The same is happening in Australia, UK and New Zealand. If you have to take a large education loan to go to these countries, DO NOT GO especially if you do not have strong financial background. I agree life is tough in India for many people, but, it is not very rosy in these Western countries either.

These People come to America for free housing,food, education, welfare check,healthcare that’s why they’re here unlike in other countries ?they don’t allow it. Only in America eh.

Legal immigration could help the USA......Bring back some of jobs most people who live in the USA don't want to do.... increase our tax base. Lower our food prices.... Help build more houses. Lets keep i real. The desire that most immigrants have is homeostasis which is the familiar. All humans do this. Individually indians are usually smart and decent people. But in groups ( and this doesnt just include indians) you get this group thinking that is prejudice against anyone who isnt one of their own. These are attractive features of canada that play a role in why people want to come here. And leave where they were. Its it logical to think that you have more to learn about us then we do of you? Not being on some selfish punk shit is canadas greatest strength. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. I know this isnt realitic but it would save them from what a lot of them are gunna end up be exposed to which is experiences with native born Canadians who are going to very rudly show you what happens when you disrespectf someone in their own home. \n\nThe party is over. Different countries are minting money illegally from the immigrants. They give visas in the name of education and other traits but they are dismissed and compel them to walk out of those countries like Canada ! I almost moved to the US with my parents when I was a kid but was crying because I didn’t want to go. I am so glad that we didn’t move there. We don’t want to go there for many reasons, free healthcare, a good education system because we pay our teachers well and have good quality teachers, we don’t carry guns and don’t want them, thereby our streets are safer. We don’t have mass murders, school killings and all that fear. We don’t have the racial and ethnic prejudice that there is in the US. I have travelled a lot for my company and personal to the US. I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable at all. We know so much more about US geography and history and the US knows nothing about us. Complete ignorance. Well I have no plans to ever visit again. I love our people, our freedom and our culture. We are nothing like the Americans (sorry). I am staying in my beautiful country! I feel safe and happy here! We don’t want the American dream, we are living the Canadian dream!

We want educated, highly skilled, intelligent, decent, ENGLISH SPEAKING migrants who make America GREAT!

Millionaires and billionaires and the politicians they’ve bought have spent the last 50 years fighting to destroy wages, unions, educational system, acces to healthcare and fought to avoid taxes for themselves leaving ordinary Americans with the bill. Why do those of us on the political left keep allowing those on the political right to dictate the terms of public conversations, even when we have the facts on our side? It is estimated that 1.7% of the world population is biologically intersex. That's roughly the same as the percentage of the world population that is naturally redheaded. Trump's executive order states that the US government only recognizes two biological sexes.  This means that as far as the US government is concerned, biologically intersex people don't exist. This is analogous to having an executive order saying redheads do not exist.  It's nonsense.  So, why aren't biologists from all over the country pointing this out? The percentage of the world population that identifies as transgender is at most 0.6%.  So why are we talking about transgender people when there is a larger group of people that Trump's executive order discriminates against?  Here's why: because folks on the left insist on allowing those on the right to set the terms of almost every debate we have in this country and folks on the right are happy to ignore intersex people (whose existence conclusively establish that their views are false) and those of us on the left stupidly follow their example in doing so. If we are serious about protecting trans people, we need to be smart about this. Let us reframe the public debate to focus on intersex people.  This will make exposing the lunacy of Trump's executive order much easier when engaging a general public that is too ignorant, lazy, and indifferent to educate themselves about trans people. So, let's help out the lazy ignorant masses by adopting a simpler (and more science-based) approach to the debate over whether there are two biological sexes by making the simple, scientifically sound observation that biological sex is bimodal, not a binary.  And not amount of executive orders can ever change that fact.

This is a good step in the right direction. Cut down public sector spending. Since the targets for foreign students are much lower, and the anticipated immigration # should be lower in the next few years, we don't need as many immigration workers.
