Trudeau has had his share of critics during his tenure. But he's always had Canada and its' people in his best interest. While he was forced to resigned as many members of this cabinet was losing faith in him, this is his last week in office with nothing to lose. Measure Trudeau’s words against Trump’s words when he delivers his speech to Congress this evening. While Trudeau presents facts, Trump will present misinformation and lie about how his policies and tariffs are great, best ever. Truth is, he has no plan for the average American, no plan for Ukraine security or peace, no realistic plan for Gaza, no compassion for Americans who are losing their jobs and benefits.

I’m a Canadian and no fan of Prime Minister Trudeau. It’s unfortunate the best speech he ever gave was after he resigned as Prime Minister. What he has said in this speech is absolutely true, despite the fact, I think Trump is doing some good things for the USA. This Terrif war with your neighbour is stupid. Unfortunately for us in Canada our Prime Minister has not given us the tools and freedom to grow economically and prosper the way we should have. Canadians should be living like Kings, but unfortunately are living paycheque to paycheque because of the stranglehold that our Prime Minister has put on businesses and its citizens. Now Canada has very little leverage, I believe to fight this Terrif war. Canada has become a pure Cradic nightmare, like the previous administration in the United States were overtaxed over regulated and spend money like drunken sailors on stupid things that don’t help us grow and prosper.

I could not agree more with your views. When you have a government that does not represent their voters views and does what ever they feel like you have a serious problem.Taking away freedom of speech is probably the worst thing for a society as it lets a few carry the narrative.
