Appluses for hearing one side of the story. Care to hear the perspective of an Indian Immigrant in Canada? Then read on. I believe most people are barking up the wrong tree. As a legal immigrant who migrated here with a nuclear family only on merit, I believe I earn the privilege to voice my thoughts here. First of all, rather than blaming the hoards of Indian immigrants, why don't anyone ask questions to the people who allowed it? Why not ask the politicians who vetoed it? Why not ask the police who is not able to stop reckless drivers? Why not ask the minister's who allow hospitals to run under staffed? USA has a massive Indian diaspora. But they are mostly IT workers and CEOs and Doctors. So who was at mistake of bringing illiterate, uncouth Indians to Canada? After earning all the required merit, and paying as much taxes from my family that is equivalent to minimum wages of at least 4 people, it hurts me to see undeserving people taking benefits of the system, while we get the short end. No one seemed too concerned when Indian students brought in so much money and revived some dead economies. No one blamed thousands of Punjabi businesses bringing in dollars into the economy. India, with its 150 billion people has s#!to eaters and people who can buy out Canada. You only see the bad. Press the government to bring in good people. Doctors, engineers, lawyers, scientists, business people, who will add value to the country and generate you jobs and salaries and grow this country. Not cooks and drivers only. Khalistan and Pro-BJP factions are both bad outside India. They all should go back and let the peace loving Indians and Canadians live here in peace. I don't hate anyone, but just the people who make my home country and me look bad. We ain't that bad after all.

I was born in brampton, lived in cbridge then to b.c.! I will never go back! Heres a fun fact tho, the government opened the flood gate to immigration, red taped housing, started a catch and release program for repeat offenders, even violent ones! And made drugs decriminalised! From what I heard, there was commercials and panphlets all over differnt countries saying come to canada for a better life, its great here! Many came and because of the housing shortage due to the red tape, people were sleeping on the street in front of the government offices! Its also colder then many people that have never experienced could even imagine! Then there starting from the bottom! A chip on there shoulder thinking the gov owes them and do whatever you can to get payed! Hence why there were so many car, jewlery store, liqure store thiefts and break & enters! The cops were literally telling people to keep there car keys near the door so the thiefs can take them with no altercation! I blame turdo and sean fraser! Fun fact, sean fraser was the immagration minister then got cabnet shuffled to housing minister during turdos terms, idk what he is now but i think hes still in cabnet. I try not to be racist but this failed experiment and just plain bad math/out of touch with reality cabinet ministers are litterally making people racist! Its too many, too fast, when there manipulating the housing market by red taping it so much nobody can get a shovel in the ground! The stupidity of the gov is insane! I dont like the convervatives either as they will just swing the pendulem so far the other way too fast, i.e. cut everything! Including when they were hurting single mothers on welfare and persons with disibilities, we need somthing new, maybe a.i. or the upcomming future party, idk but this crap is wak!

The problem is that Canada didn't just take immigrants from India, they took in criminals in the name of "asylum". In certain parts of India, there used to be small-scale separatist movements, back in 1970s and 1980s. Senior Trudeau saw this as an opportunity to vent his frustration for India's not signing of NPT . So the guy kept giving "asylum" to the violent separatists, to "teach India a lesson" (Yeahh... sure) Gradually, it became so that once you have gained enough rep in organised crime, drug trade, so that it's difficult for you to stay under the radar in India, running from law enforcement, you would run to Canada, UK or Australia, and ask for asylum, with whatever reason. And those countries, in their stupid sense of righteousness, would accept it without any background checks. Now, yes, it's a trouble for us (good job), because most of the gang leaders are hiding away in these countries, running their operations remotely. Indian officials are only able to nab the low-level gang members. But it also means that these countries now ALSO have the worst criminals in their cities. And once they settle down, they will do what they know best .... crimes. And gradually they become a problem for their host countries, as well as other Indians in these countries. (Whenever Khalistanis do any parade, they force other Indian families to put up their yellow flags on their homes, to make it look like they have massive support) It's not good for anyone, but these countries have put themselves in a position from which they have no idea how to extricate themselves. Sure, you may blame Indians. But we were literally asking you to send those criminals back, and you refused to do so. Now they are your problem. If they create problems for us, then maybe, they will drop de** in some parking lot. But apart from that, most of their activities are going to be Canada's problem to deal with. They are already turning the streets of Canada into a drug paradise, hurting the young people of both local and Indian origins. Such a waste of life and potential.

