I am Canadian born citizen, unemployed, 2 and a 1/2 years. Because I didn't know that the Trudeau government in 2022 when I lost my job due to the pandemic was allowing them to import T.F.W's as executive assistance my level of experience into my industry. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get an interview withe almost 20yrs of experience and I was trying every trick in the book but a week ago I learned that they brought in over 2 years 300,000 admins at all levels from E.A's to receptionist now. So imagine my horror and shock to learn that 5 days ago. But you walk in everywhere. And it's just Indians from every part of South Asia and I am all for immigration I'm a child of an immigrant, but immigration is a science When dealing with a country like Canada, where it's designed to be many cultures like a 20 bean soup. You're supposed to try and keep it at being a 20 bean soup and within 3 years it became like a 2 bean soup. It's a science where you're replacing your dead, and then you bump it up like 10% to grow the population slowly with GDP so that you don't have so many Canadians. Unemployed and temporary foreign workers that come are employed. So everybody's contributing but the way they did the open door everybody bum rush. And over run the country. Our economy is now 60% dependent on people who aren't residents. They're temporary which means when they leave our fake economy is actually only built on 40% to 30% of Canadians. That's an economy that will crash because it's never supposed to be weighted that way, Canadians are supposed to be 60% to 70% of the economy and foreign workers are to be the rest. So we're in trouble when they finally go home, but they need to put a moratorium on PR's, Work permits, LIMA's, T.F.W's and restrict all educational institutions on how many Students they can accept so private schools don't scam students by taking their money then telling them they don't have a seat for them to attend class that is just criminal and do so untill end of 2025 and then review status again for 2026. So Canadians can have a shot at getting work and then slowly introduce them back in as needed for proper slow population growth and not just a free-for-all ability to work anywhere in the whole country. Major cities and everything like that. So people like me can finally get back to work.

There are currently thousands and thousands of young men from India, milling around on the street corners of downtown Toronto. They work at low paid jobs where they deliver food in electric scooters and they are driving their electric scooters on the sidewalks (this is 100% illegal - contrary to city bylaws). Most of them were admitted to Canada on student visas, but are not actually studying anything. This is fraud, facilitated by the incompetent, GLOBALIST government of the TRAITOR, JUSTIN TRUDEAU. The situation with these young men is causing a huge social problem here. Now they are protesting agitating, demanding to stay here, claiming they have rights that do not not actually have. They all need to go home, NOW, where they belong.

Well then make the immigration policy easy as simple as that...\nMe as an Indian nurse have been contacted with myriad of agents on linked in and WhatsApp stating that Germany is in dire need of Indian nurses under skilled work immigration, and we require at least B1 or B2 level German speaking nurses. Provided that nurses have to complete their certification coutse from their home country which is quite lengthy and sometimes unattainable because of the excess work load on nurses in private hospitals in India especially in Metropolitan cities.\nSo make the policies easier for foreign nurses by taking the experienced nurses and ask them to complete their German Language course once they arrive in Germany probably while doing their bridging nursing program ??

Immigration is supposed to HELP a country. A country is not supposed to HELP immigrants. I came here as an international student, and knew it very well that becoming a permanent resident was NOT a guarantee whatsoever! Entitled Indians demanding work permit extension or permanent residency is such a disrespect to Canadians! They need to leave.

Hey Igor, I feel your view is understandable but the issue I see is mostly in Ontario. There are many examples of people who seem to be from a particular community creating issues there, I have heard of persons who don't seem to understand how to communicate and making things difficult for other groups of people, coming to canada to work and slacking in their studies which is why they are in canada and also where people who are PR unable to get a job because only international students are getting hired. but I agree the government need to put better regulations in place to prevent people from being taken advantage of and hire people based on qualification and make the work place more diverse where possible with fair wages that are liveable as well as understand that they sold canada as the place to be for anyone to gain citizenship from the education stream

It’s looking like the country where they came from is god, I can say it. There is something they call shame, dignity, Côme on guys. You have no right to do anything. Maxime Bernier, was telling to one of them: we don’t need you here. Any normal human being should say to him or herself: what I am doing here. The guy became very combative, saying if his visa is expired, he won’t have to leave. One thing they cannot understand, Canada, united states, Europe aren’t the same they were during the 70’s, 80’s, some mistakes had been made. There are way too many of them in the northern part of America and they are all over the world. The premier minister modi, last year, finishing to talk to the Australian authorities, last words: if they can the young people of India to immigrate to their country, for education, research, since almost all the big ai companies are in his country, why they don’t do the research there good god, they prefer leaving opportunities behind, to work for Walmart, Canadian tires, Tim Horton ect , very smart. Canada needs brains not hands. Give me a break. The Mexicans stopped acting like that. Unfortunately.

