Im a Canadian and honestly I've NEVER had a problem finding a job, I don't even have my highschool... I think it has to do with *which* jobs they are applying for. I get that theres an "immigration" problem, the refusal to adapt and assimilate feels like a slap in the face especially when the same few will talk I'll of the same system they benefit from. HOWEVER I don't think it's good to lump all of these problems together and dump collective blame on immigrants. For 1, all this immigration and policies have happened under a liberal government and y'all voted then in, AGAIN. - clearly you're not THAT desperate for change. 2nd. Are the ones saying they can't find work willing to work in trades? General laborers making $25-$30+++ No experience required. Tradespeople are glad to teach people willing to work hard and learn.. What about warehouse work? Apply to your 5 closest warehouses, I guarantee youll get in 1.. ALSO the government IS willing to help Canadians get little certifications like forklift, smartserve, CPR.. Career colleges can help with training (e.g - computer) as well as soft skills. So yeah, I wonder if it's people being just as picky as they were when Canada wasn't in the economical shitter it is in rn? Maybe Im far luckier or fortunate than most? Maybe expectations are too high? Maybe some stubbornly refuse assistance they are entitled to? Im not sure, but I do sympathize/empathize with you guys, I hope you all can "get through". I pray we can find solutions to this insane cost of living / broken housing market / price gouging / tiny group of business owners having a complete market control and a monopoly on everything thing we need to survive - without competition, limitations or government regulation🫩. This mass immigration is deliberate and if you follow global politics you will see this isn’t just happening in Canada. I have all evidence and receipts saved. How do you implode a nation, crash an economy, make citizens reliant on govt for everything… why bring in millions of immigrants and put their needs first. You can go to any city or town in Canada now. It’s hard to find a Canadian working. In Canada we have foreign workers programs that allows businesses to hire foreigners and the liberal federal govt pays 1/3 of these foreigners salaries. So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Liberal cabinet ministers Anita Anand and Melanie Joly they both openly campaigned saying they must support Palestine because they both have large Muslim populations in their respective ridings. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. Bit of the conservatives refuse to pivot we will never see another federal conservative govt in our lifetimes. It’s not racist it’s the truth. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. That’s deliberate political interference. It’s time we enforce the law. No more hate speech or hate crimes against any community especially the Jews. Deport these ppl back to Gaza if they are here on visas or revoke their citizenship and send them packing. We need ICE in Canada like they have in America. It’s long over due. If we get a hold of our borders and we stop the drugs we would have a new trade deal with Trump tomorrow. Carney doesn’t want that because it’s all he has to fear monger ppl oh bad Trump me Tarzan me good bad orange man. Haven’t you had enough now Canada? I'm a proud Canadian Immigrant of Indian origin. I came here to do specialized studies in Game Development. I took my time, and studied 6 years as an international student, paying 3x the tuition, sank $200,000 of hard earned money into the Canadian Education system — Not as a fast track gimmick to immigrate, but so I could achieve my dream as a Game Developer. This money was family income, earned on 1/4th the salary, taking 4x longer to save. I was a great privileged to me. Today 15 years later, no one would ever think I'm from India. I sound Canadian, I behave Canadian, I have Canadian values, and I am Canadian. I came here because I loved Canada. I would watch hours upon hours of indigenous history, and on my Citizenship day, I watched Juno Beach to celebrate. However I must say this... I suffered through s*icidal depression here for 8 years, because I had far less leverage here than in a developing country, and it's really telling what sort of situation we're all in... Rent caps in Canada were removed... The housing market was open to foreign investors / and real estate monopolies with a 20% year-on-year rise... Rents went from 1000$ to 2100$ MINIMUM for a 1 bedroom through Trudeau's term and the govt said "It's not a federal responsibility"... Auto insurance is like 2.5-3.5k a year in Ontario and if you get a dent, you pay a deductable... I was quoted 8500$ for two wisdom teeth surgeries while it costed me 260$ abroad... During Covid - property owners, banks, and grocery stores exploited our misery and made record profits!... The govt stopped filtering through it's immigrants with "interviews", and it's operating like a scam — "Bring all your foreign money, convert it to CAD, and keep our GDP stable.. while we neither have the infrastructure, nor the job market to support these numbers". I think some accountability is due... these issues are "symptoms", not the problem — The problem is our Liberal govt / policies, and our wonderful voting body who voted Liberal term after term after term while complaining. Why does this govt safeguard extremism, foreign politics, foreign separatism? Khalistanis are as much of a threat / nuance to India than it is to Canada, but in Canada they actually have a unrestricted platform. Instead of resenting immigrants, we need to start resenting how mismanaged Canada is by our govt, and hold our voting body accountable. We had a chance to vote differently, but once again a repackaged and rebranded Liberal term. Because my ethnicity is Indian, I've become an object of collective resentment / hatred, and I don't think that's fair.. Please direct it at your vote, and govt level policies. Why should I (and other's like me) be crucified with the sins of other immigrants? It's like hating all your neighbors in a burning building, when the management has been lighting the fire.

