They don't have data. Video caption on screen is absolutely misguiding. The video caption mentioned 79000 as a figure and then the captions was mentioning Indians. If you watch the video, then we realised that they don't have the actual DATA. This makes video absolutely misleading because those who just read caption will accuse INDIANs.

So basically, Canadian govt. data says Indians who are citizens as per 2021 are 1.3 million i.e. 2.5 % of the total population..lets add almost half a million more in terms if students and work permit guys... That makes it 4-5%..\n\nThis looks like a sinister video plan and editing to me..I am an Indian in Canada learning the ways here..bt its always give and take...we learn few good-bad things from others Nd likewise they do.\n\nWhites were never the original Canadians...they are europeans!! They have been living peacefully under the shadow of U.S\n\nCome to Richmond in Vancouver and do the same tailored survey for Chinese ethnicity origin..i have nothing against them...China is interfering by running there own police stations...don't you see what TEMU is doing to the market!! well I have to say that this video is yet another white man complaining how the country is when they sat and watched it happen over the past 20 years. BOO Hoo you're the minority now sucks don't it. Not being able to get hired white people homeless living in the streets and entire areas are being taken over by immigrants. WHAT TO HELL HAVE WHITE PEOPLE BEEN DOING FOR 20 YEARS!! No mass protests, no private members bills, no community organizations to stem the tide of immigration. It seems what you're saying is if it isn't white, it isn't right and now finally enough white people are feeling what it was like for every brown or black person and other non white groups (still shit on) for the past 50 plus years. Remember there isn't an issue until it affects white people is the way it's been in Canada my whole life. I lived and grew up in small town Canada during the 80s and 90s and I can tell you white people weren't very friendly, and they certainly didn't hire people that were nonwhite for any of the good paying jobs, the data exists if you care to look. I think instead of promoting division and board line hate why don't work with these communities and find out why they only hire their own. Maybe pay back for the decades of being shit on by white Canada would probably be a reason you may hear; I know I do and have because I've asked owners of the companies. They are fed up with driving cabs and doing shit work so instead of crying about it they created communities or took over communities and made it so they don't have to reply on or hope that whites will help.... THEY HELPED THEMSELVES. and if you as a white person sat around and watched and let it happen since this didn't happen overnight well you are right where you belong, something to consider. Drop the race baiting and work and open communication with people and work toward a common goal. Maybe had that happened 20 or 30 years ago, Canada may not look like it does today. \nRemember immigration was initially intended to bring in workers for a set amount of time and then they were sent back. Canada wasn't producing enough people to replace or increase the needed work force required for the country's growth. \n\nYoung man if you ever want to talk and help figure out how white and brown people can come together and fix a racist system that goes both ways, I have just a few ideas that might actually make Canada not only how it used to be for whites but a Canada that benefits everyone. I lived in Western Europe, Japan and at the moment, Canada. I lucked out getting a well paying job in Vancouver when I moved back a few years ago and my average tax rate is actually the exact percentage you stated in the video - 28%, which includes income tax, pension and employment insurance. I'm actually doing better in terms of quality of life now but I do miss being able to travel around Europe for cheap. (e.g., quick train ride to Paris for the weekend) Now, I take cheap flights (e.g. Flair Airlines) to Mexico instead.\n\nJust to state some data points: when I was in Europe, I paid a total average of 39% income tax on a lower salary than I have right now in Canada. Things like utilities (e.g., gas/electricity), restaurants, certain grocery items and electronics (e.g., iphone/PS5/computers) were significantly more expensive because European VAT (inclusive) is usually 20%+. \n\nI don't have the exact numbers but on average I believe I was paying 70 - 90€ ($100 - 130 CAD) just for electricity each month for a small flat, but I am now paying $30 - 50 CAD for a decent sized 1 bedroom. I believe my housing gas bill was about the same or possibly a bit more. In addition, automobile gas prices were much higher (about $2€/L on average which is $2.90 CAD/L) and I think they could go even higher right now. \n\nHowever, rent is definitely more expensive in Vancouver, but I believe that is true for many West coast cities in North America. Right now I'm paying $2300 CAD a month for a 1BR, and I split that amount with my partner. In comparison, it would have been about €1300 ($1900 CAD) for something similar in the city where I was living previously. In a more expensive city (e.g. Amsterdam) a 1BR would easily cost €1800+ ($2650 CAD).\n\nFor me, the difficulty of making friends in my late 20's stays about the same. I think it is difficult to make new friends after graduating from school, and you have to put yourself out there by joining groups and events. (e.g. Meetup or volunteering?)

Well researched video. As far as i have observed, most of the comments that I see in Indian and canadian channels on this topic, most Indians don't consider all Sikhs to be radical, in fact, most are quite respectful to them and everybody is aware of them being loyal to the national sentiment. Some bad elements would always be there in all sides, and they feed from conflicts, we should ignore them with facts, actual data, understanding and compassion to each other, which this video had done succesfully. So, thank you. .

This is a pretty misleading video.\nYes, our minimum wage went up to $14/h compared to the rest of Canada, however keep in mind it had to accommodate to the cost of living. You're lucky if you can even find a LEGAL small 1 bedroom basement for $800/month. Its not common. \nA car? Brampton has the highest insurance premium in all of Canada. \n\nDon't get me wrong. I LOVE Canada, I couldn't see myself living anywhere else because it is my home. \nHowever, when you compare it to india, in India you're only paying for electricity, gas, and food that you need to buy at the grocery store. \nBut if you really needed to budget and save money, food is LITERALLY growing in your backyard! All the veggies, fruits, etc. You just need to buy the grains and proteins! \n1.5 lakhs sounds great per month. But 1.5 lakhs is realistically not enough to live in Canada. \n\nDon't believe me? Google cost of living in Canada. Google how much a family of 4 would need to make to survive per month in Canada. Also, make sure to check out CANADIAN WEBSITES for this data. (.ca sites or try Global News or CTV news since they have this data)\n\nThe problem is everyone that comes to Canada always comes only to one area which is usually Toronto! However this makes the cost of living go up to accommodate this many people. Compared to Regina, or St. John's not many people immigrate there! It is a smaller city compared to Toronto but at least it's more affordable.\nDo you're research before coming here. Find out whats the best situation for YOUR FAMILY and what YOU can afford. \nCanada is a beautiful place, and yes, Brampton does have a lot of the Punjab culture, but don't be fooled.
