Mortgage fraud has also increased DRASTICALLY since the influx of new immigrants coming to Canada within the last 10 years. And who is doing the fraud? 95% of the fraud cases are new immigrants from India. There are many good people that come from india, but there are FAR more than don't assimilate, have no interest in ever assimilating, and they abuse our social systems, stealing from every Canadian as well as cause our quality of life to drastically drop. People were actually selling "Beach $hitter" t-shirts because the problem was getting so common. Immigration is ok, but the amount of people the Canadian government has allowed into Canada, ALL from totally different cultural origins, in such a short amount of time was never, and will never be sustainable. In my opinion, Canada needs to full stop close its borders to anyone immigrating for at minimum 5-10 years, to allow the countries infostructure time to catch up with the masses of people who have already come into the country. But that will never happen with the liberals at the helm, they would literally get rid of the whole concept of a "border" if they could. Elbows up ya dorks!

Basically 80% of students from India are a FRAUD in Canada, and 100% of the Indian students in Canada come in Canada to study NOT but to stay in Canada, there are so many Indian students in Canada, that have university degrees but they register themselves into Canadian colleges in order to work and live in Canada. The real problem is not just people, it’s the Canadian immigration system and the loopholes IRCC has left wide open. Students on study or work visas must not be allowed to bring their spouses. If someone wants to come, let them take an English test themselves and prove they’re qualified. Study permits should only be issued for genuine university students, not random private colleges being used as back doors into the country. On top of that, no work permits should be given while on a study visa. Employers who hire students illegally on cash as cheap labour should face strict penalties, heavy fines, and blacklisting. Until these loopholes are closed, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited and lose credibility. IRCC, this is not immigration — this is fraud facilitated by weak laws.

As an Australian, I can honestly say that some of your countrymen who visit this country, are not the shining ambassadors for India. India also has the rare distinction of being a potential economic powerhouse that won't deliver for its citizens, so its citizens want to upend their lives and move abroad . . . by any means necessary, especially visa fraud - by pretending to be students and working full-time (in violation of student visa requirements), by engaging in sham marriage for sole (and unlawful) immigration benefit, just to name a few outrageous things Indians do. I'm a foreign national of Indian origin, and I support these rejections. Every sovereign country makes it owns decisions as to who is and isn't allowed to enter their country; India is no exception, given its history of refusing visas (many a times, for political reasons). Aap karo to sahi, aap par aayi to mirchi lagi? Oh, and companies abroad get Indian IT talent not because it is good, but because it is cheap (and eventually delivers projects) - big difference. If Indian IT was so dang awesome, you'd think they'd be visionaries in the field, but nope, by and large, Indians consume; they do not invent, but rather implement existing technologies, and have little to offer to the world in terms of scientific and technological breakthroughs at present - with some exceptions.

Anyway, reality is India, and the Modi government’s priority, is to ensure Indian intake into foreign countries increases substantially. This is due to the lack of jobs and resources locally. The bigger issue is fraudulent applications. The Australian government blacklisted student applicants from Punjab, Gujarat, Bihar and 3 other states for high proportion of fraudulent applications. In about 2004 almost every Indian real estate agent in Alberta had their license pulled because they were proven to be involved in mortgage fraud on a massive scale. Never knew such bully immigratiin existed.\n\nOur knowledge is that when a person or persons enter Canada for vacation, NOT TO APPLY FOR WORKING PERMITS.\n\nSO BASICALLY, THEY WERE IN CANADA TAKING CANADIANS JOBS.\n\nTHESE PEOPLE WEEW NOT COMING FOR A VACATION, THEY MAIN GOAL WAS TO WORK.\n\nTHE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS FROM.INDIA AND PUNJABIS HAD NO PLANS TO ATTEND COLLEGES FOR STUDYING IT WAS ALL ABOUT WORKING OVER 40 HOURS PER WEEK.\n\nTHE INTERNATIONAL FROM INDIA AND PUNJAB THAT ENTER CANADA WITH FAKE STUDENTS VISA, FAKE COLLEGES, FAKE WORKING PERMITS.\n\nTHE FAKE IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS, STUDENTS AND THEIR PARENTS WHO WERE ALL INVOLVED IN THE IMMIGRATION FRAUD SHOULD BE ALL DEPORTED TO MOSTLY INDIA, PUNJABI AND OTHER NATIONALITIES.\n\n\nTHEY DISRESPECTED CANADA IMMIGRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS.\n\n\nTHEY ALL MUST BE MADE AN EXAMPLE FOR THE OTHER FRAUDERS OF CANADA IMMIGRATION.

There are a lot of fraud agencies in Punjab and Delhi and they let these guys come in with fake IELTS scores. Why is Canada not checking them at the point of entry? Deny entry if they can't speak English properly for example. That is the biggest scam going on at the moment and I'm sorry but I do not feel bad if Canada send these guys back to India. We don't want them either but atleast they were born here!

The funny thing is trudeau caused this issue and it's only years later he realizes he has to reverse it. Everyone that has immigrated in the past 5 years should be deported. We do not need 3 million immigrants in the span of 5 years. I have nothing but bad experiences with people from india, scamming, fraud, lying etc. Even Canadian born east indians do not like the people that are coming from india because of their culture and how they try to go around the laws and break the laws especially with businesses.