If you voted Liberal in the last election, congratulations. I hope you are enjoying the suffering that you have prolonged on the rest of us. Don't bloody complain.

Trump is a horrible, horrible human. I am devastated over what he is doing. I've never once given Trump my vote and I'm not a lefty liberal. I knew if he was voted in he was going to cause world wide chaos. He has shown his character over and over and over...yet a large portion of American's just ignored it. This election wasn't about republicans or democrats or independents. This election was about humanity and global security. American's ignored the writing on the wall for their own singular wants/opinions. They stand with their Trump flags but only a few of them can actually explain any accurate information about his policy or legal issues and they condone his behavior. The majority of Trumpers claim to be 'Christians'. Christians voting for a man who is a bully, abuser, liar, predator, monger of power, impedes freedom of press and speech and aligns himself with a dictator. He pardoned violent offenders and called them patriotic, spouts false information, obstructs investigations, has numerous felony charges against him and has now made enemies with our allies. Shall I go on? That's not Christian. Even if you aren't Christian...that's not what America stands for. All for what...eggs? Guns? Cheaper groceries? Or because your need for hating a small group of people out weighs global peace. Or is it because you are so short sighted that you can't even see the valuable contribution that non American born people provide this country. Yes, Biden fell asleep at the wheel. Yet many of you still believed the better choice was a psychopath. This election was important. We failed as a country by putting this man in office. No matter what party you align with, we failed. Yes, I want cheaper eggs. Yes, I really need cheaper groceries. But not over the safety of the globe. Not over the lives of the people and children being killed in an unprovoked war. Not over the safety of Europe. Not over ripping off our closest and favorite country that borders us. Not over losing our democracy and our allies. I stand with Ukraine, Canada, Mexico and Europe and the Gulf of Mexico. You should ask yourself what you really stand for.

Basically, for the past four years, Biden, Harris and the Democrat Party have spent hundreds of billions of US tax dollars flying illegal immigrants in and basically leaving America’s borders in Mexico and Canada wide open to mass illegal immigration. Then they lied to the American people about the real numbers and how bad the problem really was. In the past few years, the Democrats have spent billions throughout all of our federal agencies via misappropriated US taxpayer funds that were earmarked for American citizens or American infrastructure and development, then used these misappropriated, taxpayer funds to provide housing, food, education, medical care, and in most cases, luxury hotels. Just within the past two weeks FEMA spent over $500 million to provide luxury hotels for illegal immigrants yet a few weeks ago they were still claiming that they didn’t have enough money to help American citizens who suffered catastrophic loss during recent hurricanes and wildfires. The simple fact that Democrats got more upset that Elon Musk bought Twitter than they are, that their own political party in government for the past four years, has literally been holding them at gunpoint and forcing them to pay taxes so that they could steal it or launder it into their own campaigns and pockets is literally disturbing! WTF!!!! If any of those other federal agencies are ran or funded the way U.S. AID were, with the massive corruption, misappropriation, fraud and theft of taxpayer funds, then I hope DODGE goes through an completely audits, every single federal agency in the United States. No wonder the Democrats are freaking out the way they are, if the Republicans got caught this bad with their hand in the taxpayer cookie jar, then you know the Democrats would be screaming a different tune. The Democrats are trying to manipulate taxpayers into believing utter nonsense like their phrase “ no one voted for Elon Musk. “ but in reality no citizen ever votes for the hundreds of the civilian presidential appointed positions to run these federal agencies, every new president pics/appoints to these positions every term. It definitely explains why hard-working tax paying men and women are getting completely ripped off and robbed every time they look at their paycheck and see how extremely and unnecessarily high taxes are now. The Democratic Party has completely destroyed its reputation with the American taxpayer, they got completely exposed for their corrupt, anti-American, extremist, radical,and woke liberal agenda. They were absolutely using tens of millions of US taxpayer funds to finance terrorist organizations like the Taliban and Isis, billions of US taxpayer funds, pushing their racist and sexist woke liberal DEI agenda across the globe, they were absolutely bribing corporate news media to control the narrative and manipulate the American people to influence elections via corporate news media subscription payments to very left, leaning news organizations, such as politico and others, that were clearly and obviously bribes to the media, just one of the NGO of many organizations under U.S. AID paid $75,000 of taxpayer money a year for a Digital subscription to politico’s corporate news outlet , that any one could sign up for $10 a year like any other news outlets digital subscription. The list of fraud, corruption, and very obvious US taxpayer funds theft, just goes on and on and on. I think the worst betrayal of it all is the fact that any US tax paying citizen or to steal one single US tax dollar from the government, we would be publicly arrested, put in handcuffs, charged with a felony, and prosecuted to the absolute max, the law would allow, but these Washington elite politicians are allowed to do this without even a public slap on the wrist is the most disgusting and devious, betrayal, and loss of trust that the American taxpayer has ever known.???????????????????????????????????????????

