What's the purpose of a thumbnail with dirty streets

Hello to this channel... what is the purpose of this video... just wanna know...cuz if you wanna be like a genuine guy or channel you'd been posted the guy's face.. Right...or what are you trying to say tho...!! Maybe many of the viewers doesn't catch it tho...so what's your point through this video....!!!

People talking a lot of negative things in the comment section about Indians being this or Indians being that ?. I think the Indian Govt is ensuring that the passport stays weak. Otherwise, what's stopping the govt from flexing its economic power. The reason is, when its complicated to get a visa to travel abroad, it dissuades Indians from going abroad for tourist purpose and those people travel withing India and that money gets spent in India and boosts Indian economy, and when its complicated to move abroad for work or study, it helps reduce brain drain (but that also needs quality higher education and good employment opportunities to work in the country's favor; not going into whether that's the case or not).
