Hi - thanks for this video. My spouse could not meet the 60 days window to upload all documents in express entry portal and he received a notification that his application was rejected due to missing documents. There was some issue with his login and he couldnt upload his medicals. Any guidance on what we can do next.? Do we need to start over? Thank you!
