Modern states (all post cold war NATO) are tailored as such to put the descendants of the citizens are always at a disadvantage. Land, taxes, infrastructure, livelihood stolen from their grandparents by their own state and distributed to newcomers. The scapegoats are Indians in Canada, North Aficans in France, Syrians and Afghans in Turkey while the politicians commit the crime go unpunished.
