Bill C-12 is a serious attach on the Canadian juridical system allowing the minister in charge to interfere with legal process of any refugee at any time , even before the legal process starts the minister in charge can terminate the file and can stop the legal process. Furthermore, there is no recourse, i.e. the decision is final and can not be appealed before court !!!!!!!
