As a Canadian, thank you for making this. I hope it’s clear to everyone how, while good people, the majority of interviewees in this video are taking advantage of our country because we’re “nice” and they aren’t able to sort things out in their own. The majority of these people aren’t highly educated and came in on student visas and you’ve got to wonder why our government allowed this. It’s made a lot of things worse for people who lived here already, including immigrants. No racism just frustration.

For nearly 20 years, Conservatives have been warning Canadians about the challenges we are now facing but every time, they were dismissed and branded as “racist” for simply pointing out the obvious. Meanwhile, grassroots Canadians along with immigrants who came here in the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s had one goal in mind to work hard, build a better life, and help "make Canada a stronger and more prosperous country". Their efforts over the last 60 years are clear in the Canada we inherited. In contrast, the Liberal and NDP approach has been to ignore these warnings and push policies that are eroding the very foundations of what made this country thrive. Instead of focusing on integration, responsibility, and opportunity, they are enabling divisions and importing problems rather than solutions. So, to the commenters who keep voting Liberal and NDP: thank you because you are ensuring this decline will continue.

Thanks for making it clear what you did right but not making it clear on what the US administration wanted from you that you said no to that caused the tariff implementation. It's possible you miss 50% of your illegal border crossings into the u.s. since so much of your border isn't secured. The 1900% increase in illegal crossing in the past few years doesn't look very good. It's dumb to assume you did everything right and then the u.s. just randomly decided they'd continue with the tariffs for fun. Be more honest and say where you put your foot down so the American public can better understand what is going on.

And I’m glad Trudeau didn’t call him with president in front of his name. trump doesn’t deserve it. He is a disgrace to America and exactly what America is not about. No one knows how he could get here But it’s a nightmare that we are trying to wake up from. Trump has spread cancer in America and we are fighting for our lives. What makes Trump the most transactional scumbag of all the presidents of the USA in history, is his pettiness. It is clear that Orange Jesus trwats entire nations the same as contestants in a dystopian version of The Apprentice. One of the many ironies is that his use of tariffs dooms Americans to paying ever increasing costs for everything they need or want. Just think of bananas which are one of the least costly fruits that poorer families may be able to afford and can be consumed by infants to the elderly with some kind of nutritional value. Thanks to the Gutless Orange Fool, even bananas are more expensive. But don't worry, the top 10% of Americans have 60% of all wealth so, they can have all the bananas they desire!

If you can't afford designer bags and feel a certain way about expensive designer bags, then don't watch this video. Like do you read a video title before clicking on it? The title makes it clear that the video will be about designer bags. I find these types of videos very helpful and although I can't afford these bags yet, I know one day I will. I wanted to know which designer bag was truly worth my hard-earned money and one that I would get the most out of. Thank you for summarizing these key changes! Many problems are actually the Canadian immigration system not learning from the mistakes of the US system and now it’s suffering the same consequences. If Canada cuts down on those selected immigrations but still takes in refugees, it’s only going to make anti-immigrant sentiment worse. Selected immigrants are allowed into Canada to help alleviate Canadian issues…or at least people who come through Express Entry are less likely to become a burden. On the other hand, refugees, given their unfortunate circumstances, really need to rely on a lot of social services and resources to help them resettle. The US has eliminated pretty much all non-humanitarian immigration that’s why immigrants are so demonized there. Americans only feel the drags of refugees and asylum seekers (even though ethically we need to protect them) and there is no selected immigration to balance that out. Yet this round of Canadian policy change is heading exactly that direction.\n\nIt used to be international students in Canada are not paying a lot more tuition than Canadian students. But Canadian universities saw how much money universities in the US are making so they asked the federal government to change the policy to enable them to charge international students several times the regular tuition (whereas in countries like France, international students actually pay less than citizens). So now Canadian universities rely too much on international students to operate and it becomes an exploitative relationship even before students step foot on the campus. The new PGWP eligibility is awful because students can make contributions in every field. It might (and that's a big if) address the pressing problems, but it won't help Canada grow.\n\nI thought the new language requirement was interesting. Some Canadians who immigrated decades ago when the bar was really low still speak English poorly and now they are saying people can’t come to Canada because their language skills are not sufficient. Another point about language is if you apply through Express Entry now, even if you scored the highest language score, given how competitive the pool is, you still won’t get selected. So it’s a given that you need to be fluent in one of the languages at least to get an invitation. Express Entry also selects only the top people, I saw the head of The Institute for Canadian Citizenship in interviews talking about those top-tier people only expect the best treatment/lifestyle when they come to Canada. That's why many of them leave after seeing these Canadian problems play out. But I believe a good Canadian life is not about living in a high rise in Vancouver and Toronto, driving an expensive car, or buying luxury items...it's about the communities, nature and middle-class comfort. So the system is giving PRs to the wrong kind of people (just like mismatched people when hiring that don't align with company values).\n\nThis brings me to the last frustrating issue. There were so many people who attended “fake” universities and bought “fake” jobs to earn points to get an Express Entry invitation. And it's clear that the government wasn't proactively catching these abuses. They are taking up spots from those who try to earn the points fair and square. If I understand correctly, Canada doesn’t send these people away if they are found out (since some of them were scammed). So they still take up immigration quotas.\n\nI have wanted to move to Canada for a long time. I have visited Canada many times, hiking trails through the coastline and fjords, climbing mountains and glaciers. I lived in Montreal for two months to improve my French and I was told by my homestay family that I was the first student they had who didn’t complain about the cold (I wish the winter never ends so I can skate or xc ski in the parks year-round). I have probably seen more Canada than many Canadians and I love every bit of it. But the opportunity for me to even get a shot to move there is pretty much nonexistent now. If only there was a way for the system to allow people who really care about Canada to get a shot at being part of this beautiful country.\n\nThank you for making these videos.

