deport them all. no more immigrants and no more refugees!! no housing, no social services, no health care, no child tax benefits, no food bank access. They wont stay long. NONE! WE ARE DONE!! We lived like the old saying "I can change them" and we learned that we can't! They want to change us, not assimilate. The liberals have destroyed our country for votes- it makes me sick.

Why is it that everythingand I mean everything Canadians want the government to do. THEY DON'T!! Immigration, crime,inflation,homelessness, housing,unemployment, border security, drug trafficking,drug over doses, food banks, foreign interference, pipelines,trade deals,natural resources mining, Israeli solidarity. And what do the bankrupt us on? Climate change. Gonna destroy a once great nation over a thing that can't be changed.

Its sad cause there are lovely people from both india and china here that want to live and thrive in canada and be canadian, they dont want the country they left. But for some reason liberal politicians think they need to bring in people from these places who hate us and want to change things. I feel bad for the people who came here to be here genuinely. Nobody can afford anything here now because of being overrun

I guess white people aren't allowed to have a country of their own anymore where they can be around people that share their own culture morals and values with other Christians but yet every other race and religion gets to have their own country that is 99.9% Indian or African or Asian or Muslim but not white people you have to open up your countries and bring people in that want to take over and push your religion and beliefs out yet if we as white people invaded a country and told them they had to change the laws and religioni to fit us that would be colonization and evil really weird how there is a double standard! They will be no countries in 50 years where white people are the majority and it will be hell on Earth for white people i mean look how racist people are to us now with us as the majority!

As someone who is born in Canada as an Indian. This is absolutely sad to here. I want the best for Canadians who are born and raised here. I have 10 years of experience working in the nation I was raised and I am having some people have my job who aren't even fit for the job. It makes no sense to me. Our wages have stalled due to international students for a better life, but at the end I want money just like other Canadians who have been here for ages. Also we need to end why our government allows lucrative hiring contracts overseas for cheaper positions in certain degrees and diplomas. In addition, why are all of our call centers placed all over the world. From Africa, south east Asia, South Asia. Those jobs can be available here. We can have a decomcratic country if our country didn't care about just "growth" we didn't need more immigration. We needed systematic change in government, schools, common sense, I could go on. I think us as Canadians don't know how corrupt the world really is. Look at other countries and how they work. It's lucrative essentives to benefit only certain people. I would rather have our tax payer money be used to fix the system. My dad's been here since the 1980s and he is sad for everyone. This is a loss on both ends. We didn't create new universities, new highways to support the population, no hospitals, new schools. I remember when my class sizes were 18 to 20 kids. We need change, not radical because we were never that. Let's do what we do best and be Canadians for us first.

Canadian that spent 16 years in Japan. I went as an individual. I stayed as an individual. Married a Japanese. Came back to Canada for a pension and can't wait to leave. I were in Japan and if I saw a group of Canadians arrive expecting Japan to change for them, I would have been severely pissed off with them. Every other country and normal immigrant that came as an individual or individual family probably thinks the same way I do. No one in any country likes to see "Mass Immigration" and even Japan these days are looking at an influx of half a million Indians and who knows how many more Africans. This will change Japan and they'll turn a good culture into their shitty culture and I'm not happy with that. I liked being one of few. Yes I had American, Canadian, Australian, Kiwi and British friends as well as Japanese friends. But we were all individuals that adopted the way of living in Japan into our everyday lives. If I go back, I don't want to be in india. It'd be like living in Brampton. What pisses me most is the attitude of that muslim guy. Yes you are out breeding us but not all majorities rule. In Malaysia, Malays rule despite being the smaller population. They have more Chinese and Indians there but they have to live under the rule of the native Malays. So you will have to do the same in Canada despite if your population is larger. You adapt to this country. The country doesn't convert to accomodate you. Individuals are key. Groups are the bane of all countries.

They want to change us into a 3rd world cesspit. Let me ask you this... what happens once Canada becomes the 3rd world?

