Immigration is fine as long as they’re vetted, have skills the country needs,ie doctors , tradesmen, but letting in everybody and their dog is ridiculous! Why is it that it’s only poopjeets that are being brought in to take over. Are there no other countries that have refugees that aren’t fleas on the system? The US have black fatigue, well Canada definitely have Hindu fatigue. I’m getting tired of being a second or third class citizen in my own fucking country. Voting to get the Lieberals out will not work, extreme violence is going to be the only way to remove them or Canada will be gone forever. Once that’s accomplished then the mass deportations can start immediately.

Only my heritage is Indian (4th generation in Australia - my great grandparents came here) so obviously I present as one. Of course every South Asian person I meet despises FOBs because they're literally the problem for all of this. Lack of assimilation, lack of civic sense, lack of fucking common sense. Im a single mother and have a part time job...can't get a second because all the jobs here in town are filled up with Indian immigrants....and I can't even get accepted for welfare to help me pay for things because all the immigrants are flooding the welfare system. Years ago I would be able to be approved even if I made $1,400 a month.... But now I'm making literally half that a month and I'm still not getting approved..... These fucking immigrants need to go.

I'm a concrete worker they do not let these walls set properly, they don't seal the windows and doors properly, everything's going to leak but because they only rent to people from their home country after 3 years they can take their name off the property and nobody and I mean nobody is going to report leaks because they have a tyrannical control over who they rent to.... I dont even need to name the group because its OBVIOUS, living in the same city most ky life I've seen a drastic change, and this isnt intregation like my family did as they we're the members of french part of the metis tribe long ago. 5 years in a row they have added an average of 70,000 people legally to the city I live in I live in of 1.4 million people that is absolutely absurd the train system is packed all the way until 1:00 a.m.... it's just simple economics you can't add that many people and have a sustainable City.... these idiots never played sim city or some shit Also there are millions that came pretending to get spots in our universities and didn't show up, and these are the same people that are buying up all the businesses and houses and only letting the people from their own country be involved that is not integration....... The employers want only Indian and Mexican workers because there cheap. This Friday I’m going homeless with my dog because I can’t find work or affordable housing. Government saying we need skilled workers is a scam they want cheap workers no sense of safety or Canadian culture. How did the government let this happen we’re fucked also how did wages not go up when cost of living doubled I don’t care about being able to buy a 1.5 million dollar house but the locals should be able to get by

As a permanent resident who immigrated from Eastern Europe, passed all the stages of the official immigration program (skilled worker) I'm just shocked what is happening in Canada. Canada is lost, the problem is much deeper than you think. The main problem is not low wages, high property prices, etc, the root cause is that native Canadians are too tolerate, too kind, too polite and can't just say (and act) - get fucking out of my country, all those illegal indian students and temporary workers. \nI believe cultural damage being done to this country is much more dangerous than any possible economic benefits from mass immigration. My purpose was to immigrate to Canada not to India, luckily I have a backup plan to return to Eastern Europe but I'm really sorry for the Canadian natives who are losing their country.

I seen a video on TikTok going viral talking about a migrant lady had $13,000 on her EBT card and like a $5000 cash balance like this is so unbelievable. I hope that it wasn’t true like I’m American. I’m actually from this country like how the hell did these people get this amount of money when you get us Americans are struggling month-to-month. This is not fucking fair at all.

I live in Quebec and love winter, but I do sometimes dream of living somewhere like Hawaii or California where I could eat ripe avocados and grow so much food all year round. I could build a tiny home (less regulations - so much red tape here - and cheaper bc less need of insulation and heating) and go swimming every day. This is pretty idealistic though, and could probably do these things in non-american countries. Would I consider moving to the United States? Sure I would consider it. Would I though? Probably not. Why? Similar reasons to many folks in this country:\n- lack of women's rights (still growth to do here too)\n- lgbtqia+ discrimination (here as well, but definitely to a lesser extent)\n- racism (we have this here too though... just maybe less nazis?)\n- guns (this terrifies me... anyone I know who has a gun here has it only for hunting and it's locked up in a gun case, which I think is required, when not in use)\n- healthcare (though I'm not in love with our system... I'm currently on a huge waiting list for an mri, the waiting lists to get a doctor are obscene, and can't access dental or mental health support... some of our hospitals are in such poor shape...)\n- politics and MAGA (terrifying that so many people think like that... though our political parties are pretty fucked up too... just not to the same extent)\n- school systems that teach kids the world is as old as the Bible says\n- police and prison industrial complex (seems less personal and terrifying from the outside)

Man, the housing crisis that’s going on. I am so fucking happy that I was able to find the basement that I’m in. Been here for over two years and now I’m moving to the country. I don’t know how it got that place. Some of my buddies spent almost a year, when I was trying to get into the basement I’m living in I was in a hotel and car for like six months.

Immigration is doing more harm then good and I hate throwing them to the wolves, but I cannot STAND the look on my mom's face because we cannot afford a permanent home. Western Canadian here. Moved away from the coast last year because of the ideological capture and literally watching the community dissolve and collapse in front of my eyes. Since 2016, many International Students started coming to Canada and they moved to Brampton in particular so they wouldn't have to assimilate into Canadian way of life. I'm a Punjabi kid born and raised in Canada, who grew up in Brampton. Brampton has gone to the shits post 2017/2018 when all these International Students invaded Brampton. The older Punjabi families are moving out of Brampton and are moving to other towns, while some of them rent out their old homes in Brampton to International Students. Old Punjabis are suffering from this the most, maybe you should've interviewed Canadian born Punjabis or Punjabis who have been in Canada for dozens of years instead of interviewing some new comers and a couple crackheads. Not only are these new International Students fucking up the neighbourhoods we've been living in, they've ruined our reputation that our parent's/grandparent's generation worked their ass off to establish in Canada. Maybe Trudeau or whoever the fuck is in charge, should raise their standards of what kind of International Students can enter Canada and have a more difficult English proficiency test. Canada wants Internation Student money, but at what cost? They let in a bunch of buffoons who have no respect to the Canadian way of life.\n\nThat being said, you kind of showed a biased perspective, you interviewed a bunch of crackheads in downtown Brampton. The Sikh Gurdwara you showed actually feeds 100s of homeless people everyday. Gurdwaras all over Canada are contributing more to society than any other religious establishment including Churches. Sikh Gurdwaras give free food to anyone who visits the temple, even during corona virus they would give out packages of free food. I've seen many homeless people getting their food packed from Gurdwaras.

I'm only halfway through but feel I need to comment and well I'm not exactly a new Canadian. But I was born the but grew up in New Zealand. And well why not . I moved over there in 2014 with full rights as a citizen. My trade wasn't recognised. Canada has its own rules about everything. You need to have training to pour drinks in a bar wtf.! But yea I came wanting a better life and well thankfully I wound up in Calgary so eventually I had the money to leave. And come home where know having seen the Canadian shit show I'm killing it here. Everything is currently broken: Rent is off the roof, houses are completely unfordable (whether getting a down payment, or actually paying mortgages of 350000 minimum in Montreal for instance/~2500 per month). Pharmacy shelves for basic stuff like Advil are empty and some people need to drive to the US to get their kids fever and pain medication. What you talked about here is the healthcare crisis which was the first one I noticed and all of that is true. And to add insult to injury, they're increasing taxes this year in a country where more than ever people are going to food banks to get well... FOOD... what a fucking joke. I'm working on my return and can't wait to take my one ticket back to my country, Canada is not worth it anymore and highly advise anyone considering to come here to re-consider whether it's worth it to live in a cold country, highest taxes rate, far away from your family, for basically NOTHING in return.
