I remember a question about start of the modern energy industry, it had given timefram and what was the energy . I chose the Oil Alberta 1947 , which was correct. It has I think hydroelectricity Quebec 1980 as another answer closest for choice. Another question I remember True false , it has 3 names Question was are these one of the great inventors of Canada. So I would suggest you take note of Greatest inventors of Canada. There are multiple. Many answers of questions are too easy to eliminate because they don't make sense at all. You are mostly between 2 answers easily. If you just study this video I think you'll surely pass 😅. Another question was ; Who are appointed by on the advice of Prime minister? When I lived in SW PA, we saw more and more convenience stores being run by Indians. I went into a 7-11 once, and there was what looked like a family in the office, and when the guy that worked there was serving me, I asked him, why don't I ever see any Americans working there? So they would tell police robbery! After a few times of that, the police told them to never call again. This was a very small town in SW PA, and word got around, and no one went to that station any more. Here's my life in canada. denied work. So agree with you Alina! We came to Canada from Ukraine in 2009, we were around the same age you are now. We came to Saskatchewan, settled happily in Saskatoon and we really liked this city despite harsh winters. Unfortunately, bcos of rising living costs, homelessness, and addictions issues happening in a city right now, had to move to a smaller city in SK in 2021. Realizing, we made the right choice while listening to friends who have to pick up extra shifts and find one more job to afford things they used to afford in the past with no problems. It's all about surviving now, not about living. If I had a choice, I would have stayed in Saskatoon, and wouldn't have moved to a smaller place just to be able to go on vacation. Too bad, you have to choose one or the other now. We are contemplating about our next step as well. It might be one of Eastern European countries, we'll see what the future holds for us. Hello Alina, I have been to Toronto in 2007, and I can honestly say, I did not like it. I have my cousin in Vancouver, and after staying there for so long. Has decided to come back to Perth. If I was a young guy, Thailand would be my choice to live. I have just come back from Koh Samui, After spending 8 nights on that beautiful Island. I have met a lot of people from all walks of life. There are lots of people setling in Thailand today. Americans, English, Swedish, people from Switzerland, Holland, Austria, Norway and so on. I had the pleasure of seeing Lilly, her husband Wat, and her gorgeous 3 kids, her nanny, and her son. The food is so cheap, everybody smiles. Not like here in Perth. Im in BC . I got rid of the tenants cuz they would be late. Filled 15 non payment / late payment notices with the tenancy branch and delivered to tenant. The tenancy branch did absolutely NOTHING. 8 months later and loosing $36, 000 I made the decision to never rent ever. I got Airbnb license and am glad I made the right choice. I make the same rental income with no headache, and less use of the house. My two friends who had rental properties just stopped renting and sold them and put their monies into other businesses. Id say if you are renting, sell them and do something else cuz its a no win situation in canada. These politicions know there are more renters to give them the votes.

I am disappointed with this video. The problems mentioned here are in USA and UK as well. We form opinions based on our experiences. I have no complaints against Healthcare as I was operated in few hours in emergency and never had to wait long for diagnostic tests. Education in Canada is affordable compared to US. Air and Food quality is great. People are extremely friendly. Yes, the housing crisis is there especially post Covid but hoping the market will correct gradually. In my experience, every country has pros n cons and one needs to make a choice between their home country and Canada comparing both based on one's priorities and preferences.Canada changed our lives in so many good ways and my whole family appreciates it. Canada is ovetall a nice country. And it's not easy to get PR. If you get , it's luck n hardships to settle in any new country.

If the government supplied affordable housing (apartments with 1000 units at affordable rates with a low/medium standard) and a person had the choice to rent from subsidized program or an investors condo (mid/high standard), than investors renting their units would have a base rental price to compete with, giving the government control (hopefully in the interest to the majority). You're a good guy, Tyler...and very brave to take on such a dicey subject as comparisons between Canada and The United States. We are two distinctly different cultures. Currently, America is more than frightening. The political system has really become a total mess. A two-party system (basically YES or NO) does not cater to the many grey areas of politics. The choice right now seems to be Fascist or Liberal. That's it! It was not like that during most of my professional life. Thanks to my job, I had a Green Card. But, I also could travel with little difficulty...especially in the South and Mid-West. Why? Well, because I had blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin. I never got used to states where everyone was walking around with a gun. It scared the hell out of me. As a commercial film director and writer, (unique services - hence the Green Card) I worked just about everywhere in the US. The North East is the most similar to Canada. But get down south, and people were literally walking around with holsters and revolvers on their hips. I never felt completely safe. But America is also a great country full of opportunities and if you are educated and a professional, the money is also great. All Canadians love their Healthcare and Social Safety Net. Generally, I think Canadians are more socially evolved and better educated. Your educational system is awful. And the Bible Belt States are anything but Christian. It's hate and fear-based. But the past 7 years have been the worst since the Trump Cult era began. Trump and his Mega Cult could destroy what was once a wonderful country.