As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? This will fracture Canada if everyone does that. Do you want this country to become so fractured & terrible that your descendants have to leave for a better country, like you did? Is that what your religion teaches you? Does it state it's perfectly fine to satisfy all your whims & wishes at the expense of others? Are you striving for Canadians to think badly of your race/culture? Are you being a good ambassador to your race/community/culture/religion? Canadians are so friendly & helpful, if you need help, just ask, please don't demand. Learn the language & it's ok to speak broken/pigeon English with gestures to communicate. No one expects you to be an English scholar; you gain respect for trying. Apply some basic Canadians manners, which goes a long way... Please & Thank You, Smile doesn't cost you anything, besides it's good exercise for your facial muscles. I worked my entire career with the public, I very seldom encounter negative feedback when I do the above. If they get nasty, I tell them that's definitely not the Canadian way to make friends & wish them Good Luck! I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! But that would be another hornets nest because our parliament will debate over definition of "Canadian Culture" for decades. Welcome to Canada!😂

This is why I desperately wish there was an actual Libertarian party to vote for in elections! There is a party, but they have not gotten enough signatures to be able to run yet, I don't even know if there is an office or representative in Ontario right now! I wish! Their policies (on paper) seem great, and geared more towards a 'Canada first'/'Canadians First' approach. They touch on a lot of topics and there seem to be a lot of things they want to change! But a government is still a government, they will be motivated by money regardless of any good intentions they may have. So if and when things change, WE NEED TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE! We as the citizens have the power to change things for the better! It's just unfortunate that I see so many people getting pushed down or ignored or hated because they are speaking their mind. Remember, Canada dosen't have laws like the US, our freedoms aren't as protected nor do we have the same freedoms they do (like owning and protecting your own property, or self defense!) We as people need to start being honest and expressing things instead of being terrified of the backlash (of which there will be in these times). The only way we can make progress is by deciding to get out of our comfort zones and standing for what is right! For the freedoms and protections we deserve! To make a future worth living for us and our children! It will not be easy, but when is change ever easy? I hope that one day I won't be terrified of the thought of bringing a life into this world and country. I hope I can be stable enough to be able to give my future children a decent life. But right now? I would never want to have children, things are too unstable and I don't want to bring a child into this country and force them to live a terrible life they never asked for! I desperately want to be able to keep hoping for a better future, a better country, and people who can enjoy their lives instead of constantly worrying and stressing about everything. I hope some can consider looking into the Libertarian party as well! They may be small right now, but they seem to be wanting to right the wrongs that have occured.

