You can tell that the customer is drunk as hell. He sounds like a toddler throwing a tantrum. He needs to stop harassing people trying to do their jobs.

Still not enough. And too little way too late. Our small town convenience store is a total revolving door for East Indian ‘family members’. You get whiplash because every week or 10 days there is a new immigrant working there. Very poor customer service, and barely any English. Of course people get fed up! They NEVER hire local. There are lots of local older teens who can and would love to do those convenience store jobs. No following rules, no checks and accountability. It’s past being enough.

The guy recording this is an arsehole, I'm always kind to delivery workers, 99.9% of problems are actually caused by the restaurant, not the delivery worker. It's only $20 yet the guy is literally mocking the workers accent, for a meal to be delivered there surely wouldn't be much change from $20 anyway so who's the real prick here. I'd just tell the worker to keep the change and enjoy the rest of his evening, the venom in the customers voice can't be justified

It seems clear the customers parents were brother and sister he should be named and shamed along with its family

Sadly true, I haven't heard sorry from them even if any order went wrong, no thanks, and smiles are very rare. They used to speak among themselves in their language while serving at any fast food outlet and ignored the customers.

Indian people are very rude in customer service. They always cut in line. And they usually pushes you in the malls. Literally, they even don’t care about elderly people and handicaps ?

My local Walmart is Indians from the manager to the toilet cleaner. The customer service industry is 99% Indians who can barely speak english!!!!!!!!!!!

Similar situation in Ireland, they are taking all the IT jobs. Some work in our health care system and the standard is awful. They also work in customer care phone lines with EBay and Bank of Ireland, impossible to understand their accents when they speak English, never give your personal banking details to Indians. They do not integrate, cultures are too different, their attitudes towards women and Europeans in general is awful.

What is the issue here. If the customer is paying cash, why don’t the delivery driver give him back his change. Some delivery drivers are greedy and claim that they have no change

The delivery guy should have the customer's change for him. It's his money. It's then up to the customer if & how much he wants to tip. However the customer's attitude is downright nasty & abusive as fuck.

I was born here 55 years ago, I am mixed race and have been asked if I was Indian. I think that my time growing up in Canada is that Indians have had the most racism towards them. However, There are too many coming here right now. 99% of the Indians I have met with are nice and great people. With that , the shear amount of Indians that are not desirable are here. Cannot drive, rude, no understanding of customer service and take over public spaces and are litter bugs. You guys have to help transition into the western american canadian tradition. I have seen influxes of other countries come over here in my 55 years but I have never seen one group come over with these huge numbers. It is a massive displacement

When you arrive at the Frankfurt airport, you can already sense the unwelcoming atmosphere at the customs. So why bother.

This is why I don’t do customer facing jobs no more. In my teens/early twenties I did 4 of them and got sacked from all 4. I won’t go into details why but all I’ll say is I don’t have the patience or understanding for it. if that was me in the vid I’d for sure be getting fired.

They don’t know ethics, politeness, compassion and respect.\n\nThere was a jewelry store in the mall Lawrence plaza that we always pass by from the foodcourt. One day we passed by this store, I asked if I can check my ring size first because I am a potential customer everyone should be considered a potential customer. These 2 Indian clerks were there and that 1 guy told me he can’t check my ring size because If I take the other guys time who does the checking then I will be paying for his time because he is also doing other stuffs on the computer.. He says I will be taking away his time from the computer if he checks my ring size…The nerve.. I never want to deal with them again even customer service on the phone when I know its Indian I just hung up the phone and dial again and wish its not them because I know I will never get a satisfactorily and respectful conversation with them.

What can you expect from a country which has labour shortage and requires skilled workers but still expect you to speak fluent German or pay someone and bring them along as your translator at Auslanderbehorde (foreing office) to get your resident permit, visa extension, etc. ?\n2. You are always dependent on post/letters to get even password reset as it cannot be supplied over email due to GDPR issues. \n3. CCTV’s are installed in the parking lot however when your vehicle gets stolen and want to see the footage from CCTV, you come to know that it was never turned on, was there just to scare off thieves ??\n4. Working in a multi national bank (UK based) where even some colleagues at a senior level do not know how to converse in English. They live in a bubble that speaking English should not be expected from them. \n5. Get a credit card and you will hear the customer service team saying in German that I do not speak English, please call back to check if someone can help you in English ?

It is more than 10 years now that Canada can not even practice their own custom and value ! Like at the schools they have Lords prayers and practice Christmas at schools celebrated Christmas carols but then come this people who complains about how Canadian celebrated Christmas at schools not only that even in public you can not greets you friends merry Christmas !!! just happy holidays !!! They come here and dictate you what you can not do andcan do !!! But in other countries they close the whole streets just to have their prayers !!! I don’t think Canadian will like to do that ??? So much changes of life just because you let foreigners come and live in your country !!! They come forcefully , lied and almost invaded the country !!!?????????

Great video. Agreed that CDN government in general not just Liberals are responsible here. I have lived in Canada 25 years, from South Africa but of Indian/Sri Lankan decent. I am often embarrassed to be Indian when I see how some newcomer Indians behave, lie and take advantage of the services available in communities. Someone mentioned in the comments that the majority of fast food places employ many Indians, which often results in poor customer service and a lack of accurate orders - definitely a big pet peeve of mine. In all honesty, Pakistanis are the biggest issue when it comes to lying, cheating and fraud amongst newcomers.

Fact, Indian culture preaches them to do what it takes to get ahead in life. This includes criminal activities, romance scams, shady deals, ripping off customers and internet support scams. Also, India is the rape capital of the word, never let your daughter travel there. Just look at the young Indian doctor girl, such a shame. I see a lota comments saying this is one-sided. I cant speak for anyone else but this has been my experience as well... I've been to the Indian Embassy in Wellington, Nz multiple times to submit my applications passport renewal, police clearance etc and girls at the counter were unnecessarily rude & very unhelpful.. I've never received this sort of treatment from kiwis in Nz especially those sitting at customer service desks. I'd worked in Customer service for 7+ years and its very sad to see Indians (not all; some are good but very rare) are the worst and rudest to deal with. Because of this Indian generally have a very bad reputation in Nz; and by the looks of it, in Canada & Australia too..

I'm on the side of the customer. Why should a paying customer with cash have to produce the EXACT coinage to the dollar but delivery man cannot give change? If you cannot give change, don't allow customers to pay with cash. simple.

Unfortunately some Indians does not integrate and observe the host country culture & customs. They carry on like they are in India, peeing, shitting, spitting, loudness and all their crazy ways which may be OK in their country but not in the host country.\nThey complain that India is corrupt and going downhill, but who are they expecting to fix it? Somebody else? They bring their problem in India wherever they immigrate to....?

Tim’s isn’t as welcoming anymore. Indian workers don’t even smile and greet customers, and they look like they don’t enjoy what they are doing.

There’s been no time for the amount of people to adapt this country that have come in and they’ve totally ruined it. Customer service is garbage. Immigrant here!! Ran away from Canada because of too many immigrants!!! Just take a look at the customer service in Canada? We use to have the best customer service, now you talk to this agent who does not understand you and vice-versa. On top of all, they yell at the customer. They want to do things the way they do in their country. Sorry, but Canada has lost its high stature. ?

Sounds like customer had the same thing happen to him before. Wouldn't surprise me if they delibrately do this dont bring change so they dont give change so they can keep the money for themselves.
