I am a Muslim woman l love my culture my religion but its not right to push your culture and religion on people's face if you wanted that you should have stayed in your country l came to Canada 37 years ago go now l am telling people welcome to the third world country.

I am a proud English man and will protect our values, but things shouldn't get to a stage where people are being abused, yes you must have the freedom of speech, no matter what Labour say, but everyone is equal, no God is better than another, nor is a person better than another, that goes for us English society or Indian society or any other society. Just get get on with each other, man, woman, black, white, Christian or Muslim.???????

Im a english muslim native to the land i have nothing aginst immigration or anyones belifes or ethnicity but i am called a rasict fachist nazi for saying we meed to control illegal immigration being allowed into the uk un checked and they are given money and homes there is no woman and children on these boats i would be the first to help if so they cant speak english they say i know ive spoken to few illegal immigrants they know how to ask how much money you get on benefits then no english are country is ruined

I am not Muslim but Canada is still a great country. A Muslim country will be a huge change and it does depend on the country. I lived in Morocco for 2 years and you are judged by your money. Really snobby people. They hate the poor and there are lots of poor people. Cost of Living has also increased. Lovely climate. No job opportunities for young people. I worked in Dubai for 6 months. All bling and only the 20 % have any proper say. Spent a holiday in Oman. Woman still kept back. Also might get caught up in Middle East conflict. Countries like Kuwait/Saudi etc very strict after freedom of Canada. Albania probably would not be strict enough for you. 60% percent Muslim. Had a holiday there about 10 yrs ago. Beautiful in summer and I believe still reasonable. Will be interested to see where you pick. I live in Ireland cost of living madly expensive!! I have cousins in Montreal. Have spent many vacations there. Why not try Vancouver for better weather? I just love Canada but all my immediate family are here. Will be in Canada again in September.\nReally living in a country just because of your religion in this day and age is not great. We now live in a Global World. If you have good family values that is all that matters. Anyway Good Luck but it is a big jump.

Do you KNOW that WOMEN in Islam are MERE OBJECTS & in the court of law, the WOMAN is considered HALF of a MAN and it takes 3 WOMEN WITNESSES against 1 Man to win a legal case??? You can have the choice because you have the Canadian Passport so you can move on and settle mostly where ever you can. Depending on your income off course. I have been to Malaysia and it seemed like a nice place to stay in. Indonesia too. And you know what! Even if you think how bad it is, Muslim population in THailand is Growing. While I was driving back from Bangkok to Pattaya, I stopped by a rest room area and I saw that there are Prayer Room for both man and woman! Even in the Bangkok airport you will find prayer spot! All the super market in Thailand has prayer room. I am seen Muslim women working on super mall in Pattaya while my daughter was chanting Kalima they were clapping on her! \n\nMy suggestion, if you would like to feel safe and be safe then Medina has opened up a business visa opportunity where you can get in and stay and may stay al song and you can. OR if you want to have mix of both them Malaysia is great. Also if you think you can take a little / slightly challenge situation staying and Dawah then THailand is the perfect place! Because you will find Muslims and halal food any corner in Thailand, Masjid is available all part of the country even on an Island! You can even walk with wearing Lungi and Punjabi with Tupi.

I am a Christian, and I have been married to an amazing North African (a practicing) Muslim woman for the past 17 years. By the way, we have lived in five different majority Muslim countries, but Malaysia is by far the best one of all. We have friends who moved to Europe from North Africa and the Middle East. However, Canada is definitely better than Europe, the Middle East, or Pakistan or any other Muslim country for any Muslim man or woman. We have very close Pakistani friends who moved to Canada from Dubai, and they will never consider moving back to either the Middle East or Pakistan. I don't agree with the Saleh family's reasons for leaving Canada, other than the cold weather. I wish them happiness and safety wherever they go. FREE PALESTINE!!

I am a Muslim woman. I lived in Dubai, Malaysia, Morocco and China. I would recommend Malaysia to answer most of the reasons that you stated: it is Muslim country, the weather is always sunny with rain sometimes, halal food everywhere, most people speaks English, mosque nearby, beautiful nature, friendly people, cost of living reasonable, big community of foreigners, parks and good quality school for kids and the list go on ?