It's so bad in New Brunswick that people who were born here are becoming homeless because the gready landlords are doubling rent and they cannot afford to pay it and get evicted. There is no work here for us let alone anyone else. No one person can work full time at 15.00 per hour and afford rent. It has to stop. The crime rate is so bad than it was 3 years ago and as for the food cost example 5.09 for a dozen eggs. 4.99 for a loaf of bread. It just goes on and on. The government need to fix their mess before it's to late.

Those so called brown people don’t contribute to Canadian society many of them are very bad people they are huge scammers like to make easy money they don’t work hard they have no respect for others most have that third world mentality and they are living and blending in with us I don’t understand nothing of them they make lots of children this way they can guarantee there stance in Canada \n \n(do let me say not 100 % of them are bad \n Honestly we don’t need them they are a burden to out living here in Canada they need to go back \nyou can see what Trudeau has accomplished he actually changed the face of your Country Canada \nTake a good look at the schools everywhere From every corner of Canada it’s now a different Country we. Give them PR. We need workers in Tim hortons, McD and security staff. Also truck drivers. These are the jobs that Canadians hesitate to do. As a business owner, its the immigrants that give us profit. They are ready to work for minimum wage, will pick up shifts on call on weekends and does not whine about stuff. Immigrants are the backbone of the food chain industry.

The caregiver program should go through reform. With the current immigration law with giving the caregivers Permanent Residency putting a lot of pressure on the employers who are working hard and paying taxes to bring the caregivers in Canada. The caregivers are taking advantages by exercising their rights as soon as they lands in Canada. Where is the protection for the employers who are working round the clock to bring the caregivers but the caregivers are abusing the systems and goodwills of the employers. The caregiver program should be like it was before when the caregivers needed to work here for 10 years to get the permanent residency. Otherwise it is becoming difficult for the employers to retain the newly hired caregivers under the new program as the caregivers are getting PR as soon as they lands. Employers need protection. Employers brings caregivers from foreign lands and as soon as they arrive the caregivers can quit and change employer and start exercising their rights as PR - it has to stop to protect the employer because of the employers hard earned money and goodwill they can land here, employers should not suffer for their goodwill and needs.\nWe Canadian employers need workers not the abusers. The foreign workers need to contribute to get the permanent residency - so should do the caregivers not rewarding them PR as soon as they land!rewarding caregivers with PR at their landing leaves the hard working employers vulnerable.

Understand that Education system has become a business these days. Do you think that Indian students come to Canada by spending 10 times more for education, because they learn some great techniques or lessons? It is only with the hope that after the education they can get a high paying job in Canada. Indian education system is far better than Canada's. In fact Canadian universities badly need these students, else they may not be able to pay salaries to their professors or universities will shut down. So after these students came here by taking high loans, now you change the rule/law is giving hard time to these students. You guys attract these students by showing them hope. This world is so closely connected and it can not be operated by rules. You need to understand the reality and work with empathy.

Get the right people for the right jobs, if you MUST bring in immigrants!\nThere are plenty of Canadian people who can do low wage jobs. Besides, low wage jobs are a good opportunity for youngsters to learn good skills while earning some money on the side to save for college. They are NOT, and I repeat, NOT for immigrants who have other skills to bring to the Canadian market.\n\nThe IT sector needs a serious overhaul. You need people to fill up roles in corporate jobs to boost production, because Canada is seriously behind in technology. Healthcare needs serious people too. There is no point in bringing promising doctors and healthcare practitioners who can improve healthcare services and the number of capable doctors here, but have them working low wage jobs instead to make ends meet. That is unfair to those people and unfair to Canadians who need good medical services in lieu of the taxes that they pay. Canadian Experience is a joke and a very cheap trick played by the incumbent government to swindle good, deserving people of their hard-earned money.\n\nEnough of bringing in refugees into Canada and destroying the economy by giving them handfuls of money paid by Canadians themselves. There is no such thing as a free lunch, and whoever gets these handouts needs to understand that they need to return the favour with hard work and a sense of contribution towards the country that gave them hope.\n\nI am an Indian, but I still say that Canada should come first. If a government cannot fend for its people, and give them priority, then that government is a failure.