No, they’re not, they voted for this! So they’re not sick of it, they actually want more of it! And they want us to be less safe, and they don’t want us to be able to protect yourself against criminal individuals. There you go. If you try to protect yourself in Canada and you’ve hurt the individual breaking into your home, trying to maybe be murder you, you get in trouble not the perpetrator.. what a wonderful world… Canada, and I’m Canadian, you’re getting everything you deserve you voted for it.. so STFU UP.. I worked since I was 14, (A lot of times evenings and weekends, several times, two jobs)! I am now 63, I got hurt at work! First I had to fight compensation for a year, ZERO $$$! Then I had to apply to get Disability Canada Pension because I can't physically work anymore.. (damaged back, head injury, I have to use a cane and knee braces to walk)! I spent my savings just surviving while being forced to fight for MY money from my own government for 5 years just to get a measly $300. a month! THAT'S IT! Luckily my spouse works , we paid off our house ten years ago! But, we still barely get by! Every person I speak to about my case with the government on the phone, can barely speak English and yell at me or are VERY impatient with me, because I can't understand THEM, they usually hang up! When I ask to please speak to someone IN Canada, they hang up, then I have to wait another hour to talk to someone else! (I went to 4 government funded agencies to see if I could possibly get a job working from home, because I have trouble getting out! All sent me somewhere else! One agency who is supposed to help disabled people in WPG, REES, the agent refused to talk to me or look me in the eye, * he got a supervisor to talk to me! Because he's Muslim and I'm Gay! They were continuously hostile/aggressive towards me without reason??? I volunteer at 2 different food banks , I've met TONS of people who have never worked a day in their lives, their family, parents, grandparents have never worked... EVER! Yet they have brand new trucks??? Still go to food banks? AND, several new Canadians who I've met, have never worked a day in Canada... Some with new cars??? Yet everyone else receives 10 times what I receive to live on??? I PAID TAXES ALL OF MY LIFE! We can't afford a car! Yet... I don't blame them! I would take it they offered! I blame our government (NDP, Libs, AND CONservatives) who don't give a crap about disabled and seniors in Canada! Or if you paid taxes all of your life , into a system that's supposed to help when you need it! ALL politicians in Canada just whore out their votes! I've volunteered for almost 40 years, also holding down jobs, helping others, I've never seen so may seniors and disabled people forced to access food banks and soup kitchens than the last few years! EVER! Disabled people have to constantly prove they are disabled enough to get kitchen scraps from sociopathic politicians who are over paid and under worked! Fees go up, taxes go up, housing goes up, property taxes go up, bus fairs go up, etc.. Services go WAY down! We can afford trillion$ in corporate welfare, but not help our own? Seniors can't afford to live in their homes anymore! YOU'RE WELCOME for paying for YOUR golden pensions pig politicians, and NOT helping us when we need it! POS!

After all who is too blame for all this drug addiction in the USA we all know it was the pharmaceutical Emporium and the government… these tariffs have nothing to do with fentanyl it’s an evil plan which is going to hurt all of the 3 countries in North America ??

Canada met Trump's terms and he still screwed them, I don't blame them for retaliating. Losing allies and isolating us from the rest of the world is going to hurt everyone

Trump is attempting to offset his tax cuts by implementing a tax that isn't called a tax. All of the money from the tariffs goes to the government. Trump has mentioned when tariffs were common as supporting what he is doing, but he doesn't add that at that time, there wasn't an income tax, so tariffs were how the government supported itself. Trump, knowing that tariffs are income for the government, is lying to his base so they will accept the increased prices as a necessary evil to battle the bad countries of Mexico and Canada. It will look like his tax breaks aren't hurting as much as they are and price increases will be the fault of the other countries.\n\nTrump is a conniving grifter with no knowledge of how to run a country's economy or international trade. He is gaslighting the American public to cover his own shortcomings.\n\nAlso, if fentanyl is entering the US, why is it the fault of the other countries? It is the job of the US to stop anything on its side of the border. Canada and Mexico do what they can to catch the drugs while inside their respective countries. The tons of cocaine and guns that enter Canada and Mexico from the US are caught by their border services; they don't blame the US for the products getting past their own border agents, and the US takes no responsibility for it making it across the border. Why is it other countries' fault for drugs getting past the US's border agents, but not the fault of the US that guns and drugs are going in the other direction? That is why countries work together, not fight over whose fault it is and try to punish each other.

