Trump has been effective with the southern border, but we never hear about our (USA) northern border, which is 3 times the size of its southern counterpart and apparently recognized as the LONGEST International border IN the WORLD! It makes sense for smugglers to use a different means for entry once the previous method gets controlled. I hope the US government is paying attention and doesn’t turn a blind eye to our northern border like they did with our Mexican border.

Trump is attempting to offset his tax cuts by implementing a tax that isn't called a tax. All of the money from the tariffs goes to the government. Trump has mentioned when tariffs were common as supporting what he is doing, but he doesn't add that at that time, there wasn't an income tax, so tariffs were how the government supported itself. Trump, knowing that tariffs are income for the government, is lying to his base so they will accept the increased prices as a necessary evil to battle the bad countries of Mexico and Canada. It will look like his tax breaks aren't hurting as much as they are and price increases will be the fault of the other countries.\n\nTrump is a conniving grifter with no knowledge of how to run a country's economy or international trade. He is gaslighting the American public to cover his own shortcomings.\n\nAlso, if fentanyl is entering the US, why is it the fault of the other countries? It is the job of the US to stop anything on its side of the border. Canada and Mexico do what they can to catch the drugs while inside their respective countries. The tons of cocaine and guns that enter Canada and Mexico from the US are caught by their border services; they don't blame the US for the products getting past their own border agents, and the US takes no responsibility for it making it across the border. Why is it other countries' fault for drugs getting past the US's border agents, but not the fault of the US that guns and drugs are going in the other direction? That is why countries work together, not fight over whose fault it is and try to punish each other.

It's only a matter of time before America pushes every country right into arms of The BRICS Nations. You can BET THE FARM if Canada and Mexico join BRICS China, Russia, and other countries will be invited to set up shop right on the Rio Grande in the South and Niagara Falls on the Northern border of the United States. America will LITERALLY BE SURROUNDED. If Panama feels threatened they will join BRICS for protection as will Greenland and every other nation on earth INCLUDING other international port locations. This is a disaster of BIBLICAL proportions to the US economy if the US loses the privilege to be served at just a couple of the strategically placed locations. This will hyper accelerate the balance of WORLD POWER from America to The BRICS GLOBAL MAJORITY and completely dismantle the influence of the UN. THEY WILL SANCTION AMERICA!!! You don t come to USA if you don t know where to leave period .It has been like that for years.Normally from the airport you have to fill the adress of who will host you or the person who sponsored you.\nAnd by immigration standard you should not come here to be a charge and take advantage of the welfare system .From the USA ambassy where you postule for a USA visa everything is designed to avoid those kinds of situations .If you dont have a place to stay then ICE has to send you back to where you came .USA has been almost like that for years???.\nIf you cross the border illigaly you have to be detain and expulse automatically.\nSeeking asylum don t mean it as to be in USA only .There are so many countries crossed by those migrants that could and should take them as asylum seekers unless those countries did not sign the asylum seekers international treaty.

You seemed to have conveniently missed a few more main points. We, Indians, put ourselves down.\n\nThey are;\n1) Out of 100 Indiands traveled abroad either for tourism or business, only 50 returns home, and the rest try to find jobs to live there.\n\n2) Many Indians forge documents or produce fake documents to get visas.\n\n3) Where the Indians go, they bring pan and pan parag items and spit sll over the place, especially the North Indians. South Indians are much better.\n\n4) We, Indians, can go any lower to get a job abroad at low pay. So, we put our own grades down.\n\nThere are numerous examples I know of. Let me cite a few below.\n\n1) In one of the Western countries, a few years ago, a real Punjabi brother and sister who staged fake a marriage, got a marriage certificate, and other documents only to migrate there. The government eventually found put and deported them.\n\n2) Canada deported a few hundred Gujarati students when the US border security found them not speaking in English. On investigation, it was found that they all came with fake IELTS certificate.\n\nThere are many incidents we get to witness the day after the day. So, we can't blame other countries. It's us who made us very cheap in the international market. Because of those Indians, the entire innocent, honest, and talented Indians community is affected.

These are east Indians coming from the UK. They had US visas from the UK. What is Canada to do when they are in transit passengers from the UK and given fake or real but seems fake US visas. All international intransit passengers dont go through customs at their stop over country. Its an international fact. The East indians knew that if they boarded their flight to the US they would get sent back to the UK and hence India so they decided to illegally cross our border. Canada could not have prevented this. But now that we know this is what they need to do , we along with the Americans should step up our security. They could be terrorists. For decades we lived with a non secure border now foreigners are fuc**ng with our safety. India take some responsibility. You boast on the world stage and scold others, well what do you have to say now. Canada and America should tax India for the time and resources they have had to use since Moody says India is the 5th largest economy and they have money. Please if you want to come do it legally.

