And as we see today, from Africa (Uganda, SA, Nigeria, Kenya), Russia, Saudi, even NATO members such as Turkey and France and even Egypt (Americas biggest ally) was found in the latest leaked documents of U.S. spying, to have sold Russia some 43,000 rockets in its fight against Ukraine. As we can see, all the bullshit this country has put out and STILL arrogantly putting out, all lands are turning on her just as the Bible said would happen. I wonder how much of this could be resolved if we decided to pull back senseless embargoes that aren’t achieving policy objectives. Let Venezuelans and Cubans, for example, rule their nations as they wish and stop punishing them for regimes not politically aligned with the USA. It’s this bs that people like Putin use to justify their injustices abroad given that the USA insistes on a global rules-based order in which she alone sets the rules. Many, not all of, these people wanting to cross the border are coming to people who can house them. Many have family already in the USA. Besides, we are seeing the chickens coming home to roost after years of failed US intervention in Central and South America. Smell the historical facts; wake up America.

They don’t realize the harm they’re doing to the ones that already here illegally and are trying to do the best to get do everything right without breaking the laws , such as paying taxes. It’s selfishness from their part for what they’re doing and it’s only harming people like me. I’m was brought here to the US when I was 2 years old I am now 20. I graduated high school , don’t have any felonies or misdemeanors. I have a degree for machine technology and I can’t work because I don’t have a work permit , and these people are coming and getting all these privileges I never got. This is causing bad to those who are already here and are trying to do everything according to the law and yet we have no support in getting atleast a work permit. I agree daca was unconstitutional which is why they’re trying to shut it down but trump was trying to make something happen for teens that were brought here at a young age. Unfortunately people are blind and selfish and only care about themselves, I get it that they live in poverty because so did we. And my beautiful mother suffered so much. But atleast wait until the US can do something about those who are already in weather it’s helping them or not. There’s so much problems happening right now in the United States such as mass shootings. Let the authorities, government officials , etc try to clean up the United States from how bad it’s getting before raiding the border and causing a burden and headache to those who are in office trying to come up with solutions to this madness.

Yes, it's great to let immigration in, especially ones that pay taxes, but it's overburdening both the rental/housing demand (which needs opposing pressure to lower prices) as well as healthcare demand, which is not being properly addressed. Instead our healthcare system is flooded. And it's inefficient and expensive as is already. We just need to tame the number of people we allow in, and grow our ability to self-sustain first.\n- It's too late now, but government policies to give out money during COVID was poorly executed, yet plentiful. When 40% of currency was printed in the last year/two, no doubt we will have inflation. This was never touched upon in the video. Resources/social supports should have been provided rather than just straight up $$$. There was an excess of money given to places they shouldn't have been. We saw a boom in industries like say hobbies and games, showing additional money being wasted where it should have been used for food and shelter. \n- Canadian government is not trying to be as aggressive to retain Canadian companies. We are heavily dependent on US corporations and hence the brain drain as well. Salaries do not compare, especially when remote work is now possible. \n\nWe are already deep in the hole and need to be more financially responsible. I'd strongly disagree with the last statement in this video that we are perceived as corrupt (there's been lots of civil unrest because of government misspending). We are civil and polite, but that's not what helps economies grow, as OCED forecasts as well.

The town I live in and grew up in when I was in school. We only had one campus, now here we are 18 years later and my one high school now has 4 different campuses to compensate for the amount of illegals that have overtaken my town. I have no prejudice whatsoever towards these people but they need to do things the right way and become real taxpaying citizens. Meaning going about gaining entry to this country and having a life here the legal way. You want to be here? That's fine welcome to the USA but just do it the right way is all we are asking you're not paying taxes. You're not putting back into the communities. And more than half of them that come here end up breaking the law and becoming criminals and the other half are already criminals. This country's being running to the ground.

I’m sorry but America can’t be the savior to the world. Our patriotism and laws mean that we are one of the most free nations and a large percentage of us would fight and do fight to keep our nation secure. Sad reality is that not all countries have the laws we do… and that sucks. But the world needs to understand that our laws and our freedoms end at our borders. Life unfortunately is not fair and some have to endure the realities of where they were born. If we let everyone in who wants to come then our country would be in much worse shape than it already is.