I appreciate your content on Express Entry, but there’s a major gap that I, and many others, are struggling with. I only have 1560 hours of continuous student skilled work experience in Canada, which meets the minimum eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program but doesn’t qualify for points under work experience. I’m trying to create my EE profile to be considered under FSW, not Canadian Experience Class (CEC), but the options are confusing. There’s no clear guidance on how to ensure this experience counts only for minimum eligibility without earning points. It would be super helpful if you could make a detailed video on this topic, as it’s a unique but common issue that’s not being addressed. Thanks!

Not gonna lie. But Canadian teenagers feel entitled . They don’t want to work which is a shame. That might be a problem with the parents. But a good portion of 20-35 year old living with there parents are white Canadians. Let me be clear before you all slam me. But it is fucking true. Look at the line ups and tell me how many Canadians do you see. None. The problem is they want a job to pay them big money right off the start. We all started somewhere. I worked for 5.35 an hour that was only 20 years ago. That was minimum wage. Ridiculous right!!! But it actually hasn’t moved up much sense then. Saskatchewan is still the lowest minimum wage in all of Canada ( thanks Scott Moe?). I get it. Even right now with the Trudeau government you really can’t make enough money to survive but you have to try.

You're mistaken that America's immigration policies are broken when after you fully explain both it's very clear that it was Canada's immigration that's broken. Think about it from your own words, you said that housing cost here are really high and yet Canada keeps encouraging immigration which will just make less houses available for people which will make housing prices continue to rise. America had the foresight to reduce the number of people they allowed immigrate thus keeping their availability of houses high. So rent is cheaper and wages are going to be higher in the states. The health of a country, or the health of an individual which are clearly linked, is dependent on our ability to see ourselves and each other, and make necessary changes to improve in the areas that we lack personally, and as communities in our beautiful country of Canada and other countries as well. Well, it’s a work in progress. I appreciate how you’ve inspired us to speak about things that aren’t necessarily spoken about. At least not where I live and have lived in Canada. What matters is sharing our own thoughts, feelings, and experiences because they aren’t debatable. \n\nWe are in violation of Multiple Human Rights violations against Inuit , Indigenous and Métis people by the United Nations. Most have no water to drink—not even boiled water and bottled water is available sometimes when it’s brought to reservations . Children don’t have the same access to books. So many thousands of bodies of children taken to residential schools from their parents arms and community for over 160 years yet the deep wounds aren’t given compassion by most people anymore and systemic abuse actively impacts them and therefore all of Us . We are all one whether we see people as other’ or not. We’re humans. \n They’re not seen in media unless it’s a bad story yet we’re only now teaching one mandatory class by non indigenous people. Solution: elders teach their grandchildren languages that weren’t erased by genocide and environmental /spiritual cultural practices and lifestyles before they’re gone by paying first people elders and streaming it into all Canadian classrooms so the children can see a future where they’re valued and all Canadian kids can get a full education and learn accurate history. Making canoes, baskets, sacred ceremonies, food growing (that they taught to pilgrims so they’d survive here), etc. No, I’m not indigenous. I’m an immigrant like all but the first people. They’ve an amazing culture that’s been all but lost . When we don’t see ourselves represented in any media, any careers, and start our lives in extended poverty based on our race, and all that was taken still today, it’s no wonder the teen suicide rate for indigenous youth is more than double / triple all non - indigenous youth. The numbers are growing. \nI live in Care due to my physical disabilities . An international nursing student worked for me providing personal care like showers, meal prep etc and over that year, she said she wouldn’t have moved here specifically because of a few things I’ve mentioned. She told me Canada was sold to people in her country of origin as a ‘multicultural’ safe haven without extreme racism still prevalent today and within our history. \n\nI’m ashamed of Canadian government promises for over 100 years that aren’t fulfilled. All children deserve healthy drinking Water and an education. Period. Especially, the ambassadors of this amazing land that they see as themselves without separation. That’s accurate. I have many friends in Canada, and my clients appreciated my work. However, I found it very risky continuing to live in Ontario / Canada, and couldn’t continue doing any business where there is no fair legal protection and do not respect the basic human rights of ethnic minorities.\n\nThere are too many fraudulent organizations, individuals, legal professionals, and public servants with authority. People with fiduciary duty openly lie, abuse their authority, commonly downplay the significance of their criminal acts, and together they seem to be trying to maintain their status quo biases.