The Biden administration deported more undocumented immigrants in 2 years than Trump deported in 4 years.\n\nThey did it without hate speech, without divisive hate, without lies, propaganda, and ignorant rhetoric. They did it without breaking any US laws, without breaking international laws, and without violating the Geneva Convention. I worked at the southern border for 10+ years. I once watched someone drive a truck over a border wall with two thick boards on each side, which they just kept there for next time. It took less than 5 minutes. Because walls aren’t magical.\n\nTrump plans to terminate programs like birthright citizenship, DACA, migrant visas, green cards, military service….and he’s planning to deport people who were born here, have citizenship, but their parents weren’t citizens at the time, so he’s deporting them. IT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. But neither does Trump. Who, BTW married TWO IMMIGRANTS who were undocumented at the time. 4 of his 5 kids were born to an immigrant. Melania’s parents are here through “chain migration.” But, he’s taking that away now, too. JD Vance’s wife is of Indian descent. These are the 2 men who want to kick out immigrants. Undocumented immigrants contributed nearly $100 billion to the economy & social security in 2022 alone. They pay the same sales taxes we do. But they don’t have access to the social programs they’re paying into & they don’t get tax returns. WE KEEP THEM. But sure, let’s kick them all out. Any ONE of trump’s plans is going to cripple our economy anyway. \n\nThings are going to get really, really bad, guys.

I can see services and consumer products going up and of course you will have another liar in the WH press secretary room blaming the Biden administration for it. Same old story. It will probably be a story similar to the border wall, Mexico will pay for it. Where's the wall and when did Mexico pay for the part that was built? Ah, let's not mention that all those privately owned jails and detention centers (many owned by wealthy reps) will be ripping off the federal government/you the taxpayer. They will overcharge for lodging, food, blankets, you name it.  \nRemember, you might want deport all the illegal immigrants, but there are international laws as well. The countries that you might want to deport those immigrants might say, no. we don't want them. So, then, they become the responsibility of the US Government. Those people will be in limbo, meanwhile, we the taxpayers will paying for housing, feeding, clothing, them and their health care. \n\nOh, we haven't talked about climate change.... migration to the northern wealthier countries won't stop due to climate change. It won't stop here or in Europe. But, no many people are talking about it or preparing for it. \n\nNow the Reps have control of the executive branch, the congress (both chambers), and the Supreme Court is in his pocket. So, there will be no one to blame but themselves if they don't fix what they say they will fix: Immigration, ACA, the Economy, and more.

Things must be done in the right and proper way thousands of illegal immigrants just come to USA walk over the border come in Canada and get free houses, Some don't come to work they hear Canada give free houses,Money and health care,they get thousands of dollars yearly.Thousands come as international students says they come to go to school and flocking Food Banks which a lot now have to close.Hundreds of Canadian work very hard and loose their jobs in COV19 and can't get no help and living under trees and these people come never work here get free houses, medical and money while hard working seniors are suffering.The system is too open and slack.Canada is too open it is the only country that takes in what other countries refuse the boarders need to be struck like U S A. These probably happened but your vid is creating fear and not informative. Canada is a welcoming country, and visa officers are trained to be friendly and not aggressive. As soon as you land in Canada, get your information straight. Know why you are here, where you will be staying and for how long. Do not approach the border officers with fear or panic as this video is trying to make you feel.Canada doesn’t just set people aside for deportation at the airport. Once you land in Canada you are protected by Canadian law and international law on immigrants . A visa officer will not warn you of overstaying your visa (if you overstay you won’t be granted visa next time) no officer will tell you that. That’s not their job. People can be set aside for proper screening or scrutiny but that doesn’t mean they are being set aside for deportation. Deportation has a procedure and it’s a costly process even for the Canadian government.These are assumptions. You are exaggerating! Don’t be afraid people, Canada is a beautiful and welcoming country. Information on your application has to match information you give in your questioning. If they don’t match then suspicion is aroused.Even if it doesn’t , they are so many explanations you can give as to why ( stress, airsick,tired, confused ,hungry cus of the long flight) officers will give you time to cool off and come to you later. If it gets to the worst, invoke your rights as an international immigrant and ask for entry to Canada being a safe country as a refugee claimant . Officers can’t deport you if you claim asylum at the border, they have to follow due process and your case must be heard by a judge. Create information, not fear!