Canada's reputation is no affordable housing for international students or citizens \nCutting the hourly cap per week worked for international students was delayed.\nNo one should work 40 hours and attend university full time being on an international visa.\n\nReality is they can't afford to live here otherwise.\n\nThat woman speaking of our reputation is delusional and ignoring the need to provide before inviting just like those at school fair's across the world.

Part of the problem is our politicians becoming so corrupt working With your countrymen getting your kickbacks from a temporary foreign worker program. a temp work a program that's been going on for over 30 years so I hardly think it's temporary don't you? they don't realize how pissed off their constituents are. And trust me and once we actually figure out the level of your corrupting our institutions you're going to pay for what you've done because there's obviously been some type of conspiracy going on everyone knows it. when there are so many coincidences that there's no longer a rationale to judge it coincidence There's little point in US pretending that everything is hunky-dory and hey it must be just simply a misunderstanding no it's you guys sabotaging Canada and other parts of the West. You know it's time we get our house in order in the Anglosphere is actually for reestablishing the British Empire or maybe an angle Empire of sorts with America Australia Canada New Zealand and all the rest of the gang and actually put some order back into this world that actually makes sense. we should have never abandoned our Empires and colonies we should actually kept them even stronger. Time to lock down our intellectual property again and not share any of future developments anymore. No more sharing such valuable with such ingrates. Lock down and do as much innovation as we can in the coming decades so that we can make centuries of progress in a few decades and then maybe get the advantage back again and then tell these people were never actually letting our guard ever again. let's make it a capital offense to share any intellectual property or technologies from the West to these assholes from now. Isn't it very curious that you won't talk embracing globalization free trade how quickly the West loss control over everything that I had and it's awesome under its aegis. How quickly companies like Nortel were totally destroyed and then we have a weird quickest tendency of something like Huawei. With obviously knock off the products that took a hell a lot of research and development for companies like Nortel who actually did the work to make. Let's see how well they're actually able to innovate when they actually no longer have access to the cookie jar. It pisses me off like we've done so much on this planet to actually push Humanity forward into a much more modern era where would be nice to travel to the Stars mind you like Country like we are nothing but Scoundrels and we had nothing but yeah. When you guys need the next revolutionary processor or whatever don't come with running to us because yeah I think we're about done in the West

And this is why we shouldn’t pay crazy sums of money to foreign universities- it’s a rip off. They can tell you to go back home anytime after pocketing your parent’s life savings. \n\nIt’s easy for them to say go back - what people don’t realize is that if an Indian pays fees in Canadian dollars, they will need at least 15 yrs of earning in Rupees to pay it back. Where it would take only 2-3 yrs in Canada in earn the same amount. \n\nSo basically you ruin your life if you pay fees in CAD and then return to India immediately - you need to stay at least long enough to recover your fees.\n\nAdditionally, Canadian university degrees are not valued in the Indian job market, just the work experience. \nSo best not to pay to study in foreign university if they can’t guarantee 2-3 yrs of work. After that you can always return, it’s actually better.

Germany is no recommendable for foreigners, at all. They wou;d have to embrace english accepted for international workers, relax the burocracy and solve the shortage of housing. Yes it is a rich country but the system is not made to wellcome foreigners. .German language is ridicoulously full of conservative rules that not even the germans dominate but you are imposed to speak it. Go to an english speaking country or to the Netherlands, Luxembourg,,,,learning the German language properly takes around 5 years ..for one word you know in german you need to learn many more because german language loves precision and according to the situation the word or expression will change appart from unexplicable gramatical rules, ...too long time to learn , if you are highly qualified , you have no time for this full time german language learning. you can learn a whole new career with that time. Friendliness, mmm also not so. they have different values, less emotional, no emphatetic. Best go to a more profi counry welcoming internationals and key tip: they accept english for work even if you do not speak the local language. Real international countries tolerate that you start working in english, while the local language you learn it with the time and only If you choose to stay long term. they do not asume that you will go for staying long term, they know you have the choice to leave. But Germany request you invested already such a long time learning German, and you still do not know if you wish to stay in Germany forever....

