Currently, I'm studying in Canada and this video opened my eyes to the dark side of Canadian college that I never knew about. What I can say is never let your guard down. I did the research, I picked the right college. Even in Canada, I stay alerted. Only by staying strong and resilient, the Canadian dream might come true.

The way I see this after watching this documentary for which I am not even an international student, that there are no consequences at all from Canada to those colleges. No one is regulating anything, hence, these Crimes (Yes its a crime because of the straight out lies and misinformation) in India or even other countries will continue to happen. Brampton (City near Toronto) have majority of Punjabi population and I am sure you can find many more students with even worse stories than this. 4-5 Int student dead bodies sent to India every month!! Nope. Couldn't disagree more. As a child of immigrants I'm a first generation Canadian. My parents left everything behind in the late 60s in order to have a better life. I'm extremely proud and grateful to call myself a Canadian. I'm grateful for the freedom in this country I'm grateful for the sacrifices my parents made in order to offer us kids a better life. I've traveled to my parents home country several times\nI've traveled across the world all through my 20s and I can legit say, thank God for Canada. It's too bad you've experienced such hardship. If you find it so horrible here, brace yourself sweetheart for what's out there in the world.

I’ve been living in Canada for 5 years now and I can surely say that Canada is loosing it’s beauty. It’s high time government filters the immigrants it’s taking in the country and it needs to focus more on quality rather than quantity ?\nI love Canada and I feel bad seeing it shaping itself in an ugly way. \nI came from India 5 years ago and I can say this was the best decision but at the same time I feel Canada needs to implement this things to new immigrants coming in:\n\n1) Blend in the local culture and enjoy it the way it is and not try to bring the same chaos and stupidity from back home country.\n\n2) More stricter laws against violators (rowdy immigrants)\n\n3) Once they land they should be given an etiquette lesson and good briefing about Canada whichever airport they are on.\n\n\n4) Better speak English at all times so that everyone can understand everything with clarity.\n(P.S: please don’t consider this racist as Canada has people from all round the world)\n\n5) Cultural festivals need to be celebrated in own space keeping in mind the privacy of others and be courteous to others making sure they’re not bothered.\n\n\n6) Not trying to force others to believe your way or follow certain religion etc and be respectful of others. \n\n\n7) Stop complaining and ranting about things they can’t control and not pollute the environment by being careless. \n\n\nI see a lot of my fellow people making mess of things his beautiful country and hence i hope Canada implements the above points so we can have a better and happy society. \n\nCanada is a land of opportunities and yes it has got some flaws in the system but that’s not what we can control. Sad story really, but there are many other international students who get it even worse. At least Indian students speak English, have a very large support community in Canada (where pretty much every other person is from India). I only speak because I know. Try coming to this land with no English and no connections at all ...and from a small country in South America, then you really are in trouble.