We are originally from Bulgaria but Turks and came to UK 10 years ago, we just bought our house 3 years ago, basically created everything from scratch. It is bot an easy task to start from the beginning again but I believe that if Allah maid to think about moving that means He will help you.\nAs a hijabi muslim woman in a community that there are not other Muslims around I can say I feel relatively safe BUT some days I notice the look of hatred in n some peoples eyes. The other thing my girl started to question some topics they have been receiving at school and it is a constant battle for me to keep explaining to her the right and wrong. More over she is listening for now but not sure for future and this scares me.\nAs you said praying and being a practicing Muslim is difficult here as well. We are Turks but do not have Turkish nationality but when we go for religious holidays in Istanbul I feel completely different, it just feels like I have to live there near the mosque. My inner me begging me when we are in Istanbul in the old part of the city to stay there forever. \nI really know what you feel and want. I am looking for Muslim countries where possible we can move BUT unfortunately I made the conclusion that there is not a place even in a Muslim land that we can live the way of peaceful practicing and being a Muslim what we want to be. \nJust advise be careful with the Arab world, other than that if you look at Türkiye I would say do your research really well, not in every town there you can live your religion. Azerbaijan is excellent I would say but they are still under the influence of Russia. \nSo really difficult decision, may Allah guide you. Amin

Banning hijab is not racism, though. I am a muslim woman. And anti-hijab.

I am a Muslim ( by birth) woman in a 85% Muslim dominated country.\nPeople of Canada are right to feel scared.........you don't want people in your country who do not want to adopt to your culture. If they want to stick to their culture they should stick to their countries.

I live in a supposedly muslim country but if you wear hijab or god forbids niqab you are discriminated against. I was literally told that I shouldn't bother applying for a job in a certain company if I'm wearing a hijab. so I am a woman who isn't white and who is wearing hijab. finding a job in my field of work turned out to be such a hassle.

I am a white English woman. Many year's ago I was walking down the street dressed in jeans and a shirt. A group of Muslim men approached me and surrounded me. They started shouting in my face that I should cover myself up and they spat on me! I was left very badly shaken and in tears!

The muslim guy says the woman is very well educated how can a education in islam be an education they believe that salt water and fresh water dont mix and the world originated around 6000 years ago and they also belive that their god placed dinosaur skeletons to test their faith I saw that on a muslim interview btw so whatever see u can follow whatever religion u want but dont say I am very well educated but in religious books

I am a muslim and everybody think that those guys who kill are real Islamic people , they are going to hell that what God said . First thing is that Islam is a peace religion and there is nothing to do with killing. Second thing there is God called Allah, who is the only God in this world and next one, doesn't want killing and deaths and in our religion God told and warned us not to kill people because he is the only one who kills and takes lives from people and we are harmed to kill. Third thing God told us that who kills one person as if he killed the whole people and that guy is going to hell. God said if a woman wants to cover her  body completely or does she want to cover her body except her face and hands its okay but the hair must be covered. THE PEOPLE YOU SEE IN THE BREAKING NEWS COVERED WITH MASK AND KILL  PEOPLE ARE NOT MUSLIM THEY ARE OUT OF ISLAM AND THEY ARE GOING TO HELL.

The weird thing is, look at nuns, the Amish, Mennonites, Pilgrims, Fiddler on the Roof, paintings throughout history of women. Christian and Jewish women have traditionally covered their head and many still do. The Bible says that a woman should cover her head. I see a reaction of fear and anger when I wear a simple scarf in public now, and I am a Christian. I am going back to hats. I do not want to be associated with Muslim totalitarian laws.

My sociologist professional said that Salman Rushdie need to be killed. She was a muslim woman when i took her class in the 90's. i was young at that time and did not say anything against her wish and the rest of the classmates were just trying to learn. i am asian and i think Islam and the life of Muhammad are deadly. i am fearful of Islamic mission creep.

As a Muslim living in Canada, I don't see the harm in a woman wanting to cover herself, I wear the head scarf myself, but in my opinions I don't feel the need to cover myself to prove I am more modest or a better Muslim.  I believe everyone has free will and has the right in this Country to dress the way that the law has allowed them to.  No one has the right to tell someone how to dress, not even the Prime Minister himself.  Telling a woman what she can and cannot wear is oppression.  I truly believe that if Muslims want to live in Western civilization, then they should refrain from covering their faces because the face is our identity and People have the right to know who you are and what your face looks like.  You cannot vote with a covered face, you cannot cover your face in a passport photo, you cannot cover your face for your driver's licence etc... I am a Muslim woman and I say this.  It truly is a shame how the media is portraying Islam and the Muslim people as a whole, and it truly is a shame that Canadians have become so ignorant.  I see more ignorance and racism in Canada than I do in America and 9/11 took place in America.  If you want to know about Islam, learn about Islam from a Muslim, a Library, google Islam, or offer to spend a few days with a Muslim family for research to get a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.  As a Muslim myself I can understand the hatred and the ignorance because we act according to how we were taught and raised, and yes we have many extremists claiming to follow the Islamic faith.  These extremists are not only hurting Western civilization, but they are also hurting the peaceful moderate Muslims that value their rights and freedoms as Canadians.  I do not appreciate ISIS hijacking my religion, I do not appreciate Hamas or Hezballah hijacking my Religion because I am a very accepting person and a very open minded Muslim and to be defined by media as a problem or a terrorist is very hurtful and a shame.
