And in some cases, we’re providing that help to individuals who are simply making a pit stop between Mexico and Canada because it’s better for them there according to some. Frankly, we have enough issues that are swallowing us whole and need to focus on building up and caring for our own citizens and force stop mass migration, strongly enforce deportation as well as employing more case workers to help with legal immigration process. We spend all this money sending to Ukraine and yet here we are, cutting our own throats to save someone else’s hand. I have no issue with legal immigration and asylum but you need to go through the process like those before you. I know this is asking a lot but it IS possibly to make it work

Long overdue, Canada can't afford or should I say refuses to house and provide medical/dental for people who have been here for generations. Not only that, in the end, there are no real winners. Only losers. Greed is never satisfied and is in constant need of feeding, needing of new victims. This applies to greedy schools in need of new bodies, to homeowners over charging for houses. Canada will end up with newly homeless that needs housing, to unpaid debt that is saddled upon taxpayers. As a hardworking Canadian, it is very sad and frustrated to see how people just cross the border so easily from the US when my immigrant parents who held bachelors and PHD needed to sacrifice so much to raise me. They had to do labor work in factories. Those people who seek asylum will enjoy so much such as free housing, food and education support. All the services are coming out from the taxpayers like me. I have been taxed so high that I almost cannot afford a place in large cities like Toronto and Vancouver. In my opinion, Canada should restrict the number of people seeking asylum every five years. It should offer less benefits to those people as well.

Wait until they get to Canada and realize they were better off in the States. High taxes, bad Healthcare, little to no housing unless you like paying $3100 for a 2 bedroom, and endure -20 weather for 6 of the year months, come aboard the magic carpet ride.????
