Undocumented workers paid 96 billion dollars into Social Security and Medicare through the INT. They are not eligible to collect from those programs but there work help sustains them. They do work Americans do not want to do. Hotels hire them, farmers hire them, meat packing plants hire them, construction companies hire them. Removing them will be a disaster. Banks says the American people have spoken for it, I didn't. Only 51 percent of uneducated voters for Trump wanted it. We Democrats understand they are needed here. Republicans in the red state on Welfare won't go to work and do the jobs immigrants do. What will happen is Trump will cut the taxes for the rich, raise our taxes and do away with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and other needed social programs like CHIP, Meals on Wheels, School lunch programs etc... America will suffer and end up losing our allies and pulled out of the NATO agreement, which Russia wants us to do. Trump is friends with our enemies. Something to think about. Biden and Harris put our safety at risk when they decided they needed more democratic voters and opened those borders wide and unchecked. Americans DIED. Alot of them. So for those with partners who are undocumented, you can expect one day that partner simply won't return home. Prepare for the worst. It is now a reality. Your partner leaves the house, goes to work at a factory or whatever job and the location gets raided. Even if that person is latino and 'legal', it will take time to sort out the confusion. That person may not be carrying documents showing permanent residency. It won't matter. Once you're on a truck, headed to some undisclosed location as an 'illegal', that's it. The drama doesn't stop there...Now the partner left behind may not have income. That 'illegal' may have been the only source of income in the household. For example, the 100% rise on tariffs on imported goods, which Trump had tried during his first term and it backfired. Majority of Americans electorate are not just that rational. They make decisions based on emotions. Trump just kept on invoking emotional mantra like the migrants are invading American, woman is not strong and smart enough to be the president of US, a black woman from black immigrant family are not smart enough to be the president of US - old stereo type that have torment America from slavery. When produce prices jump in the stores because a lack of labor? When building contractors lose a portion of there labor building houses?? As an Independent voter, I voted against Trump, as I think he is simply too slimy to represent the USA. Having said this, I agree that ALL people living in this country illegally (men, women, children) need to be deported. Will this increase the price of goods? Probably. But, until we baseline things according to our rule of law, everyone against this policy is simply guessing.

So this mass deporation will cost $100 bil to achieve (some estimates put it at over $300 bil) and those immigrants pay approx. $100 bil in taxes (including paying into SS, which they can't use) and many of them do menial jobs for low wages that citizens do not want to do (unless you pay them more, which raises prices)... combine this with potential tariffs and this sounds like a foolproof plan for a recession with stagflation. I want to say Trump voters can FAFO, but unfortunately they are going to bring everyone down with them