If you look at the numbers of all the worlds poor, then look at the American square miles, and budget, we simply do not have the room or the money to take all the worlds poor. And the argument that there are plenty of open spaces is ridiculous too. We have a lot of farm land and places where you can not build homes because of flooding and wild life. We already have a problem where people are bullying farmers to sell their producing land at a cheep price. There are literally HOAs and construction companies that go around destroying crops and killing animals to force farmers off their land. These people are so stupid too. Farmers not only feed the people in their communities, but in other parts of the world too. These people can not stay here.

One of themajor rallying calls: immigration. The way media report on this becomes increasingly demeaning and hateful. During the 1930's much of the European media and even as far as the UK was ramping up the scorn against the ever increasing influx of Jewish immigrants coming from Germany. Even into 1944 there was a vast amount of demonisation of them seeking asylum, despite the knowledge by this point that there were horrific conditions in camps where extermination was becoming ever more apparent. The Nazi German government in 1936 passed laws that enabled them to revoke citizenship and stripped away laws on human rights. It would be great to say that these poor souls who were being demonised in their own country were accepted into nations who could see what was going on and who wanted to help, but that just wasn't the way it went. Media played out as it is now, leading to rejection and a greater number of deaths as a result of this. The way the UK government is currently working, it actually sounds like the maxi government of the mid 30's during the time of the Nürnberg laws. \n \nThe world feels far smaller now with double the amount of people and with things like social media playing a huge role in the lives of many. The ease of access to people around the world has made issues seem to stretch to far more countries now, whereas back then it was a time of empires. I get that there will be many here who support Trump, many who support Biden, there will be Brit's who support Sunak and the rather vicious words of Suella Braverman, whilst others will be more on the side of Starmer (I'm well aware of all the other parties but they don't stand to gain as much). There will be French people backing Macron, whilst others back Le Pen. We could go through each country all the way to the battle between Fujimori and Castillo in Perú, and the stories are much the same, but how will history judge us when people look back to this time? Will it be another occasion where we demonised those trying to escape the horror of the place they had the bad luck to be born in whilst we were luckier? \n\nI know there is hardship everywhere. I'm struggling more than most and I know I can't keep living this way. However, I don't want to be a part of history people look back at and say ‘if only they did something to help prevent this.’. I would rather be a part of history people look back upon and say; ‘that was a boring time period where nothing important happened’. It's already too late for that. Instead I try to remember that, though I was born into a family who never really wanted me, I was lucky enough to be born into a country that could support me during the hardest times. When you look at immigrants, remember that every one of us has immigrants in our family tree somewhere.

How to start preparing. \n\nTake three days during the work week and turn off your electric and water. Make do with what you can and write down things you needed and didn't have or tasks that were difficult. After you have this list, research alternatives\nEat, wear and consume cheaper. Choose cheaper meals to create room in your grocery budget to put back food. Wear second hand clothes or put a spending freeze on clothes shopping in order to make room to buy what you'll need for the future (especially if you have small children who grow frequently). Consume less electricity, gas, propane by finding alternatives. This may mean using a crock pot, hang drying clothes, using candles at night and opening windows for sunshine during the day etc. With the wiggle room you've created in those bills you now have some money to buy more food storage, medical supplies or invest in a small solar unit. \nMake an edc bag. This is something you will carry all the time (on your person or in your car) that could provide you with what you and your family need for 3 nights. Think about what you may put into an overnight bag if you were to stay at a hotel. This will ensure even if something happens and you're out you're able to shelter in place \nUnderstand how to take care of medical emergencies at home. Remember that in a major event, ems could be down or unavailable for sometime. While this is never the first line of defense in an emergency, understanding how to manage medical emergencies (high infections, deep wounds, pneumonia, asthma attacks, shock, 2nd and 3rd degree burns, poisoning, radiation sickness, torn ligaments, allergic reactions, excessive bleeding) while you wait on help can be life and death. \n Food, water, temperature control are your highest priorities. If faced with a major event where services are limited for more than 3 days, having stored food as well as a way to cook, a way to filter and store water, and a way to keep yourself cool or warm can be life altering. \n\nPlease remember as we are entering or for some of us are already in uncertain times, having this foundation gives security as well as lowers stress. It allows us to feel more in control and gain a more positive perspective on not only our lives but the world. I support legal immigration. I value the hard-working people in my country who immigrated legally. But if you are running in here with armed protection, the border patrol should set their weapons to fully automatic and decimate this crowd. These are not the people we want coming into this country, they are already breaking the law to get in here. Sorry, not sorry, if you were this comfortable with breaking the law, then you might have cartel connections and we do not want you here. My work which is at a hotel just got a bunch of Puerto rican immigrants who are working and living at the hotel for free and they get paid and they treat all the other workers with disrespect and leave everything a mess and break rules constantly and can’t even talk to the managers and we’re all trying to be as understanding as we can be because I honestly can’t imagine going through immigration like that but still there’s no rules for them and meanwhile us other workers who are American and don’t get paid as much and don’t have the amenities that they do it’s just kind of a ridiculous situation in my opinion. There’s no structure or organization with it and it doesn’t make sense that we’re illegally transporting immigrants all over the us and giving them the free pass for most all things without even going through the legalization process. Like I can completely understand immigration and see nothing wrong with it when it’s done legally, but I don’t understand why we’re disregarding the people already in the long process of legally immigrating. I might just be very ignorant in the issue but that’s my personal take on the issue. It doesn’t make sense to me. I will say I have absolutely nothing against any person who’s an immigrant but just the rules and regulations surrounding the situation. I don’t mean to step on anyone’s toes or offend anyone.

