The e-Visa tourist for India is a very tedious process. The payment is always slow and often interrupted.
2025-01-19 0
US had to change their entire h1b visa process due to the actions of 1 nation(guess what).\n And she's wondering why indians require visas???
2025-01-19 0
Because of People like Palki. You said Indian passport is the great because it is from the country of Modi which is ranked 85 globally 2025 PERIOD. Facts, Indian F1 students are submit fake documents like security deposits in bank (scam), the reason of study (fake), job experience after education (fake), interview process (fake) during CPT, OPT even on H1. I took nearly 40 interviews in 2024 out of which 28 are with Indian background, 24-25 of them are trying to cheat the process in different ways. 2-3 are genuine but they lack skill. Now the people like Palki are trying to lecture about India in Oxford? ?????

So now you decide who other countries want to take in? Its their country. They should have a say in it. Not you. Do you want your country flooded by Pakistanis or something? Do you allow everyone in to your country? Why do you even have a visa process in the first place. Dont be a hypocrite you crazy woman

Well, there are good Indians and scammers Indian. Scammers in India are causing headaches for good Indians. That is the facts. For instance, recently some Indians took a huge loan in UAE and left for Canada with that money. That has put the UAE government in a position to make the visa process more difficult to find out if bad people are getting the visa or not. I would say, the Indian government should introduce a process to thoroughly investigate a person before they apply for a foreign visa, and it should be honest to see some improvement in Indian behavior in the foreign countries. If not, that number is just going to go down. It doesn’t matter how much you scream. Do that for the sake of good Indian people.

There is an unwritten rule that visa applications from countries below $10,000 per capita GDP will be heavily scrutinized. It is unfortunate that countries first encourage Indians to apply for visas only to reject them and earn huge fees in the process. Its a total scam. Also, the description of the video says Indian visas, it should have been Indian visa applications.
2025-01-18 0
Well it would be worth mentioning here that they should also curb the fradulant visa paper works as well. Since that kind of practices only hurts the rest of the law abiding citizens. Sadly in the process they are looked at as trouble some...

There should be an international law that money spend during visa processing should be returned back to the person if denied.....I see no reason u will deny me visa and hold my money with u..

Documentation is very crucial for visa applications. I processed many visas such as visitor to nz , Schengen visitor visa, residence visas which all are successful. Interested people contact me.

It's a business model of VFS now most of the country outsourcing the application process . More rejection means more re application and hefty fee of VFS?????
2025-01-17 0
Don't foul cry. Indian visa processing and VFS centers are pathetic and disgraceful to own fellow Indian. Indian government websites sucks and they are developed by cringe school pass outs. Most of the government website pages has static content and PDf attachments. Disgusting.
2025-01-17 0
For Schengen visa, besides submitting all documents our parent's visa was rejected. I doubt it is a money making process for them. And I wonder why didn't they refund the money (at least some part)they received as fees since it is rejected and no forum for us to question this..

This video documents verbal/emotional abuse. Jesus wasn’t a Christian or a Jew, he was free. That’s what all the original fuss was about, before what he said was “organised” into a religion .. a belief system \n\nDitto Buddha .. he wasn’t a Buddhist or a Hindu (or whatever the possibly ossified system of belief was called at the time he lived ) he was free. \n\n“The truth will set you free” \n\nOrganised religion isn’t first hand mystical insight. It’s spirituality distorted into a political, population controlling parody. Look no further than the abuse scandals rife within the main Christian denomination (Further evidence for the hypocrisy .. every religion has sometime warring sects . Go figure) \n\nI repeat Jesus wasn’t a Christian or a Jew .. he was free.\nCosmic consciousness was an actuality to him … ditto Buddha, their message/pointers to “truth” .. are often violently distorted for religious/political/population control ends. \n\nMystic - Someone who experiences Universe as self .. and not conceptually but actually. Self .. is the point of view body mediated awareness, not to be confused with the ego .. our lifetime of conditioning which we identify with as “who we are”. Consciousness/awareness is our true nature. Free unbounded. \n\nTranscendence of the ego is part of the process of “enlightenment” prevalent in what’s known as “The perennial philosophy” \n\nPhilosophy - The love of truth/wisdom\n\nWhat is the main message relevant to the search for what is true and incorruptible in life. — “ BE A LIGHT TO ONESELF” ?

