This was the best speech Prime Minister Trudeau ever gave, hands-down. As a Canadian, I pray for President Trump to come to his senses. May Canadians and Americans stick to our long and enduring friendship and not let politicians divide us. ✊️

Trump gave earlier the real reason why he started this trade war: he wants Canada to become the 51st state of the USA. He also wants Greenland so he can secure the Northern passage.\nCanada is a country of the British Commonwealth, and it is interesting that Trudeau met with King Charles last week. Oddly enough, the British Prime Minister dodged questions from White House reporters on this topic.\nNow about the G7 forthcoming summit: Trump is a convicted felon and may not attend without the permission of the host country, which this year happens to be Canada!

I’m a Canadian and no fan of Prime Minister Trudeau. It’s unfortunate the best speech he ever gave was after he resigned as Prime Minister. What he has said in this speech is absolutely true, despite the fact, I think Trump is doing some good things for the USA. This Terrif war with your neighbour is stupid. Unfortunately for us in Canada our Prime Minister has not given us the tools and freedom to grow economically and prosper the way we should have. Canadians should be living like Kings, but unfortunately are living paycheque to paycheque because of the stranglehold that our Prime Minister has put on businesses and its citizens. Now Canada has very little leverage, I believe to fight this Terrif war. Canada has become a pure Cradic nightmare, like the previous administration in the United States were overtaxed over regulated and spend money like drunken sailors on stupid things that don’t help us grow and prosper.

tRump gave the Prime Minister the best gift ever, a war that Canada didn't start but rallies the whole country together against an antagonistic bully. Trudeau will get a 20 point bump in his approval ratings and go out a winner.

Prime Minister Trudeau, I am an American and do not agree with what Trump is doing. Yiu gave my full support. Trump is out of his mind, and so are the people who are behind his lunacy!

As a Canadian screw Trudeau . I'm ashamed to call him my prime minister. At least his dad gave us the bill of rights and freedoms which is a historic document... His son aka Justin is literally ruining Canada .\n\nSo far he's put us in a tonne of debt , has no economic knowledge/political experience, is a hypocrite, went back on his promise for electoral reform (as the old system made him win lol) , is an Islamic extremist apologist , literally gave millions of tax $ to a terrorist because he was detained in Guantanamo aka Omar Khadar -_- etc ... The list goes on.\n\nWasting my tax dollars on people who not only are breaking the law but it's a joke - They just literally walk on over. Many have no skills or anything to actually bring to Canada either. They're not asylum seekers. They're economic migrants who broke the law by coming to the states illiegaly. Now because you actually have a president with balls to kick them out to where they came from they're coming to Canada where they know our PM can't even admit there's such a thing as an extremist Muslim. \nHe keeps using the excuse that Canada was built on immigrants.