We have to make the workers themselves + help from adjacent cultural groups like parts of Canada and the US, South and Latin America as well as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand or Vietnam. \n\nBut for that to work, incentives must be given.\nIncentives only available if drastic change is applied to our education and healthcare system in general. \n\n-75% workers with only 15% academics and 10% margin for failure. \n-reduction of all university courses by half and students by 2/3rds in useless academics not focused on helping the state and people. \nLike linguistics without teaching it to others.\nWe need them, sure. But only five, not five hundred.\nWage changes. Meaning drastic reductions in pay for anything that doesn't directly benefit the community or somebody in need for that money. No more bankers, more construction workers and skilled craftsmanship. \nPeople who then can build the housing we needed. \nBecause they now do something valuable and helpful.\nA guaranteed flat for every couple if she is already pregnant. \nPlus tax reductions and preferencial treatment for taxation. \nLowered tax rates for food and drink and supplies. But only for the parents and only with a cash card bestowed by the state. The amount gets registered and then gets deducted afterwards and according to what benefits you are qualified for. \nMoney as the engine of a nation not as their leesh and doom. \n\nThese benefits and freedoms need to be guarded closely and with vigilance. \nBecause Germany has to be worth it to feel like an improvement and not a stop gap.\n\nMost European or adjacent people already fulfill these criteria. \nOther nation and believe groups massively devalue our country and despoil our land. \nLike bugs eating your crops. \nIts their natural instinct but if you want to life, you have to get rid of them.

It's the governments fault by destroying the value of our currency and making life so hard the population is looking to assign blame. I personally like the Indian population, they seem to value education, work ethic and family and we need population growth. The process needs to just become a bit more geared to skill sets the country needs.

OPEN borders address these issues by providing a sustainable workforce and supporting economic growth.\n\nIn summary, OPEN borders offer a win-win-win scenario: they improve economic efficiency, protect foreign workers, and strengthen Canada’s economy. It’s time to move beyond outdated protectionist policies and embrace a market-driven approach.

We need to ask questions to Indian ministers that why are the youths leaving the country for better future . Why did the doctors , engineers leave the country , went the people who are just 12 th pass leave their country and prefer to clean toilets to get pr when they are on work permit...

This is not enough. The immigration rules and policies need a complete overhaul. Here are some thoughts - 1) Stop issuing PRs to unskilled workers by revising the point system and tightening eligibility criteria. 2) do not grant PR to old parents until their child has become a citizen. they should not be allowed to work for more than 10 hours a week. 3) Limit social security benefits for immigrants during their first three years, allowing only essential healthcare for critical issues. 4) Halt the practice of granting easy citizenship. Extraordinary talent should be eligible for citizenship after three years, while others should only qualify after paying taxes for five years within the last ten. 5) Stop issuing LMIAs that are quite frequently misused for cheap labor. 6) Restrict work permits to a maximum of 5K per year until demand increases. 6)Limit the number of refugees to no more than 10K per year. In addition to these points, all existing loopholes must be closed.

Yeah Indian students come to Canada and empty food banks intended for Canadians, occupy rental houses needed for Canadian families, and take all service jobs making it hard for Canadian born students to find part time work.... They also get free services paif for by Canadian taxpayers for Canadian citizens... Canada gets ripped off by students of every race and nationality.... Canadians getting totally fed up. Foreign workers need to be reduced and Trudeau should be the first guy kicked out.

If you acting like europe is obligated to receive them you will get push back. and it's normal and also europeans values. If you push europe like is obligated to solve the whole worlds problem you will get push back. and that's normal. It's about choice. This problem need to be solved with sincere discussions. Stop calling europe the buggy man. Islam is a problem. If been in Egypt. My son got sick in the rooms cleaned poorely by man, because women are not alowed to work, my wife got out of the complex to buy some medicine and got beaten out because he did not where a Hijab. I don't wnat that to happen to my country. Or around my family or my town. I don't wanna generalise but let's be honest. It's impossible to talk about their religion or to convince someone that their religion is the biggest cause for all their problems. Which nobody seems to want to solve it... or not even recognise it. working only on effects is stupid and expensive. Nobody can help milions and milions and milions of people. I mean they are 1.3 bilions people and they keep having many children no matter the situation. it's easy to sell a story today i i get your point you're humanists... but we got to keep it real too. And as a husband i know what is like to look like you are the bad guy but keep the family safe... and not fall into utopia ...