canada,They are taking money for visa processing, medical, documetation(including ielts exam) ,money transfer to their country banks as financial backups (they say GIC),college tuition in their currency, after submitting I have to wait for long time,\nfinally refused for silly reasons like i can't return to your home country(India).in the end I lose more money as you said .and also transaction fees adds up when we ask tuition fess back.if they reject for silly reasons, now I understand ,why this happening ,its all business and they want us to lose more money.innocent people lose money .
2025-01-17 0
The process for Visa and the backup documents is pretty transparent and available at the country's or VFS website. I have been travelling to Europe and my visa has not been rejected. But I still do see a lot of people not understanding the process, documentation required. The documentation is usually about proof of stay, proof of travel and proof of financial strength. Please do not talk about the 5th largest economy. We are 143rd in GDP per capita. Among the illegal immigrants into USA India ranks third, to the UK it ranks 9th and is a significant number into the EU. With immigration a hot topic in the west today, this was inevitable.
2025-01-17 0
Good job. \nMost Indians don’t have the etiquette to travel abroad. \nI will say, there should be an even stricter and thorough process to only allow the good samaritans(who can also spend) abroad. The bad ones give us a bad rep.
2025-01-16 0
It's clearly differentiation west do with Indian passport. I faced many issues with EU visas processing, specially for FR and they never provide clear answer but just sound like reason for eating visa fees.
2025-01-16 0
Visa processing is a money making program for USA. They need not collect so much for rejected visas .
2025-01-16 0
You remember on covid inoculation certicate our country had Modis picture instead of the certificate holder. Every traveller was ridiculed. Canada recently stated that there were 20000 Indians on student visa who did not show up at college, London from 8/1/25 even if you are in transit going somewhere else you need a visa which is difficult to get Germany and America are in the process of deporting thousands of Indians . In the Gulf countries everyday hundreds of free visa Indians are rounded up and deported. Gradually the world is learning who we are and from which crooked country we are.

Who has looked at the Indian bureaucracy? Just renewing a passport is painful. I live overseas and my mother has advanced dementia. Just trying to renew her passport at the Indian High Commission is a painful process. The Indian authorities do not even acknowledge an Enduring Power of Attorney that has been notarised, apostilled and attested by the High Commission. Before we complain about others, let us look inwards and sort out our own problems.
2025-01-16 0
Indians are possibly amongst the largest group of overseas travellers just trailing behind the Chinese but the visa application process for us is one of the most stringent. . . Go to any tourist destination in the world and you’ll see an Indian restaurant and fellow Indians, but we are not shown the respect or importance we deserve by diplomatic missions of other countries.
2025-01-16 0
Indians needs a better vetting process to earn the trust of the world, it speaks volumes that even some developing African countries are more welcomed and trusted in the west than Indians.
2025-01-16 0
Bad behaviour bad behaviour bad behaviour. Instead of teaching other countries how to process visa first teach our people how to behave
2025-01-16 0
You need to explore the fraudulent ones too and not just blame other country's visa process which is the same for people from non-indian origins. The actual issue is much more complex. More foreign workers can destabilize and harm their own people's opportunities as well. May be we should explore why indians are trying to leave india so badly and address those problems first.
2025-01-16 0
The passport ranking is because of how Indians behave in general. If I was a nation I would make sure I don't let too many Indians in. And I would also make sure that the process is difficult enough to dehumanize them as they try to get to my country. \n\nAs an Indian I am happy that this is happening. At least now we will all work towards building this nation up to serve all our needs instead of fighting with others to let them into their house.

In never applied for Europe / USA and NZ and Aus visa due to fear of losing money for rejection and complicated document requirements / application process.\n\nI have been to UK once for study \nThailand\nSingapore \nMalaysia\nNepal\nIndonasia \nDubai UAE\nQatar \n\n\n\nSri Lanka is next\n\nIf countries cannot easy the visa process for legitimate travellers it’s they who lose money $$$$\n\nLiving in India ?? ❤ for 37 years and loving it ❤
2025-01-16 0
Well said! I hope our Ministry of Foreign Affairs takes note. It's high time India earns global respect, particularly from the UK, USA and EU. Offering arrival visas to income tax filers could be a game-changer and a start to that direction and will motivating more people to file returns to get that pride status. Currently, only 3% of Indians file tax returns, whereas at least 10% should. This initiative would benefit India and provide developed countries with a better filtering process.

