Some people think Sikhs are good law abifjn citizens but they practice arranged marriages...saw a BBC documentary about a girl who was raped and killed by her uncle and cousin because she refused to marry an older man that her parents selected for her...very sad shit 😢

The Truth is: "PEOPLE ARE HYPOCRITE". People have double standards. People live in cognitive dissonance. "I came from Portugal or Poland but I don't like the new immigrants" isn't this funny. Canada has a short history, it was founded a couple of centuries ago, in that sense, every Canadian was an immigrant at some point. For them, the white people, the problem is not immigration, but the brown people. "We hindus don't say Christianity or islam is bad" liar......here in india majority of hindus hate muslims to their core, hindus don't like sikhs, they dont like Christians, hindus don't even like fellow hindus, that are so-called lower caste. And here in punjab some portion of punjabis are furious about the migration of workers, labourers that come from UP & Bihar provinces. In their mind, the migration is an existential threat to the punjabi identity and community. But those hypocrites don't think like that when they move to abroad.

During early days of migration, Sikhs had faced lot of struggles in Canada, but they still created Printing press, Gadar movement to free Indians from Britishhers,participated in freedom struggle, though they could silently live in Canada......but they not, they fight for freedom, got hanged,got kale panni de saza....but now some people think Sikhs are not loyal to India?