This is sadly the right decision. Asylum is a special status reserved for people in imminent danger, it shouldn't be confused with economic migration. The folks crossing through the US are already in a safe country, relatively speaking. We let in a million people legally last year and most end up in major cities that lack the infrastructure to fully support them and creates undue hardship for already struggling Canadians. We are a generous nation but migration has to be balanced with affordability and opportunity for locals. This is all absurd based on outdated models of economic growth. Tax the damn billionaires that hide money offshore and build capacity for all then we can help those in danger more but we have such issues with poverty, healthcare, education, roads,food affordability and a housing crisis. Time people put Canadians interests first.

There is a huge backlog on legal applications for a lots of immigrants who applied legally, families torn apart and have long weight. They are already in the USA, there are sanctuary cities, New York was just dumping them off there. We tax payers are flipping the bills for them while so many Canadians are living on the streets. Those who are mad and outrage by this, you can go ahead and sponsor them, that mean you are legally responsible for all their expenses. As Canadians, even when we cross the border we got to have our passport and we go through a lots of scrutiny. Fill out the paperwork and wait to be processed, because right now we are already in crisis with lodging and food. USA is the one who must take care of those who cross their borders.

The root problem is Colombia, which opened its borders, thus allowing thousands of Venezuelans to enter, increasing poverty, crime, women full of children, thugs, etc. Latin America is full of insecurity with this sending neighboring countries problems, these people are a very serious problem where the ONU does nothing, thanks to the ONU we are as we are in our countries, the United States should deport them to their country of origin there should be a a law that returns them to their country and that they send them the aid that they say they require so much, they are lazy criminal thieves, and of course a law that prohibits them from having children. They take advantage of the good faith of these countries, when they are having children, they do not require any kind of help or support, right? they use their children precisely so that these countries give help, they are scoundrels, and measures should already be taken in this regard, The danger we are running thanks to these people, we do not have citizen security, thieves everywhere, criminal gangs operating in our countries where they are killing people, and where is the ONU ? look at the news from Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, etc. and they will realize the big problem they will caused in the United States, they must stop all this. They received all the Venezuelans because there was a lot of money delivered in Colombia, they profited and stole this money, and the problem was really left in the hands of the same population.

I’m Colombian and it’s sad to see people from my country lying to the authorities to get documentation. \nI know everyone wants a better life and definitely my country is not the best place for low /middle income families; however, we should understand that US or Canada have no obligations to legalize anyone. There are already so many problems to handle in their territories and with their citizens.

Not to mention, there’s a lot of aliens, that did it the right way, and all of these illegal aliens are taking cuts. Our border is in complete and total shambles. CNN please please please have somebody down at the southern border every day, at different points of entry, and report on that. There is operational control at the border, but it’s by the cartels not the US government. I live in a border state, I have watched this my whole life. I have never seen it like it is right now. It is insanity. It’s a straight up invasion.. it’s hard to imagine unless you see it first hand. Which I do..