Western Countries have become increasingly discriminatory towards Indians especially ..they are more busy granting asylum to Caliphate coming from all over across borders ....\n\n\nSo shove the ranking ...\nThe issue is open and pure discrimination against Indians.\n\nA handful of Indians break rules agreed .\n.but a majority have economic power and just want to travel ...the majority is become a victim of the minority idiots as usual ....(Take a Hint ) ...\n\nI am a British Citizen I followed process procedures and got my Citizenship screw visas I was never in my life denied a visa as I was truthful ...\n\nPoints are many the wise will understand ...
2025-01-16 0
I usually respect her thought process but this one is completely out of logic. Makes no sense. Maybe when Indian per capita is half of that western world then it might be level playing field. Till then… no
2025-01-16 0
It's good news indians should remain in india, live in india work in india so that india will become the most preferred country.\nif we indians give up on india then who will improve the condition of the mother land and its children.\n\nwe need to do lot of sacrifice as children of mother India to develop and nurture it.\n\nAnd its a ongoing and continuous process.\n\nWe need our indians to develop it otherwise it will not rank among the greatest countries.\n\nWe must dedicate less time on entertainment and full time for india . We need to work on india.
2025-01-16 0
Illegal immigration and overstayed cause the process difficult. Please accept the truth don't try to make that you are subjected
2025-01-16 6
respect should not be demanded, it should be earned, india should grow itself then world will welcome us , dunki process, misbehaving , cringe behavior on foreign land , if these issues are addressed then we can expect some improvement

I tell you in New Delhi there is special section of the city that dedicated to students going overseas. They make fake documents and fake college degrees and fake passports and fake visas. You just go and pay the guy ₹5000 and your process to come to Canada.
2025-01-12 0
These students came for an education. You accepted the terms of that student visa and should thereby adhere to those terms. Many countries do offer jobs to international students who excel in their studies if there are available positions in that field that Canadians can not fill. It is Indian recruiters who have sold the residency idea both in India and Canada. It is these recruters that teach them how to defraud our systems and take your money. If you think about it, how many successful companies hire people with strip mall college certificates in high paying jobs.\n\nWho they should be protesting against are their recruiters who sold them this illusion, not our government. There are processes for residency, not privileges.
2025-01-10 0
can someone find those abroad selling them this! There is a refugee process. Where are their brokers
2025-01-05 0
I work in Germany in this field, but unfortunately, the German regulations and bureaucracy are unbearable. Ironically, if someone enters illegally without a passport, the process seems to super easy - barely an inconvenience
2025-01-04 0
I think it’s going to impossible to do this … because who is going to pay for this process.. just charge a fee to process whatever needs to be processed and make them legal … then move on..
2025-01-04 0
Attn NZ Govt! Take notes and do the same. Revoke the citizenships for these Invading Pests. Do not recognise arranged marriages! Dairy, Bottle Store owners who sponsor their aged relatives to come into country and then are soon after claiming the pension?! The business is then sold to another Indian cousin and the process repeats with the arranged marriage/spouse soon gaining citizenship and then their aged parents being sponsored workers in the Dairy (and gaining citizenship) that really has added NO business benefit to our economy. The indigenous people of this country did not sign a Treaty with Asia, it was signed with an appointed Governor on behalf of the Crown of England. Therefore, stop allowing the onsale of our land to foreigners of the Parties to the Treaty.

Study and go home. No work. Study and go home. No work. Its a simple visa process. No one is accountable for your corrupt consultants.

Hoping canada will focus on us TFW who were working skilled as butcher to become PR much faster in process, our job here in canada is fielding the need for manpower in this kind of work canadians dont want to work for

Same rules and process for everyone. There are no shortcuts andno one cares you're a track star.

I think the Canadian government has made it far too easy for anyone to immigrate. As an Indian living in India, I can attest that many of us look for the easiest way out and often lack a strong moral compass. Additionally, most of us struggle with adapting to new environments, possibly due to an archaic education system that emphasizes rote learning over conceptual understanding. Many Indians also face challenges with proficiency in the English language.\n\nUnfortunately, Canada’s relatively lenient immigration policies have allowed a significant number of unskilled individuals from India to settle there. Many of these individuals have been reluctant to embrace Canadian culture. Corruption may have played a role as well, with some local Canadian colleges and universities admitting students who lacked merit. Given the extreme levels of corruption in India, this is not surprising.\n\nThe root issue lies in the Canadian government’s lack of strictness and vigilance when formulating immigration rules and policies. Many Indians, frustrated with the current government and financial hardships, seek to leave the country in hopes of a better life in the West. While educated individuals follow proper processes, the uneducated often resort to questionable means. In Canada’s case, this negligence on the part of both governments has had unfortunate consequences.\n\nI hope stricter policies and more accountability lead to better outcomes in the future.