I grew up with integration that I LOVED, met people from all over the world. I've been working since I was 14 I've worked for people from all over the world , rented from different people since I was 18 and learned great things I can add to my construction or cooking repertoire that you could possibly couldn't learn in the West without diversity. BUT now we have a group of people coming here buying up businesses while only hiring people from their country buying up single homes putting up crammy 8 plexus, and only renting to people from their home country. If these were French people like my heritage is, I would be even more pissed because I could say something without being called a racist. These immigrants are coming here with one goal retribution against the English Empire for the past or some shit, I dont know, and they're taking it out on us Canadians. over 5 years I've collected proof so I feel very safe coming out now and talking about this because I have everything to back it up. Those single homes I was talking about half of them burned down and they use insurance fraud money add multiple loopholes to use government money along the way as well, that's damn taxpayer money building parts of these homes... I'm a concrete worker they do not let these walls set properly, they don't seal the windows and doors properly, everything's going to leak but because they only rent to people from their home country after 3 years they can take their name off the property and nobody and I mean nobody is going to report leaks because they have a tyrannical control over who they rent to.... I dont even need to name the group because its OBVIOUS, living in the same city most ky life I've seen a drastic change, and this isnt intregation like my family did as they we're the members of french part of the metis tribe long ago. 5 years in a row they have added an average of 70,000 people legally to the city I live in I live in of 1.4 million people that is absolutely absurd the train system is packed all the way until 1:00 a.m.... it's just simple economics you can't add that many people and have a sustainable City.... these idiots never played sim city or some shit Also there are millions that came pretending to get spots in our universities and didn't show up, and these are the same people that are buying up all the businesses and houses and only letting the people from their own country be involved that is not integration....... There's also a huge problem with people faking Refugee status from this very place and there's even a few videos circulating online on just how to do it people from this country bragging how their making double of the average income of a Canadian a year PLUS free food and board from this fake Refugee status, HOLY FUCK! We are radicalizing here in Alberta and it's about to get real. Not only do these immigrants only want their own people involved in anything they are rude as hell when confronted about any of this even in a kind way.  There's a great deal of them that are at the top of the fenthinal distribution. mind you a lot of that's being shipped from other places but the distribution hails differently....roughly 70% of the major fenthinal arrests and seizures have those paticular heritage backgrounds to prove it. I'm done being quiet too. Im not racist, I dont hate people because their skin color isnt white like mine, Im happy to have immigrants here if they are willing to integrate like the previous generations have. We arent having kids because unlike other countries, we want to put kids first, and its irresponsible to have children when our economy is unaffordable to have them. As a Canadian, I am so sick and tired of being told that i have this bullshit nonsense, non-existent " white privilege," which is a load of shit. I am terrified for my little girl when it is time for her to get a job because my little girl and I are white, so we are put at the bottom of the list for being employed. And on top of that i am expected to bow down and not have a voice or an opinion about anything when it comes to immigrants and that because my daughter and i are white so we are automatically considered to be racists colonizers and forced to pay the price of something that happened long before i was even born and had nothing to do with just because the color of my skin . God gave us all our skin color and made us all . I had no say with being born with the color of my skin. Canadians of all colors and cultures are suffering so badly because we brought in so many immigrants who demand we change everything and pretty much bow down to them and told that we all have to change . Stop trying to change Canada and the Candian people . I refuse to bow down to anyone who tells me that i dont matter, and my opinion doesn't matter because of my skin color and because i am assumed to have bs white privilege. The only people i see having all of the privileges are the immigrants coming in trying to force us to bow down to them while starting protests to change Canada . I will fight against these immigrants who are trying to force Canada to change to their ways, which won't ever happen . I'm Canadian. I've spend my entire adult life involved with everything immigration. I have no problem with immigration which to me is people moving. It offers great people and great things. I have a problem with women and children abused, in violence and almost killed and our resources which are suppose to help protect the men coming here doing this because as immigrants they have value and so support anything they do to innocent people here because they have more worth as human beings than people born, raised and who lived here all their lives. Two lives viciously destroyed to protect someone sick with hate who is chronic woman hater and abuser but he must be respected for it. As someone immersed all their life in "culture" domestic violence is not culture as in immigration it's abuse and a crisis brought here and then force by law respect for it when it is already here bc it is a planet problem. For people without a lifetime of knowledge you would be shocked if knew what people think and say about us living here and what they believe from complete ignorance. It is a belief everything is owed to make lives bigger and better for them above everyone else bc they suffered somewhere else but the assumption is every person in Canada had the opportunity born here that all people should be rich and if anyone is under that standard they deserve nothing and it should be given to everyone coming in. It is understood in some groups the purpose and wants of Canadian women is providing free services to immigrant men because this is how all Canadian women chose to live as women. The expectation of women is back to the stone age to obey, speak when given permission and respect abuse. Our authorities now back that up. Don't believe me you can see evidence. We are being forced by law to change. How many persons with criminal records are here in past decade was that recent news report? There's good and bad but if you don't respect the bad then see what happens to you because suddenly you will the bad one as a Canadian so be prepared to respect and appreciate everything you spent a lifetime believing you didn't have to. Some people could write an encyclopedia of wild and bizarre things and opinions and expectations of the views others have of life here and it would make most here all their lives want to flee and leave. There are two opposite meanings of what respect is. It amounts to respect them and everything bad and disrespectful to us or we have no respect any other names. This includes not one specific culture but numerous ones and I am referring to a different one than referenced in this video. Respect divided into two opposite meanings, ignorance, lack of care, abuse, hate and so many things which our government is permitting to happen and people are losing their physical lives and becoming physically and mentally ill and it is directly related to destroying Canadians living here, killing them to force a message of change of respects and persons need to die to force it.