In Quebec we already have over 40000 of these illegals living on government checks, taking space during a housing crisis, taking healthcare when the system is overloaded, sending their children to overloaded schools (Relative to the numbers of teachers) with them not contributing at all... they are making it harder for people to have families during a period of low birthrates. Even legal migrants aren't contributing to key jobs, they come here, try to get elite positions and cry about racism when they don't get them, go to university with the help of the government while most natives cannot even dream of higher education.\n\nMass migration in Canada is an epic failure in a time when we aren't supposed to mess up.

Meanwhile legal immigrants are suffering extended delays in their applications and extensions, many of which already have jobs or have employment waiting for them in Canada. Many are forced to return to their original countries because the immigration system in Canada is so backlogged. Oh, and FYI we have a countrywide housing crisis too.

We already can't rent.. We need a looooot of free rental units to create a good offer & demand balance not xtra people.. Yeah our federal governement is soooo generous with our money. Every fake asylum seeker in the world can just come to cross illegally on roxham road and we will take them in, give them a check, emergency housing, a work permit if needed, health care access. Wait until they start shutting down farms in the name of green (they are already doing this in the netherlands). Wait until the next pandemic and the godawful rules and abuses that will come with that. This is just the tip of the iceberg of how you are screwed and totally at the mercy of their fkd up system. Canada doesn't NEED more people. Canada simply needs a government that allows the people it already has (immigrants or Canadian born) to succeed in their life goals and dreams while benefiting society. I am not a conservative. But in the spirit of Trudeau, good job avoiding using credible arguments to prove a point just redirect and insult me instead. If you cannot see what is wrong with the current government you are blind. I just read an article 5 minutes ago on CTV about a refuge that stabbed herself in the stomach. She said why is the Canadian government bringing us here if there are no places to stay. She said she did it to raise awareness of the lack of accommodations in Canada. Housing, healthcare, inflation, carbon emissions and now we are going to increase immigration to half a million. Our system is already broken. What are they thinking?

Are you kidding? Canada is already overpopulated. We need to REDUCE our population. We only have 10% habitable land. We're the 2nd largest country in the world with an amount of USABLE land equivalent to what Mexico has. This endless population expansion is a sick and perverted ideology that has to stop now.

Canada doesn't need more immigration. The strain on the environment is already too much. Plus, we keep bringing in the wrong people. We need fewer Indians, Middle Easterners, and a lot fewer British. None of these groups assimilate into the Canadian way of life. We need more people from secular nations. Religions are a pollution.

How prepared is Canada to service this amount of people adding to a population that is already under serviced in every area of life, there's healthcare, housing etc. Our healthcare system is in the brink of collapse just trying to service the current population we have, then there's not enough better jobs to survive, even for Canadians on home soil and more people are now depending on welfare, food is dwindling, there's more homeless people than ever, the number of addicts are growing, crime is rising, I could go on and on with the innumerable problems that is not being addressed on Canada's home turf, yet the government's focus is to bring in more immigrants to Canada to feed, house and care for healthwise? Just asking.

Nothing against the immigrates can’t blame them for wanting a better life, but this will destroy us as a country. We will look back at this years from now as a bad decision. We don’t have enough now for all the people who already are here what about them? How can they just add more people to our problems and expect different outcomes? Some things about Nova Scotia I think should be mentioned: \n\nJust Halifax and the south shore has mild weather. Anywhere north of Halifax and it is very snowy due to the Frozen Northumberland Strait, Bay of Fundy and the Cape Breton highlands. We are EXTREMELY HUMID. We might not (usually) hit 40 degrees like other provinces, but our humidex temperature can sometimes go above 38 several times a WEEK.\n\nOur wages need to catch up and our healthcare sucks. Our population is EXPLODING. This video is already outdated. When it was released on the 3rd of October is had 982,000. It already has 1,003,000 as of this comment!!!! This is causing house prices to absolutely explode. Which is ticking off locals on top of a super deadly shooting in 2020 and covid, we are a little worn out and cranky I've noticed lately.