Canada has been ridiculously good to me and for me, even as I appreciate that this is not the average experience. I came here 36 years ago, when there were jobs looking for people, and not the other way around. Back then we had the choice to skill up some more or go in full force in careers, which worked for many of us. I can see how tough it would be for new immigrants now, especially professionals who were already established back in Africa not wanting to get re-validated in order to practice here. That is a journey best played out by new engineers, doctors and other crucial professions where they have time on their side and not feel like they are giving up much to start from scratch. Canada is great but each person has to weigh their reason for wanting to be here. If the scales tip this way, then one has to fully commit to the move to make it work. Otherwise, truly look to make that success happen wherever you are ..... Africa, Asia or Australia. It IS possible!

I'm Canadian and worked in Dertoit for almost 10 years, I crossed the border daily working for GM. I've also done work in Louisiana, Indiana and all around Michigan. \nAmerica has some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. It's a beautiful country and has a ton to offer anyone with an ounce of drive. The variety you have in your economy is amazing, we don't have a lot of choice when we buy stuff, you guys have so much more to choose from, take restaurants for example, I've never seen so many chain restaurants in one place, we have a handful of them. \nFrom what I've seen, there's also a lot of poverty, crime and violence, but that's literally everywhere right now, even here in Canada, we don't prosecute violent crime anymore. The gun issue is probably the biggest problem...I always felt extremely vulnerable out in public, especially driving, because I assumed everyone had a gun on them, I seen so many random guns on people, it just blew my mind. I always had to keep in mind when I was driving not to road-rage...That's how you get shot. The health care industry in America is nothing but a business model designed to bankrupt people. Our system isn't great at all...nothing to boast about. If you have to visit the ER at any hospital, you'd better bring food and water, you'll be there at least 8 hours before you're even seen by a doctor. Our health care is free yes, but we're taxed to death here because of it. I do indeed wish we had a 2-teir health care system, I want the option to pay to get seen soonest. America and Canada have free(ish) speech. We're both being ruled by leftist loonies, but that's all changing in our next respective election cycles. Biden and Trudeau will be shown the door and we can hopefully get back to healthy debate and more conversation in society...Instead of automatically dismissing each other, vitriolic badgering one another and hating each other. We had unity for a brief time, we all saw it, after 9/11 happened. We put our petty crap aside and saw each other as brothers and sisters. That didn't last very long and we've been in a constant state of crisis ever since. The media has driven a huge nail right through society, and takes a blow at every single issue we face, making it Left vs Right...\nIt's unfortunate to say, but it's going to take something truly devastating, possibly on a biblical scale, for us to come together again.

And my life turned upside down this Friday by illegal immigrants here in Louisiana. They ran a red light, smash my car, totaled it. While running from border patrol and customs. I counted eight people running out of the vehicle and not one gave two shits to check on me, even though I was injured. Seven of them got away the only one they caught was a 14 year old Honduran child that claimed amnesty. So vehicle which they stole, which had stolen license plate, and apparently was full of stolen tools all was seized. The owners will be lucky if they get anything back since it is being held as evidence. I was told by My Attorney chances are my insurance will not pay me in full for my vehicle. Also, I only have a few payments on my car left, and I’m forced to pay it even though now I have no vehicle to get to work, because all my equity is tied up in it, funny thing is I recognize this kid from one of the jobsites down the street. They literally beat me in a bid on. Mind you only buy $400 differences I’m having to pay taxes it’s a joke when you say these people take jobs and no one else wants thing is it’s not jobs no one else wants it’s jobs that have become jobs. No one wants because of the pay continues to fall prices continue to increase, everyone thinks he’s illegal immigrants make no money on these jobsites most of them have nicer vehicles and live in nicer places than the guys I know. As an older Canadian who was educated in Canada with a B.Ed. - then worked away from Canada for thirty of my forty years. There is no way to say that any country is the best one to live in; every country has strengths and weaknesses- that especially relate to your specific needs and wants. Coming back to the country of my citizenship was also extremely hard for me after working away for so many years. The way to do well anywhere in Canada, is to build up credibility/seniority at one job and stick with it. Whether you are university or self-educated- which is considered just as valuable in today's job market- you are going to face an uphill battle unless you are fairly established. Canada has a high level of unemployment and some sectors, have an overabundance of trained workers. When my Middle East friends tell me they would like to live and work in Canada, I give them the advice I would give anyone. First, think about your family or friends that you want to have around you in your daily life- that is number one. Nothing is more depressing than being alone. Weather is a big factor, but it can be tolerated if you are with your core family or friends. One hundred years ago when my ancestors fled war and revolution, they had no choice but to do their best to make a life in a very difficult climate (literally)- culturally and weather-wise. There are a number of refugees today that are in similar circumstances. They do their best to get past the difficulties for the sake of their children's futures. If you are not literally refugees, think hard about you choice to leave your core culture and people.