Makes sense. While 41k seems like a large amount, Toronto rents have gotten out of control and people are charging exorbitant amounts. If he was able to use throw her out landlords would be doing so and jacking up the prices. There has to be a system in place and a process.. this takes time, but it’ll play out.

As an Asian immigrant in the US myself, I agree with controlled migration and harder punishments for illegal immigrants. \n\nNot a popular sentiment but I seriously had such a hard time with immigration going through the process because of illegal immigrants. And it's not just me. Hundreds of thousands of people who went through legal immigration share the same sentiment.

The problem is not international students themselves; the problem lies with students who cheat the system to become international students.\n\nSecondly, no international students are promised permanent residency (PR). There is a pathway to PR, and the government should ensure it is followed. However, if a student's study or work permit expires, they must leave as they declared when applying for the permit. Canada understands that individuals from developing nations may not want to return home, and that is understandable. But the proper process must be followed.\n\nI agree that the Canadian government has made mistakes. However, international students also took advantage of the system, which I can understand. The government should never have allowed international students to obtain work permits so easily. They should have been required to complete their studies, secure a job offer, and only then apply for a work permit. This would be the point at which their PR process could begin.\n\nWhat the government did instead was detrimental to Canadians. By allowing international students to get work permits immediately, bring their spouses, and provide work permits to them as well, they created challenges. Students should focus on studying first, graduating, and then finding a job—just as it used to be.\n\nThe government should create regulations requiring all publicly funded colleges and universities to cap the fees charged to international students. These institutions should only be allowed to charge a maximum of 15% to 25% above the fees for local students. Charging exorbitant amounts was essentially a form of robbery, exploiting international students with the false hope of permanent residency (PR), which is never guaranteed.

These are people ordered by Imgration Canada to leave Canada after failing the processes to stay in the country. That is 30000 people who should have been put on a plane and sent back to their country of origin. Law enforcement needs to be hired to find these people and put them on the plane. Another way to help this from happening in the future is through the laws. If you are here on a visa or temporary work permit, you must leave by the date on the permit or visa. Failure to do so will result in immediate deportation from Canada to your country of origin. It will also result in a permanent ban from for life from entry to Canada for any reason. If you have been found to enter Canada illegally for any reason. This will also be a permanent ban from entry to Canada in the future for any reason. The only way to extend a permit or visa is from outside of Canada, just like other countries require Canadians to do under their systems. There has to be a reason for people to follow the rules, and that is the permanent ban and immediate deportation upon failure to follow the rules. Another thing is an person needs to have paperwork to get on an international aircraft going to another country. So why do these people arrive in Canada and now have no paperwork. They must show that paperwork to CBSA or face immediate deportation and a lifetime ban from entering Canada for any reason. People who have followed the rules are fully welcomed to Canada. They should show they are entitled to be here and not break major laws of Canada. If you fail and are convinced of breaking major Canadian laws. You will be immediately deported from Canada with a lifetime ban from entry to Canada in the future. These are rules and laws used internationally by other countries, so nothing is new...

Too late - this is already a Hindustan - can you reverse that process of taking over Canada under false pretences - false diplomas , false students , false permanent residency . This is not Canada anymore .

Unfortunately it is not true that a majority of the Indians are highly qualified. To be honest many of the Indian students here have poor communication skills and questionable qualifications. What is needed is a more careful selection process. I know of some Indians who are highly trained well educated and an asset to Canada especially in the health and tech fields. At the same time I see many who are not able to pass basic language tests let alone professional examinations.

Liberal government will never start the process of fixing a bad situation they created unless it's absolutely forced to.\nThis goes with housing, immigration, inflation and now the border. \nNote I never said they would fix the situation, I said start the process.
2024-12-21 0
I think we need to fix our democratic process. Every politician should have at least a masters degree in the ministry they are assigned. I do not expect someone with a history degree managing finance.