\n\nI have emigrated from Canada a year ago to protect my health and life, but am still concerned about the safety of my good friends who live in Ontario/Canada because of the corrupt legal system there. \n\nSpecific examples of what I have experienced: \n\n[Employment Case] \n- Punished by ‘the system’ for pointing out the risk of clients' data manipulation by the upper management of a company; investigations by the Ministry of Labour were biased and incomplete; the legal proceedings by OLRB was interrupted and biased; they have suppressed/buried the evidences that I have provided; they did not share all case files with the applicant(me) but among all other parties until one minute before 5pm on the last day of the statute of limitation; the Vice Chair had interrupted the direct negotiation between the parties and closed the case by canceling the hearing; the Board’s lawyer told, 'sue the Ontario government if you have any issue'; \n\n[Civil Case/Lawyer Malpractice] \n- Ignored by the system when filed a complaint about the fraudulent practices (to LSO) and a fraudulent charge of over 10K without any itemized invoice (to the Superior Court of Justice [SCJ]) made by a contingency lawyer after failing to respond to the opposing party by deadline, failing to negotiate, and abandoning the client(me); the lawyer is apparently a son of board members / public servants of the province and the country, according to a paralegal who I met for the first time at the Fee Assessment Hearing “by chance” and claimed himself as my counsel to the Court clerks and telling them to send all documents to him (I’ve never asked nor retained him); LSO refused to investigate my reporting; the Commissioner had refused to accept a critical evidence, and refused to investigate without reason; the Fee Assessment Officer at SCJ was biased by giving privilege to the lawyer at the hearing, and interrupted the hearing without waiting my response; (the lawyer wrote an online article then about LSO and said “There are too many unacceptable practices that are being tolerated or ignored by the Law Society - from improper marketing to improper contingency retainer agreements. The regulatory penalties for such breaches are essentially non-existent, and these practices will continue until there are adequate enforcement measures in place.” He appeared to be talking about himself. He had threatened to pay the unreasonable fee over 10K for the unfinished contingency case, withdrew the amount anyway from my credit-card, and refused to provide the case files to me/client, while OLRB Vice Chair had ordered to cancel the hearing after interrupting the direct negotiation with the opposing party; they all refused to share the records of communications that had occurred without my knowlege/presence.)\n\n[Residential Tenancy/Public Health&Safety Case]\n- Punished by the system for requesting the property owner to eradicate health hazards (toxic mold, pests, and dusts) from my living space in a residential rental property; LTB proceedings was biased and unfair, interrupted multiple times when I spoke and suppressed the use of my evidences in the hearing (e.g., a letter from a medical doctor, warning the danger of continued exposure to toxic mold), downplayed the risks of exposure to asbestos/lead and the obvious contraventions of the laws [OHSA, RTA, and municipal Property Standards by-laws] by the property owner; LTB suggested the [former] Tenant to pay for the order reviews only to decline those reviews; LTB's selective omissions of evidences that are inconvenient to the other party/ the property owner; my basic human rights were clearly violated -- no response from LTB, Tribunals Ontario, nor Human Rights Tribunals; the property owner, municipal Property Standards office, and LTB have colluded, needlessly delayed the proceedings, and closed the case after 2.5 years without issuing any order against the property owner’s contraventions of the laws, while I had continued to suffer from the prolonged exposures to health hazards (I have paid the rent in full for over a decade without any delay, even during the Covid lockdown, out of my retirement savings [I was not eligible for the government financial support during the lockdown -- no income, but some retirement savings]). At least two of sixteen units in the building had their balconies literally falling apart; the walls have cracks and friable materials in the living space; my neighbors were afraid of falling through the cracks on the balconies from the upper floors — you never hear about these things in news because they are all colluded and do not issue any official orders.\n\n[Healthcare Issue]\n- I left Canada before Nov. 30, 2021, as I had serious reactions to the first Covid vaccine-shot (my immune system was compromised, affected by the continued exposures to health hazards in my apartment) but my physician had refused to diagnose them then — there was no proof of my adverse reactions to the first shot; later the physician had made lies and terminated the doctor-patient relationship; I was required to take the second-shot, or else… I have disposed / gave away of my belongings within two weeks and left the country to protect my health and life -- fled from Canada.\n\nReported to CBC, but they do not reply. \nPosted Gogle Reviews, but they are deleted.

Thanks for the info, however, it is not clear especially for someone with a job offer a valid one but without a PR can leverage it for immigration. It will really help if you can make a video on LMIA to PR pathway. Moreso, if you are on LMIA WP in Canada.