Without immigration Canada would fall... Canadians on their own do not have enough children to sustain the numbers to keep our economy stable. That's why the process is supposed to take awhile, have checks and applications, so we are not just bringing in people, we are bringing in a sustainable number of people that will embrace being Canadian. We need to continue that. What we don't need is an influx of people who have not gone through the process, who do not understand they are being giving an opportunity to join us, and who are willing to be Canadian. No one wants to strip people of their history, but if you are leaving your country, you are doing it because you want something better, something different... the only way you get that is if you embrace where you are, not try and change it to what you left.

The truth is, the very characteristic that made Canada so loved internationally is being used against us. A country should under NO CIRCUMSTANCE CHANGE THEIR WAYS/CULTURE TO MAKE ANY IMMIGRANT/MIGRANT/ASYLUM SEEKER MORE "COMFORTABLE". Sad to say this but Canada is too "kind" and too liberal for it's own good. They essentially would have a rabid animal gnawing at their leg but would not try to stop it because the animal maybe "scared" or "hungry" or don't want to hurt it's feeling or something. If Canadians do no protect it's values and culture by restricting and massively reducing integration and not hesitating to deport criminal immigrants, the very soul and identity of this beautiful country will be gone FOREVER (some would already say that already happened)!! That's why I respect Poland so much, they said NO to mass migration by way of asylum seekers, regardless of the backlash from the EU, but that's why unlike those other countries that did the mass migration, Poland remains one of if not the safest European country and best of all, KEPT THEIR IDENTITY!!!

I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

Most of the immigrants landing here in Canada are not boosting our economy but just becoming a liability taking the country backward rather than progress. Tye government should stop immigration including refugees, at least for a while. Not that I don’t want to help these people but we just dont have the resources for now to accommodate them. ‘m shocked to hear that 817,000 people landed in Canada. Add three zeros to it because these people pay at least a $1000 as administrative fee to government IRCC. So that is $817,000,000 Canadian Dollars. Close to a Billion. What is government doing with this money? No Government, we Canadians dont want that money in our GDP. He has enough natural resources that can sustain ourself. Stop selling cheap oil to US. And back to people who come here as immigrants. You are in a different country to have a new life. There is no point in protecting here in Canada about the things happening in your home country. Have some common sense. It’s just an other news for media. When you do such things, Canadian resource are wasted like cops have to make sure the protest goes peacefully and many more. People who are not part of it are getting affected. And to all immigrants please please please, speak in english. I know that you all are comfortable speaking in your native language. Speak that at your private place. Not in public place or work place. That is basic manners. Dont speak out loud in phone in public places. It’s not manners. Funny that people are asking to change the classes taught in French😂 This proves that they are not students but in disguise, as students. Here in Canada, to loot Canada and weaken the country. The US isn't launching a trade war against anyone. We are closing up shop and are getting ready to take care of our own. There is a massive difference. We cannot be expected to continue supporting other countries economies and defense obligations, when we have 2 generations of working class citizens unable to afford a home or have children. We have entire countries we could fill with the homeless and incarcerated, and veterans who see little to no positive treatment or respect within the job market. Things are already very very bad here in the states. I don't think many Americans realize how bad the economy is. Tariffs will force US companies to reduce the outsourcing of jobs, and force other countries who are over-reliant on trade from the States, to cultivate their own self-sufficiency. This may seem hypocritical when it comes to China, but that isn't a problem you can solve overnight. \n\nTo make it clear, Americans are going to suffer in the wake of this tariff decision, but that is the price we pay to force ourselves to change. We have made ourselves into a very weak country because of overreliance on other countries trade, and other countries overreliance on our intelligence, infrastructure, medical advancements, technological advancements, and defense capabilities. The american consumer and taxpayer front the bills for all of this, and they are suffering. This isn't a war on the rest of the world. It us telling everyone else that we can no longer be relied upon because we are weak. \n\nI didnt' even vote Trump the first two times he ran. But things have now gotten so bad that I was forced into voting for him this time. Why? Because he's a bull in a china shop. I expect him to tear every damn thing apart he can within our government. I want everything destroyed so it can be rebuilt by people who aren't complacent.

