This is a complex issue - most communities are suffering from a lack of infrastructure and planning with the sudden mass immigration that's happened. Let me also remind you - Canada is a MULTICULTURAL country, with most of it being TREATY LAND. Which means that at one point, us or our ancestors were the assholes who came here and didn't assimilate.
