Close Reading

This might be similar, but a little different. I've been language profiled before, just for speaking my mother tongue. I'm bilingual, english is a second language to me but welsh is my first and primary language. There's a notion that that some languages are redundant, not even worth speaking or learning. \n\nSometimes being different is a good thing, but why do people mock us for being ourselves?\n\nIt's not how a person looks that counts it's the who they are as an individual that counts. \n\nQ: Get rid of the label that you pin on someone, what else do you have left?\n A: a human being, who has more in common with us than we thought. Believe it or not people are interesting. Diversity in life, cultural backgrounds & experience makes life fun! In west we associate masked people with killers, thieves, assassins and such. Because women are pretty equal to men, not at 100% but pretty close we desire women to be identifiable when on the streets just as men are identifiable on the streets. So covering your face will probably not be accepted if ever by diverse population like USA that harbours so many different religion on one space and all are supposed to be tolerant and accepted by others. Choice or not women cover their faces so that when men see them they won't have impure thoughts about them. You're not being respectful towards them by covering yourself, you acknowledge that they are weak in flesh and that it is a woman's fault that they are weak in flesh.

I can see westerners being freaked out by the women who cover their face. I myself was like wtf when I seen a women with covered face for the first time back in northern Virginia, and I am from Ethiopia - a country that has a big Muslim population, more than 30%. We live among Muslims peacefully, because we respect our differences, but the ones back home do not really cover their face so I was not used to it. Really we should do better than creating differences, there is no better race or religion, all humans are the same, we all practice the 7 deadly sins religiously. and all the people commenting saying they hate Muslim and what it stand for, what religion are you because the Bible teaches compassion, it does not say to hate what you don't understand.

Can we agree that we are all human being we should all respect each other either we are black,white or yellow and from either religions?first,  In islam,in The quran there is writted that we should respect christianity, jews.. Or we Will face muhammad(pboh) on The day of judgjment Also we shouldnt make differance between A Man black or white judging by The fact The creation of god. ive saw alot of comment here of threating islam of every kind of names and some muslim calling them morons: you should show sbar to UR feloows, its discusting sriously because of terrorist who could be SEEn as A christian jew hindu or muslim but we Forget The fact that terrorism HAS NO RELIGION, show me one Book where theyve righted to kill ppl??? People have distroyed the name of jihad that means to go ontO A war if and only somewone attacks you,only for auto defense. See im A muslim, I have tons of multicultural friends theyve said alot of things in front of me about islam but i have explained them about MY true religion And theyve agrreed one of them converted and she wore the niqab. Niqab,hijab,burka arent A signification of autority of mans far from there islam supports women and respect them more THAn U can imagine, in the quran No men have right to Touch a women, he should respect her, women should keep their beauty only for their husbands and the mans should lower their gaze!!islam forces no one to do something because once youve read the quran and have the faith the commendmens writted arent A big deall. Everything in the quran is logical and just but the new generation ruined it all. Let me tell you brother and sisters if U see someone that is rich wont U think that their Family is rich too? Its The same thing for islam ppl saw ppl saying that they where muslim and killing ppl beating women and raping poor kids while it is Strictly banned in islam. So I blame muslim who doesnt act well to show example and too all others human who juge without knowing. And just one thing there is alot of ppl that pass themselve as muslim just by putting on A beard and by saying Allah hu akbar .Why cant we live all together why is there that much racism why cant we LOVE and do peace like islam shows and all other religion because their is one god and we all know it next it for U to judge but dont judge without knowing because they could be A girl who look mean but is kind vice versa. If they go to an airport, do they have to take the niqab off? If they don't, its a security issue. If they can see our faces, why is it fair for them to look at us? The koran has been interpreted differently by many generations of people and is changing constantly. This religion is by far the most unstable religion. There is only one god, and to get there does not mean by having a book tell you what to wear and how you wear it. If you want to wear hijabs in a country that is christian, then live like them too. If your not happy living in Canada, then go to where you came from. We don't want you here if you leave that old country because it was shit. Don't come and fuck up our country.

the fact is that they are not in the middle east no more different cultures and ways of life in the west if you cant stand it then why go? and that moderate Muslim woman said it herself she fears for her life for just talking against just the extreme stuff in Islam and how some of them hate the west and a re becoming more extreme  \n\nimagine if it were the other way around and westerners were immigrating to the middle east trying to implement christian fundamentalism and kicking and screaming when no bible laws are implemented in Egypt or Arabia ect id say most Muslims in those country's would run the westerners out no problem and kill a few while at it and its sadly true it would happen call me Anti-Islamic all you want the fact of the matter is its Islam that says i should be killed its Islam promotes control over the world under sharia law not me its Islam that promotes jihad and the killing of non-believers you have to understand why people are afraid in the 1st place and i don't see many Muslims standing up denouncing the extremists ether which is shocking coming from a religion with over a billion people

Surely men can do heavier work. Of course there are differences between men and women, nobody is denying that. Men can learn how to knit but I can never knit as good as a woman can do it. It's just that I don't see why a woman should have to obey me. I think that grown and civilized people can discuss and work things out together. I also don't see why women have to made responsible for the behaviour of men who act primitively because of the way they dress.