I stopped visiting Canada 40 years ago because of insane or corrupt border control policies. I traveled to Canada from California to record an album for a popular rock star. My crew number 4 people and we had reserves a month for basic tracking in a studio there. We bought our own reels of 3 inch wide recording tape because the studio wanted twice the rate as normal and since my studio was a distributor for the mastering tapes we brought from my own inventory. Each reel of tape was 3 lbs and brought 30 reels. We got to customs and they said we owed money for importing the tape. Normally a reel would have been $180, and customs wanted $38,000 x 20, and would not let us retrieve it to take it back to the US side of the border. How can a tape worth $180 suddenly have duty of $38,000?\nIt was explained to me as the Potential Value of the tape which meant AFTER a hit song was recording in it. Most recordings are total losses and the tape cant used on a new project even if properly bulk-erased. They expected me to pay on the spot $760,000 in duties. I gave up and left the tape with them. I called the artist and said we could not do the project in Canada and we went back to California. The artist came to us a few months later and the result was a minor hit, and probably barely made its production cost since the label only distributed it in Canada. I talked to an international trade lawyer about what happened and he said customs officials were wrong in Canada but they are given full latitude with no appeal so his advice was never take anything over the border that I did not mind being confiscated. Sometimes they would let it in because it was going back out in a month, but likely they sold it off and pocketed the money. The US is corrupt on a federal level but Canada is corrupt on the local level. I moved out of the US 24 years ago have a much higher quality of life than is even possible in the US, and live very cheaply. Total cost of living with a very active social and cultural life impossible to duplicate in the US which as some of the least options for culture. And my cost of living is $1500 a month, less than utilities alone for one house in California, and that is for 2 people. Last month for example I attended world class opera, ballet and symphonies 9 times, and went out to dinner, in jazz clubs or dance clubs, visited12 top museums, and it was still under $1500 for the month. A pair of tickets to the MET in NYC for lower grade performance, sets, orchestra ad theater, was $1800!! $600 for tickets to drama for 2. Here there 237 drama theaters within walking distance of my city center home, and can walk anywhere at any time of day and be safe due to VERY low crime rates. Free medical is good. I am not citizen but still I had an operation and 10 days in a vip single room for $5300 and despite my insurance I had been paying back in California $824.month, it was going to cost me out o pocket $500,000 and one day in a recovery 12 bed room, and require paid nursing attendant for 30 days. The results were great and was treated like king.\nCanadians have lost control of their government but Americas are screwed regardless, with lower than international standards for everything, with crime, corruption in Washington, extreme cost of living, no access to culture, few if any safe parks. My adopted city is not only far more beautiful than any US city, my GF can walk, alone, anywhere in a city of 7mil at any time of day through any of the 600 beautiful parks open 24/7..at 3am. There are no homeless, and 80% of those over 20yo own their home clear of debt. No college debt despite twice the % of people having degrees. The rest of the world caught up and has surpassed the US and Europe in quality of life. \n\nI have only been back to the US 5 times in 24 years and each time I am shocked by how much the entire society has declined while most of the world outside of Europe, Canada, US, UK or Australia have dramatically improved.\nEvery year since 2008 more Americans leave the US to live elsewhere than legal immigrants arrive.

Maybe if they put that much effort into fixing their homeland they wouldn't feel they need to be here. They gonna be in for a surprise when they find out the roads ain't paved with gold here. You make more money but you pay way more money to so what's the diff. I'm for freedom and humanity and I believe in helping the needy but at what point do you draw the fckng line. We can't even or wont even help pur own people we need to do that b4 worrying bout rest of the world. We need to start taking border hopping seriously. As in, if you start shooting, those people will turn around and go the other way. This is insane. These people need to follow the international laws, and if our neighbors can't follow the laws we need to put immense pressure on them and those before them to deal with refugees.if they can't handle it then they need to go through the proper channels to get help. If they are simply unable, then they need to have a ranking system. But the worst thing of all is our current administration that told them to come to our borders. They should be charged and held solely responsible.

I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, then migrated in Canada in 2014, and become Canadian Citizen in 2020. I tried to be a Nurse in Canada, but it was extremely difficult.. Fastforward, I got to enrol in a bridging program for International Nurses in 2020 in Ontario and I was so happy! When I was about to start the program, COVId hit and they cancelled the school.. Not knowing if I could secure a seat in the program (the usual waiting time for the seat is 3-5years!) I decided to just moved to US and work as an RN.. But I really miss Canada, planning to live near the border, but the rentals are 3-4x expensive compare to US! Canada is becoming more and more expensive too.. ?

Justin Trudeau seriously caused a huge immigration issue of Mexicans and south americans coming to our country. Like dude I was born in Canada and my parents are immigrints who came legally so I can tell you my side. A non biast side. Since I live and work here I can tell u most people of colour r welcoming, however most people who are here and have trouble finding work dont wanna see more people come and make it harder like texas and arizonia. They dont wanna have a min standard and have a reguee take their job at a quarter of what ur asking. What Justin Trudeau did was really stupid IMO. U opened the door to millions of reguees. This causing a issue more for USA, so they jump 2 international borders. My personal view is lets stip immigration. CLose the border. WE gotta take care of who we have here already. I am sick and tired of seeing people not being able to get a job here, and adding more workers with less standards is not the answer for us. This guy automatically thought we would let him in?
