I’m trying to move out Toronto but I can’t sell my house because nobody has money. I lived in Toronto all my life. And Toronto has changed a lot \nA friend of mine sold his house last year and move to Calgary , then he used that money to buy a cheaper house in Calgary and all he owes on his new house is $100K.
