There are many Americans who are angered by this horrible act and are repulsed by this and our country doing the bidding of Russia. It makes me sick! We love Canada and many many of us voted for Kamala not this?

Trudeau knows exactly that he is not protecting his borders and Fentanyl is leaking across into the US. Don't get me wrong. Canadiens are great people. But Trudeau is a snake. All these years US has a trade deficit of 1 trillion dollars every year. With tariffs we could have recovered 250 billion every year. That is a lot of money. Currently every American owes $110,000 because of the accumulated debt of 36.5 trillion.\n\nJustin, how long are we supposed to bend back wards while US has a trade deficit of trillion dollar over the past 20 years. Do the right thing, we all have a civil duty to understand our candidates to the very best of our ability. When a man has been convicted of dozens of felonies, and we tell you that this is only what we were willing to expose. You may want start believing us. The genuine facts of his past are unilaterally corrupting to our children and good people alike. Do not let the american people repeat their mistakes, force Mr. Trump to atone for his mistakes. Amendments require the FULL support of nearly all Americans, not 27.5% of unrestricted adults.

Okay, so US tariffs are bad and will cause financial trouble for both Americans and Canadians. Won’t Canadian Tariffs do the same thing? Furthermore, Canada will not win a Tariff war with the US. Our imports from Canada are like 1% of our GDP, our exports to Canada are close to 20% of Canada’s GDP. Pretty sure the US will be okay.

These tariffs are not about policy differences. They appear to be personal. Trump is settling scores. Many Trump voters believe that Mexico, Canada, Russia, China, Ukraine, and even the EU interfered in the US presidential and congressional elections in 2020, 2022, and in 2024 to help the Democrats strip us Americans of our rights and lock Republicans out of power permanently. Canadian’s can’t live month to month with the Sword of Damocles over our heads. I am glad we didn’t capitulate this month. These tariffs may hurt Canada more than the US but we are clearly far too dependent on the US and will benefit more from the tariffs in the long run (by reducing our dependency).

Of course, this will hurt the US and Canada... just like the threat of tariffs against the EU will hurt us even more and all of Europe... that's the point. It's great for Russia.
