Clear your minds, wipe your mental slates clean, because as nice as it is to clutch our pearls and tsk-tsk about what this gov is doing, they're not listening to one word of what we're saying. Not ... one ... word. Their agenda isn't affected by your little concerns about the economy or jobs or immigration or how much youre struggling. It must be exhausting for the liberals to even have to do their performance theatre in the HOC. Ugh, you little people. Anyway, they will carry on with the charade until unquestionable power is achieved, and good luck to all of us in prying them out. Adrienne, Brian, Lorrie, you endlessly chat about the issues as if you think you can bring reason to whats happening if only they'd listen. Just stop it, really. With complete respect to all of you, do you think you change anything in this commentary? Youre all great, but we're in a paradigm rut on how to view this government and frankly, all governments. Perhaps we should all personally step back for a period and examine exactly what it is we're doing and start looking for solid, out-of-the-box solutions, because using 19th century political tools for affecting change just doesn't work anymore. Finally, this might be hard to wrap our heads around, but we are all part of the problem in some way. If you have the faculty to do so, ask yourself if you work for or support entities that ultimately support the very system oppressing you. Be smarter out there, everyone.

Sad to see the racist comments both in the video as well as in the comments. There is no doubt that Canada took too many immigrants in the past 5-7 years. The reasons are many - and the blame goes on both the provincial conservatives and federal liberals. The tuition freeze in Ontario caused colleges and universities to treat foreign students as an ATM to balance their budgets. Foreign enrollments skyrocketed, especially in colleges, with students paying top dollar for dubious degrees with no job prospects. This put strains on the job market, and the housing/rental market. As an educated Indian-American who now lives in Canada, it pains me to see my fellow countrymen dominating Uber, Uber Eats, Bicycle food delivery and Tim Hortons. No one uproots everything in their home country and comes all the way for this. Most of these people are here legally and they work really hard. A last word - leaving aside the Khalistan issue that has caused a wedge between Hindus and Sikhs - the Indian diaspora, especially the Sikh, are amazing in the amount of charitable work that they do. Their concept of seva is unmatched. No one goes hungry when there is a Gurdwara around, as there is always free nutritious food. Same is true for temples. Even a young poor Steve Jobs ate at Iskcon temples. Last point - while some of Canada's problems are because of excessive immigration, Canada would be nothing without immigrants. The population would decline, with a native fertility rate of under 1.4, and entitlement programs would be in deep trouble.

One word, Liberals.

This idiot already quit, no one is listening to anything Trudeau has to say. Tariffs on the Americans only costs Canadians more, tariffs on Canadians make Canadians pay more. So you see, Liberals have to go, then tariffs go away. CANADA CAN NOT SURVIVE WITHOUT AMERICAN MARKETS LET THAT SINK IN. Cancelled pipeline, not paying up in NATO, not stopping drug flow, not fair in trade to the USA 200 billion in difference, you see the Liberals are in panic mode and its all their fault starting with his word salad speechs that mean nothing.

FORMER luxury hotels being the key word. Once they’re all out they’ll be really pleased with the amount of damage done by people who don’t believe they need to take care of their own spaces. Every one of those hotels will get exactly what they asked for and no one will ever want to stay until they are torn down and rebuilt from all the damage. Canada is what you would call an enabler when it comes to druggies and crazy people. You can have Canada and their liberal and policed country. At one time is was a great country. I lived there once and went back and forth for 30 years and watched the government get worse and worse. The people are great but the government is not. I watched it deteriorate over 30 some years and now the liberals got a strangle hold on it and they are chocking it to death. Beautiful country but the woke liberals have destroyed it. It is no longer the Canada people once knew. So sad, but now I am watching the very same thing happening to the U.S. but I hope we are able to stop it before it gets too far. The woke liberals are actually dead in every sense of the word, brain dead and soul dead.
