There will be a huge influx of Ukrainian refugees, One could not get a better immigrant in Canada they are well educated, hard working, industrious and use to the Canadian winters, They build the prairies in the last Russia war migration in 1914 and will be major contribution to Canada. Many will settle in the prairies were Ukrainian language is more common, and Saskatchewan population will significantly increase which for some time has been a downward spiral.

How is our health care system going to handle an extra 500k people coming to Canada every year. We have a serious health care crisis happening here. I don't even have a doctor and I expect I will never have a family doctor ever again. I also expect that the Canadian Government will make sure every Immigrant who comes to Canada will have a family doctor or some special set up for them to make sure they can get their health taken care of. While the rest of us who were born in Canada will be left on the sides for at least 40 years as it's going to take at least 40 years of making sure we train and attract as many new doctors as we can. It is going to take a long time due to the Government of Canada let this issue go without doing anything about the degradation of our health care for the past 20 years. It will soon become normal for multiple people to die every week while waiting in emergency rooms for help due to wait times of 72 hours or more on a regular basis. Its been in the news several times this year already but soon it will be in the news every week.

How do you justify bringing more people into this country when you have a housing crisis? Where are they going to live? Where are the people who were born in Canada going to live when they can’t find available affordable housing? Like let’s get our priorities straight here and fix the problems we have first.

I've seen this in Brampton. It's just an expensive ticket to Canada. The education is a sham. I bet most end up stuck in low-end jobs or at best can hope to be a truck driver.

Why is Canadian colleges charging fees 3 times equivalent to residents fees. Why is Canadian Government not able to give more managerial jobs than labour jobs for students because there are only warehouses in Canada. Canada only wants labors and that too students who can work overtime to pay their bills and expenses. It is sad how one state from our country is desperate to travel over to Canada.. and that state (province) is the one performing pathetically on multiple economic parameters.. it's a failed state and it's being exploited

I feel so bad for these students. Those teachers mentioning that we will look back 20 years from now and feel ashamed about this situation. Well, the situation hasn’t changed much since I came to Canada in 95. Education was a business back then and it is still a business. I got my education in some of the top universities in Canada but never felt like it was for education, it was more like running business for these universities.

I am an international student and Canada just cares about or money. The education is not what the sold us.

Canada just relaxed the rules further, this is only going to worsen the situation of these students getting exploited more. By both these unscrupulous colleges(which the AG of Ontario should investigae) as well as employers. But what do we care we now have thousands of minimum wage workers who will fill jobs that Canadians don't want. Like someone said on the program. We will look at this in 10-15 years as a scar and a form of shameless exploitation.

I am ashamed at once again we put money above human rights we always need to look at what we are doing against humans rights before we start pointing fingers. I came to Canada as international student and studied in Public College 10 years ago. There are numerous “Private” colleges in Surrey and Brampton recruit poor international students. The colleges don’t not care.