The US manufacturers don't make a single small car in thos country that can compete with European cars. US agricultural products are laced with poisonous chemicals that are outlawed in the EU because they kill people. Our governmeent doesn't give a shit about that because to grow healthy food means you have to cut profits, almighty dollars, instead of grow things that the rest of the world will accept. We have an idiot for president who thinks he knows more than anyone else and an idiot party that won't tell him the truth. This is going to cost us big time. Instead of respecting their culture and laws, we start behaving in the same way as in India .\n2. Interestingly enough, the clip where the girl is complaining about having the rent increased by $7000 is not Trudeau's fault (Liberal government) but Doug Ford's, who's Conservative and the premier (like a governor in the US) of Ontario. He removed the limits on rent increases on properties occupied for the first time after Nov 15 2018. So now, if you want make a few more bucks or just kick someone out just jack the rent so they can't afford it and have to leave (usually you can't just end a lease agreement because you want to but not anymore as you can just increase it to whatever you want). Limits exist for a reason unless you're at the top and want to make more without any regard to people that are struggling.\n\nWhat I'm trying to say is that I don't think the Conservatives will do better than the Liberals, they're just different flavours of garbage. We do need real change, unfortunately I don't think it will happen.

Thing is, it is better to try to save these people first from immediate danger, then the less immediate concerns, one step at the time. Given how difficult it is to help the people there, it is easier to provide medical care in a safe area, and it seems the neighbouring country does not have any interest to stop the violence it causes to the Palestinians. There are public health care and pensions, so it can be an asset and also a convenient travel document to have. Both immigration and unemployment in Canada are much higher that in the US - so more people are chasing fewer jobs that often pay less and are taxed more than in the USA. Opportunities are generally a lot fewer in Canada than the US, and the business environment is not as favourable, and taxes significantly higher. You would be getting some of the entrepreneurs from Canada moving to the US for more favourable conditions as well to launch a business and also now a lot more rich investor types, so-called high net worth individuals wanting to relocate, because they just raised the capital gains tax in Canada. Capital gains is also triggered on inheritance in Canada with a deemed sale of property and assets, so rich people would prefer the American system and want to be residents there for tax purposes and have their assets grow in value in the US compared to Canada. There are very large numbers of foreign students and other categories of immigrants which may have as their goal going to the US after getting a temporary visa to Canada which is easy to get - maybe something like half a million to a million people in those categories depending on the year, plus around another half million regular immigrants and refugees now. The Trudeau administration has increased immigration to record numbers. It has been steadily going up over the years for several decades since 1990. Because of family re-unification it can have a snowball effect and could significantly exceed 1 million per year. A lot of the sending countries have much larger populations than Canada, so there are a lot more that can be potentially sent to Canada in the future. About 1/4 of the population of Canada has been added in the past few decades. Add to that visitors and temporary visas - that is a lot of people potentially moving to the US. Before the 1990s Canadians visiting the US were not required to have a passport and a drivers' license or birth certificate was adequate. Now a passport is required. It is impossible to effectively control the long Canada-US border, so there could be some unified policies in that area agreed on between Canada and the USA on immigration and refugees. Canada currently has a very open immigration policy with the government actively seeking out more immigration beyond its current processing capacity and trying to take rejected immigrants from other countries. The Canadian government, especially in recent years under Trudeau is immigration hungry. It might be the only country in the world doing that. What some news reports are now saying is that some immigrants are actually leaving, since they find it so difficult in Canada and some are worse off than they were in the countries they came from, which were considered to be less developed than Canada. \nWashington currently has more immigration controls and administrative competencies than Ottawa, so US pressure and influence is a faster way to get reforms into the system than waiting for local politicians to do anything, which is unlikely. Canada is seen by some as a backdoor into the US. Biden's immigration policies could be seen as very conservative in Canada compared to Trudeau's. It used to be in the news about how refugees were trying to get to Canada and walking across the border in Quebec and out west from the US earlier, but now there are more news stories of immigrants leaving Canada trying to go the other way, probably due to high costs and unemployment because the government took in more people than it could absorb into the economy. They have the idea that immigration drives GDP growth so that they can borrow and spend more, expand the civil service, etc. without making any cutbacks or