country? That makes no sense. Abortion rights are in danger. What might come next? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lynndenault8198 The USA is OK for the rich but not for others. I don't want to be anywhere where people are allowed to carry guns 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lynndenault8198 Education is better for all here. It is hard to describe but the culture is very different. We are not American and the rest of the world needs to learn that. 7 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @lynndenault8198 Not now, not ever. We are very much of the British/French model. I have more in common with people from Great Britain than I do with the USA. On vacations, the Americans are the most rude and obnoxious, sadly. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @cjohansen6693 School shootings don’t happen only in cities. That’s the scary part. They could happen anywhere in the US. In Canada I have never been worried about my kids safety at school. Our mindset is the total opposite of Americans when it come to guns and “their rights”. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @althiapowell3911 No, too many mass shootings. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @aleyashirazee3082 Thank you for doing this 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @amyjean999 How can you avoid discussing gay rights, trans rights and women's right to bodily autonomy when asking this question? 3 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @markmiller4609 I have commented before I am of Native decent registered with a Haudenosaunee/ Iroquois (Mohawk Nation) here in Canada I have a Cousin on a Haudenosaunee/ Iroquois (Seneca Nation) In New York State She has dual Citizenship I have been helping her and one of her kids to try to get registered in Canada through her grandparents with my Nation.\n\nYou know it bad when even Americans 1st people what to leave their own land and head North 1 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @RichEmbury I have a lot of US friends, many of them women with children. A lot are worried about their children in USA schools or just going to the playground. The USA has had more than 200 mass shootings in half of 2023 alone, Canada RARELY has mass killings ever...let alone hundreds a year in the US. it's a thing for sure. Plus we have everything the USA has and more. That being said, I love my US brothers and sisters. We rely on each other for a lot of things. But it should also be noted, all our famous Canadians end up in the US, so if any of us won the lottery or be one famous, we will probably move there too ? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @loishowell517 Never in my life would I move to the US… not a chance. What would be the reason? To get shot? To go back 80 years as a woman… ? \nforget it… never ever.. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @surfskate3 I Canada and USA were the same country I would often got south for better weather. And try to work seasonal work so I could work in Canada maybe paving roads then south for winter 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @mariejoseehuot4072 Hello no... don't even feel safe to go on a trip / vacation anymore . 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @sharonmaclean8122 I would NEVER EVER CONSIDER MOVING TO US. Hear to much going on in many states. Hate what trump has done to it. 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @gregwil694 I moved to an Island on the west coast in Washington State for 10 years. It was a very nice place to live and in general the people were cool to be around. 2 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @stevebouchard4298 My best analogy would be ; Canada = Marge Simpson USA = Homer Simpson. With who would you prefer to live with? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @joycebarker2288 Uk born and bred move to Canada 1978…never ever would live in the States.\nWhile over there one day a man asked me what did I think about America..deep breath I said never met an American I didn’t like but….Americans do not know what is going on in the outside world, they think they are the b all and end all yet they nothing about their own country hell they don’t know what is going in the next state to them.\nI asked did you ever think about the fact that the reason that in the constitution to bare arms was because of invasion, enemies invading your country and property because why the hell are you all armed…Oh he has never thought about that.\nAfter watching Jamal aka Jamal trying to watch teenagers in the states being asked very basic questions about the USA the answers were cringeworthy ..\nYour education stinks ,your healthcare is a money grabbing system..yes beautiful places to go to visit and that’s it..? 0 O0gJtVar7_E
2 years, 11 months ago @Mielououou All the nopes that ever noped in nopeland. Why? I’m a pro-choice, left-leaning, anti-guns, LGBTQ+ ally, anti-racism, feminist, atheist single mother. In other words, I stand for everything the US hates… 0 O0gJtVar7_E
