Really over 50 percent vote for this. It would be funny if It's not so sad in the same time. For now, it will work for the USA, but the boomerang will fly back. Your Partner realize now finally that the US is not trustful anymore. They need a bit of time to prepare but if it's done, America is isolated (ok Russia and North Korea will still like you).