efficiencies, supposedly without the Debt to GDP ratio getting worse, just by bringing in more people as if that would drive the economy. A lot depends on who you bring in as well. Are they going to go on welfare, are they going to increase crime, will they somehow contribute to society, are they a net tax benefit or cost in terms of government services, will they invest money, will they start a business and create jobs for others ? Those issues do not factor into government decision making in Canada for the most part. Ontario Premier Doug Ford did say there were too many foreign students. It is bad planning not to consider those factors since there are other costs that grow with those policies as well, and infrastructure has to be expanded. I think that the real immigration numbers to Canada are not transparent or made public, nor are the costs involved, if anyone even knows what they are. Nor is the impact on crime. You can guess from what the reports are in other countries. The Fraser Institute has made some estimates on the net costs of immigration to the government budget a few years ago, which were very high and which by now have increased - the cost equivalent of several new aircraft carriers each year. They are big numbers which are not publicized, but it amounts to the fact that immigration is subsidized by the taxpayers in Canada and it is not paying for our pensions as an ageing society as has been claimed. There is less money for education, health care and pensions per person, and those social benefits will probably have to be reduced over time. Social programs can only be delivered to the extent that the government has money. The bigger social system a county has, the more such immigration policies are going to cost. Trudeau has been expanding various social programs as well, so higher taxes and debt are likely with that approach. Then more productive people and companies will want to leave Canada and go to the US. Probably the government does not know what the actual numbers and costs are and doesn't actively keep track of that information beyond what is required. Probably nobody knows what the true immigration figures and their associated costs are in Canada, and hardly anyone has even studied those issues. If they can just walk across the US border and get papers so easily making an asylum claim, it is not surprising, since it would take them longer to get a regular visa and work permit if they did it legally. You could call that a loophole in the US immigration system which is being exploited. The US is better governed in general and has a better system in many ways, but I am not sure if it is the same on that. People have arrived on boats and have not been sent back. At least in the US you have more open information about those issues. In Canada it is hard to find out anything about it. Deportations from Canada are very few. \nOn other issues in Canada when voting in federal elections you have to show a government issued photo ID like a drivers' license or passport to vote and bring a card that was mailed out to eligible voters that gets updated addresses when a person files their taxes. I have never heard of mail-in ballots in Canada, but there are remote areas of the country in the far north who may have special system for voting. It is easier to get a Canadian citizenship than US and many more citizenships are handed out in Canada each year in proportion to the population than in the US. Canadian might be one of the easiest citizenships to get in the world. The official line now is that it is a country of immigrants. Based on current trends, will very little opposition to it in the parliament and most MPs supporting it, future immigration to Canada could increase to several million per year because of the rapid growth of population in the world, and the momentum already growing of immigration to Canada, so it may change significantly in the future. Historically around the world you can see many examples that country names, borders, flags and languages change over time with population changes, so it might not be called Canada anymore in 50-100 years. For example, Bulgaria used to be called Thrace which had been a powerful kingdom in antiquity and had a different language which is barely known about anymore. Over the past 2,000 years it has gone through a number of changes and had various regimes governing it, has been independent and also part of several different empires. Canada has only been a country for a short time in comparison and has been been going through significant changes. Trudeau has said that Canada is a post-national country. Canada is also going through a period of critical self-examination and deconstruction-revisionism. A lot of what had been viewed as positive from its history now is seen more critically, with re-naming and removing historical figures now seen as negative.\nDiscussing immigration policy critically is considered by many to be taboo in Canada, unless a person is saying good things about it in general. You can hear people say that the government isn't processing enough people, for example, but not often that there are too many or that it costs a lot of money. The trend of migration from Canada to the US would only increase much more in the future as it is going currently, and its role as a stepping stone to migration to the US could increase. The way this would be seen by many in Canada is that they are losing valuable people to the USA whom they consider assets, since a lot of officials have been trying to bring in more people into the country, but not everyone wants to stay in Canada nowadays because of a lack of jobs and opportunities. Canada is quite laissez-faire about migration, with Toronto being a sanctuary city as well.

