well I am a Christian Canadian and I fear for my life because Islam is a political movement made to look like a religion and Islam believes in hating and killing anyone who is not Islamic and Canada is getting closer and closer to sharia law every time the law here excepts one of Islam's rules and all those people want to do is take over the world and Canada is rolling out the carpet and bowing down to Sharia law but I want to know is this still Canada or is it a Islamic State because it's starting to look like the latter to me.

As a multi generational Canadian, I don't really care whether they cover their face or not. That's their choice. During my life I've seen all these different forms of conservative dress from catholic nuns, to Hutterites to Mennonites and these people are just part of the mix. What this is designed to do is to create a barrier between themselves and the larger society which is fine. I would never interact with one of these woman ever because the thin flimsy barrier makes it clear that she is not interested in talking to anyone for any reason and again this is fine. If she was with a man I would talk only with the man and completely ignore her and if she was with a male child I would talk to the male child, not to her. I don't normally chat with women who are strangers other than now and then in a supermarket line or whatever. This face thingy frees me from the need of chitchat small talk and I'm good with that. In any case we would have absolutely nothing in common.

I know it's religious thing but how can one make it a personal choice to wear it? That too women? It's ok for men, they only have so many colours in their attire to choose, but women? Seriously? I think burqa should be for Muslim men who are ok with wearing the same colour everyday (in general). I like hijab, the head scarf, it comes in so many colours and it's so pretty, hijab makes you beautiful. Not burqa or niqab.

for security and safety they should make it mandatory so that every person can be identified. suppose someone wearing a mask or someone who covers there identity wants to do some evil like stab or robbery or steal etc... now they can go in a store and take what they want or stab anyone etc.... its best to implement laws that provides security for people. also its not required for muslims to wear such cloths so why dont just try to obey for purpose of security and safety. i am a hindu and i love canada. why, its because we have an allstar groups of people that try to live in peace. we should keep this way of thought. also making some comprimises like this will go a long way for muslims with other communities as well. they should try to look at the fact that canada is not an islamic country.

So it's okay to attack gays, Jews and women if you're Muslim but how dare anyone criticize Islam. These people only care about prejudice if it's against them. Otherwise it's okay to terrorize a one who is not like them.

those who terrorise people nd create mischief are not muslims.\nIf a child does blasphemy, rapes, etc then the father says to get out of the house and he belongs in jail, in the same way if we kill anyone, performs injustice in society, then Allah says you do not belong in heaven and is condemned to hell.

Islam teaches to die as a muslim so that you can reach paradise. we do not force anyone to become Muslim.\nAnd anyone who has long beard and the name Abdulla , Sultan or even osama bin laden doesnt make him ot her a muslim.\nEven if you dress like a muslim , that doesnt mean you are a muslim, it is what is in your heart that makes you a muslim and only Allah knows bcoz he see all ,hears all nd mot even a leaf falls without his command

islam needs to be curbed, it is not a religion of peace far from it, it is one of terror, fear, control & abuse nothing less.  Anyone who does not know about islam please read the quran, the hadiths, & check out sharia law, check out female mutilation.  Check out the truth about how women really should be treated according to the quran, they have no freedom, can not be educated, can be beaten at the whim of there husband & for those muslims who claim other wise I have read the quran & the hadiths & so I can give the verses that relate to what I have said.  Please open your eyes to islam & what it entails, it is pure evil to its very core, check it out read the books its all in there.  Goodbye
