Oil is heading to $40 per barrel. That's $50 billion dollars more debt PER YEAR than in 2024. When you add on the costs to finance that , you are looking at maybe $70 Billion deficit per year very soon. That is unstainable for such a small population. Then the separatists want to ad at least a trillion dollar loan, to leave Canada and service that debt. Where is all this massive wealth the separatist spew? Then she wants to wait another year for the people to tell her what to do about it. She is totally insane. Danielle, the worst Premiere in Alberta's history. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. Strange how Canada has finally stepped up to order military equipment, military personal, borders in the North and with USA borders putting more man power and technology. American here that has extensive relationships in Canada. We don’t want this tariff war but the tariffs being implemented first by the Trump administration on behalf of US were punitive for violating USMCA and tied directly to the border defects. This was made known in advance and you repeated empty promises. Take your medicine and get well fast. Instead of doing that, you are taking an action that will beget reciprocal tariffs. Implement $30B and Trump will add $30B….add another $125B later and Trump will add another $125B. Heads up….America wants good partners and looks forward to being past this as well. In the meantime, we are prepared to pay more (or live with less) as we get back up on our feet. We have a lot of internal healing and cannot carry any other countries right now. As a Brit... I've been to Canada many times (the first time as a soldier in 1981) and of late in the likes of BC, I've fished there. Love, love, love Canada and the Canadians. As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. Both countries benefited from having a good relationship and now the great US has no one willing to challenge Mr Trump on this idiotic move, America is alienating themselves from a lot of countries and regular Americans are the ones who are going to suffer from this fall-out, the rich won't be affected but regular working class folks your stress is going to get a whole lot worse and that's unfortunate. I’m a 53 year old Canadian. I went to college on an athletic scholarship & lived there for 10 years after turned professional in my sport. Why, why, why - with all the problems going on in the world right now to tackle - why would you want to start a trade war with your closest trading partner & most loyal ally? Not to mention that your list of Allies is shrinking daily. This is not going to end well for either of us. \nI just arrived home from a trip to the grocery store - making sure nothing in my cart said “ made in the USA” on it due to the new tariffs that began today. \nThe irony is, many of the states where Trump won by the biggest margin, are the states that are going to get hit the hardest from Canadian retaliation tariffs ( Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Indiana, the Dakotas - just to name a few). A lot of farmers in those states are going to be hit extremely hard with the fertilizer tax. After Canada, the next 3 largest Potash producers are Russia, Belarus & China. So , good luck \nWhen the cost of fruit & vegetables skyrocket across the US. Maybe you’ll put a little more thought into your vote 4 years from now.

I live by the Canadian border. It is NOT easy to cross. Trump is lying and just trying to make himself look good even knowing tht Canada is willing to be a partner in combating illegal drugs. He wanted to get his court problems etc off his table. He had to get elected. And ELON helped that. Without Elon the shadow president he wouldn't have. Hell Elon had to pay people to vote for him.

This means your vote and opinions DO count. I know it is incredibly difficult to reach for and find answers in a world where your president or primary candidate throws 'fake news' in your face on a regular basis. He is actually telling the truth. When he is not telling you is that he is a primary enabler of 'fake news'. To him, only his word is law, only his opinion matters, only he deserves to be on top, and he deserves authority over all of your lives. Do the right thing, we all have a civil duty to understand our candidates to the very best of our ability. When a man has been convicted of dozens of felonies, and we tell you that this is only what we were willing to expose. You may want start believing us. The genuine facts of his past are unilaterally corrupting to our children and good people alike. Do not let the american people repeat their mistakes, force Mr. Trump to atone for his mistakes. No not empower him to sweep them under the rug for the sake of his own arrogance, because that is exactly what he is doing by trying to dismantle the CIA and FBI. I was glad that not too long ago... Trump actually did say the truth to the American people: Canada imports 95% of it's goods from the USA... with us refusing to buy American, with all of us buying Canadian or International products instead... how will he be making America great again ?? I support Trump and I support MAGA. However a president needs to keep his word and Trump appears to have broken his word here. He asked Canada to reign in illegal immigration to the US and Canada complied. He said do something about fetanyl and Canada did. Trump said the tariff's were because Canada was not acting on these but now they have and we imposed the tariff's anyway. We look like liars and cheats. \nEven with Mexico we threatened tariffs if they didn't help with crackdown on illegal immigration, fetanyl, and drug cartels. Mexico complied and is also helping us. And we still slapped tariffs on them. We lied to Mexico too. \nAnd now we want everyone to trust us to negotiate a peaceful end to the Ukraine war with Trump threatening more sanctions on China and the EU. What the heck should they trust us and believe us after what we just did. \nWhen it comes to defining your character your willingness to keep your word overrules absolutely everything else. Our president gave his word that if these countries took certain actions there would be no tariffs. They did and now he slapped them both in the face with sanctions anyway. He broke his word. This is a dishonorable action. I hope it does not escalate from there. \nIf it was about promoting or building domestic industries, I think the Canadians could have helped us with that but now.... good luck now that bridge has been burned.

All Trump has been asking for all along is for Canada & Mexico to DO THEIR PART in stemming the illegal immigration and Fentanyl from crossing into the United States. Nearly 100,000 Americans die each year from Fentanyl overdoses. The raw ingredients come from China and into their respective nations, where they are processed and made into Fentanyl, then brought into the U.S. Neither nation has taken Trump seriously and Biden didn't give a crap and actually assisted with bringing in more of everything. Now both nations get to deal with the results of their inactions. Remember, these are reciprocatory tariffs to simply equal what American goods are charged by Canada & Mexico already. NOW everyone is on an equal playing field. If these nations want lower tariffs, they can go first and then the U.S. will match it to theirs... It's that simple.