All you have to do is put 2 and 2 together. Look at what's happening around the world. We're not the only country allowing millions of people in, and we're not the only country embracing socialism. This is a globalist movement coordinated by multiple governments to push their agenda of eliminating nationalism so they can retain power thru elections. The more elections they win in a row, the more they'll start to change laws and constitutional rights by packing the Supreme Court. They've already started appointing many woke DA's and prosecutors. They've corrupted the FBI, DOJ and military. They have tenured woke professors at our most prestigious schools and they're destroying law enforcement. Combine that with the weakness and corruption this administration has shown the last 4 years and it's created a soft, unmotivated, and divided country. I am watching this video from Canada and I have 4 words for you - “DO NOT COME HERE!!!” Everything that was mentioned in the video is absolutely true. Canada is facing many problems, unaffordable housing, broken healthcare systems, homeless people, drugs. I am always scared to walk in downtown at night when I’m returning from work. And the worst part is, you cannot even defend yourself here if a homeless person is attacking you. If you do that you will be prosecuted saying that why did you touch that homeless guy and it is a violation of human rights, which is stupid. So does that mean that we should just let a random homeless person kill us?? How does that make sense?? My friend who was having an asthma attack had to sit in the emergency room for 8 hours. If something would have happened, who would be responsible? And the list just goes on. And what does the Canadian prime minister do about that….? Let a guy be a girl and a girls become a guy? What does that even mean??? I have nothing against the LGBTQ people. That’s your life do whatever you want, I don’t care. But there are so many other issues going on in the country and the government is focusing on allowing people to change their genders !! \nAnd the worst part is that a portion of the tax we pay from our hard earned money goes to the homeless people. And what do they do? Buy drugs and start attacking random people. I really feel sorry for this country and the people of this country. \nI always respected my county, India but now I really feel that the sense of security, belongingness, our culture is amazing !!! \nIf anyone is planning to come to Canada for studies, please think again. The press do not agree but I watched part of the debate and Starmer did not impress me at all. Even if he has policies he will change his mind. I am not saying that I am a Tory fan and some of the prime ministers they have given us have been disaster (mentioning no names Boris and Truss) but Sunak is a a distinct improvement. Here in. Norn Iron apart from whether they unionists the parties all say they want to improve the economy, public services, health et cetera, but don’t say how because they don’t know….

This is why I'm leaving Toronto! If we went to India and did what they do here, it would never work. Yet they want us to change our ways for them, but they treat the people that aren't Indian like trash. Personally think it's getting ridiculous.

Who said they don't want to go home? Canada invites international students with a promise to give them PR if they can finish school and qualify using one of the programs. I know because that's how I came to Canada. Unlike the US where it's hard to stay and you need a marriage, in Canada you can use a qualifying job. Usually people sponsored by family to get PR, as well as refugees, are put ahead of international students as well as those on work permits. \n\nIn the meantime, International students over-pay into post secondary, as well as working off campus and paying taxes, but are always last in line when it comes to being granted PR. The rules change so much so fast, it's easy to find yourself out of time and kicked out of the country. \n\nSo whoever watches this will be happy that International students are getting kicked out, but the problem with too much immigration won't be solved because the country is still taking in so many refugees. Right now it's international students getting the axe and are the scape goats in ths game. \n\nAlso, the reason why Canada takes in more immigrants beyond the obvious, is because they want to eventually do away with property rights. So while people can cheer kicking out international students, it doesn't prevent the inevitable from happening, because the politicians took in too many new people.. \n\nAnyway, good luck to everyone, from either side of this debate, it's bad news all around wharever the final outcome.