I have so much respect for the Canadians! You do what you have to do to protect your country, it used to be the American way too! Not one American can blame you for protecting yourself even if it is going to hurt. I would rather be hurt by someone trying to defend their sovereignty than to be hurt by a damn bully who took an oath to protect us and yet has no desire to do so.

Trudeau government has hurt the Canadian economy for the last 8 years, thankfully, now that he is going out .He's trying to dust himself off and blame President Trump for his naive ways of governing .

Those US citizens who did not vote for tRump and we support Canada. My husband is a retired Airborne Ranger who worked cooperatively with military personnel from the UK, Canada, Germany, France, and other democratic countries around the world. We are just sick about how tRump has treated our allies. He is a bully and a draft dodging coward. We don’t blame any of our NATO allies who apply pressure through tariffs, etc to give tRump the consequences he deserves for his bad behavior. He is hurting the US country and its citizens, being cruel to their people lower income US citizens. Middle and lower class US citizens are going to be suffering under his US as he is trying to get rid of every program that helps us live with dignity. He is hurting our farmers. We know that he is a narcissistic psychopath. Most of us can’t wait until he and JD Vance are out of office, and hopefully in prison. They don’t care how many US citizens they hurt with their greedy megalomaniac agenda. We are sorry that our administration is being so unreasonable and hope you can forgive the rest of the US citizens that never wanted this situation with you and our other NATO allies.

These people are saying that they will support and defend these immigrants because this administration is dividing us? You people should be ashamed of yourselves, because if there’s someone really dividing this nation, it’s not the Trump administration; but you guys who choose to go against your own people, in favor of illegal immigrants. You are clearly the one dividing this nation. We were doing fine, until your party decided to overload us with all these illegal immigrants. \nDon’t get me wrong. I have no objection for any person to enter this country legally, but when you’re hurting our people, disobeying our laws, and even raping and killing US citizens; then I will not support that. If you want someone to blame, then you should blame Biden, George Soros, the U. N., and the far left radical woke party. They’re the ones responsible for this mess. Of course they will deny it, but that’s alright; because Trump it’s going to force the law on the books, and those who oppose them, will find themselves walking in hot coals. You know who I feel bad for? For the unaccounted children, that don’t know any better; and were sent alone by their parents or family members. What kind of parent will do this to a kid? Not a very good person, I’m sure. I pray that we do find these missing children, and that all those that are trying to make it legally into this country; will be accepted.

I have lived in Canada for 70 yrs. We will not submit to a want a be dictator-. Hes putting the blame on us when its his fault from all his failed promises hes made before and now. Hes really going to hurt the American people with everything going up in price. Trump will be made to step down im sure do to his ridiculous actions.

It speaks more about the white people being lazy than immigration if the white people are the ones going homeless and using drugs. ? \nDo you see Indians being homeless in Brampton? Maybe because they’re doing 2-3 jobs to make ends meet.\nAnyways. I’m tired of this influx of immigrants as well because our country is definitely getting hurt from it. I would blame the Trudeau government,but I also hold those who are bad ambassadors at fault, they get blame on the same level, I cant believe the things im seeing happ My grandfather drove a tank through Italy for this Country and it deeply offends me to see so many immigrants being brought in. I agree with your opinion, and I can sympathize with those who are here for good reasons but Canadians are hurting because of this government, there are no longer jobs , the prices keep increasing while what few places that use to be jobs for Canadians have an indian working and I can't help but become upset when I see so much pain, and have seen so many people take their lives or fall into addiction. \n I've had the pleasure of knowing Indians from the past before immigration became an issue and I would still hold them in high regard , but I care about Canadians, and that might even represent some indian immigrants but not the new wave that have arrived. Slam the immigration door 100%. Do we need to increase our population? Really? More people drives up our CO2 emissions, allows undesirables to enter and stay here and increases the housing crisis - all of these are bad for Canada. Who has allowed all this to happen? There is only one person to blame and that’s Trudeau. He’s hurting Canada on purpose. Time for him to go one way or the other. Oh I suppose with all that fresh snow in Ottawa he could just slip and slide down to the canal.

Been here since the 90s and I'm slowly watching this country go down the drain. I blame our politicians and mass immigration. The truth hurts, but it's facts