Oh yes! And Paul Kershaw of the Liberal sponsored think tank from UBC , tells Boomers and Gen Xers that we should live in seniors homes and give up our homes and money (that we worked for) so they can have homes. Well, if Millennials and Gen Zs voted for this. You reap what you sow kids! Enjoy!

Liberal mindset. Just do something without looking into cause and effect, silence any nay sayers by labeling them with some kind of hater title, proceed with plan. Plan fails terribly, don’t recognize the failure, continue with terrible plan until damage is irreversible. When questioned on policies or data on its effects, Liberals don’t even answer questions, they literally don’t answer the questions. Any people from around the world who want to know why Canadians are so displeased with their current government, please watch Trudeau parliament debates. It will make you wonder how this guy got voted in. Once the liberals realize their policies are failing, they change policies and blame opposition for their failures.\n\nIt’s interesting that the ideology of Liberals in Canada is supposed to be the middle ground for most people who agree with the left and the right political policies. Unfortunately they have gone so far left they make the NDP look central.\n\nImmigrants are always welcome in Canada and should be, but we do ourselves and new immigrants no favours if we don’t plan properly. Put people into stressful situations there will be turmoil. The water is not boiling in Canada yet, but you can see the bubbles starting to form.

I never voted for Trudeau. EVER! And before you think I am a CP supporter, I am not. I am not a Conservative. Yet when he came to power I knew it would be a disaster for this country. In the last 10 years Trudeau's Administration--or considered lack thereof--has just devastated us. His Liberal Government is absolutely disgusting. I wish people would have seen that he was never a good choice. He's enabled life in Canada to just collapse. He has not pushed for anything unless the NDP lit fire under his governments behind in the past few years. Yet they can't do everything. The Liberal Gov't consistently has been utterly lethargic in it's response to any urgency confronting Canadians. They are so out of touch and cynical in my mind it isn't funny. One thing I will agree with that the Conservative Party has said is that everything is broken. As a born and raised Canadian I can tell you it doesn't surprise me that people are leaving this place in droves. If I could, I would too. It is a sorrowful state of affairs. I lament what is happening to my country.

Don't blame India for this. Blame the vote bank politics of the liberal politicians you voted to power. These immigrants bring billions of dollars when they come here only to find a severely inefficient medical system and nothing in the name of jobs except factories, warehouses and Tim hortons. If you want change, push your government. Stop bringing anyone and everyone in. Your thumbnail is inaccurate too. A man with vermillion on his forehead is a Hindu. Most migrants from India are from the state of Punjab. Most of whom are NOT Hindus. A small fraction of these are separarist convicts who have been given refuge by the liberals and they refuse to engage with the Indian authorities to send them back for trial. As long as you blame others for your voting mistakes, you'll keep facing the same problems. It's not just caucasians who are leaving Canada. Immigrants who came legally a decade or more ago are frustrated here and are leaving and these include ones with non European backgrounds. Your view is eurocentric. Work on these areas.

If you consider yourself a liberal, and have voted for Trudeau and his party in the past, take a good hard look in the mirror, you are one of the voters who were responsible for Canada becoming this way, when he said, “the budget will balance itself.” That should have been all the hints needed for an educated person to see the liberals had no idea about anything in regards to economics, there’s a reason so many people are moving to Alberta, because truthfully, the more conservative policies are just superior when you consider how many times the liberals have exceeded their budgets

If you think it's pricey now to live in Canada just wait till the rest of the carbon taxes kick in.\nI was going to use buying a house as an example but forget that with the cost of housing right now it's already unattainable. Instead we'll go with groceries. The cost of fuel will go up with the carbon tax. So all the steps in getting your veggies to your plate go up. To offset this the feds say through their newly created bureaucracy they will give some people some money back. People seem to be under the impression that Canada is some sort of utopia that welcomes every single immigrant with open arms and sings “Hakuna Matata” with them. No, we are an actual country with stricter immigration laws than the US. Yes, we love diversity. Yes, it is our strength. But that doesn’t mean everyone is fair game. I’m not even specifically referring to this man here. All so-called refugees who already had made it to the US. If you were a refugee in the US and then come to Canada, OF COURSE we’re not gonna automatically grant you refugee status. Jesus Christ.\n\nTrudeau is not being a hypocrite.