So I understand why Canadians feel they way they do. Especially the ones born and raised here. I'm 31, was born here, and I often feel the same way everyone else does. The only problem that I see is that the issues that are in Canada are also in every other Western country. I'm concerned with the future, but I also know that throughout every generation, there are ups and downs. I'm willing to stick it out. I live outside of Toronto,I love the lack of natural disasters and access to water, and I still feel very safe. Although crime is up, it is nothing compared to the U.S. \n\nI'm actually living quite comfortably. Although my costs have gone up, I have made smart decisions in my life that allow me to live well. I own my own house, don't have car or credit card debt, and I only need to earn 40k a year to cover all of my bills. Every cent extra I earn goes to paying down my mortgage, gym, and golf once a week. \n\nThe question is, is it better l elsewhere? I don't know, but I am trying to be happy with what I have instead of what I could have had by being born 30 years too late. Ultimately, I would rather stay here work within the system to change it and continue to make smart decisions that put me ahead. Starting out all over again makes my stomach sick, and I love this country, despite it's flaws and its government, it has great people and beautiful nature. \n\nBest wishes to all of you other Canadians, and let's make it the Canada we want and deserve again.

you wouldn't need foreign workers if they tightened up the EI program-----many people in atlantic canada and quebec only work for 14 to 16 weeks and get a layoff------they don't even try to get another job-----most crab fishermen only fish for a couple of weeks and then become eligible for benefits-----and then they wonder why you can't find workers for shops or restaurants

What's important is that we could provide jobs to Canadian citizen.\n\nBusiness: fine okay.\n\nPrices are going up. After stopping TFW.\n\nConsumers: its the inflation again. Nothing new but we're still voting Trudeau out of office.

Why do you think they bring them here they like doing the work that they do who els is going to work in the fields and process the crops of what ever it is their lively hood they send money back to thier families man i never thought CANADA was so ignorent to others that need help

Not sure that this fixes modern day slavery? It was a housing problem... the workers need housing but takes up most of the minimum wage they recieve ... and then saying its because kids cant get jobs? Its not even true... the kids dont want to work.

my main issue is with jobs. we barely had enough jobs for all Canadians, now most jobs been taken by indians, whoa re willing to work on low wages, lie on resume with fake experience. i am an IT professional and my field has been flodded by south indians. we need IT jobs for citizens. this indian immgration needs to be stopped immidiately. every other south indian want to work in IT causing wage deggredation. go find jobs in india, stop ruining out Canadian job market. they come with fake resume's. fake certs.

I feel bad for those who were duped into coming here to Canada. They had big dreams of becoming successful here, instead not being able to do that and being forced to live in cramped accommodations. I work in healthcare, and a lot of people who work in the facility in which I'm employed were brought here from the Philippines and India, mostly. Some were hired directly by this employer, while others came here some other way. Those with professions like being an RN were under the impression that it wouldn't take that long or be that difficult to get their Canadian certification to work as RNs here. Instead, they found out that the process for that here in Canada is a lot tougher and takes a lot longer than they'd been led to believe. So many are left not being able to use their education to its fullest, instead working as care aides until they can get the proper certification. I know that this has also happened with doctors and engineers and to many in other professions for which they went to school for years. It's a real shame.\n\nThis massive influx of people coming from other countries, though, has been really tough on those of us who were already living here. It's been way too many people, and we just weren't prepared. It's been one of the biggest factors in the huge increase of cost of living and, of course, it's by far the reason we have an enormous housing shortage.\n\nI'm not completely anti-immigration, but I think that it needs to be stopped, at least for a while. Let us deal with what's going on now instead of bringing in more people that would only help to make things worse, through no fault of their own. There's no reason that we need to have more people coming here right now. We have way more than enough people here right now.

They need skilled immigration and they take unskilled immigration, which instead of adding to the budget will draw from it. Where is the sense and logic in that? For many years, Germany drained Poland and other post-communist countries of skilled workers, then the difference in the standard of living between the West and the East of Europe was huge, today it has decreased to the point that people prefer to live with dignity among their own people. Now Poland has become a country accepting immigrants from the East, the language is similar so it is easy to learn, the culture is similar, the standard of living is good and the streets are safe. Germany is no longer as attractive to skilled workers as it used to be, the cost of living is high and you can get stabbed in the liver on your way to work.

I am from India and been living in Canada for 18 years. I am living here with my family and I am so grateful to this country and respect the country and the freedom I have. The thing is homelessness is a fact that is coming from the most broken families. And here cannabis legal. I could see most white peoples don’t want to go to work, even there is enough work for them. And as a country to grow, they need youngsters for the workforce, but unfortunately Canadians people don’t have enough kids to support the country. And the kids are grown from the broken families maybe ending up in the streets. Indians are most of them only marry once and keep their marriage life till the end. So many divorce can ruin the life too. So the students coming here in Canada, how they get visa, Government don’t know that. I always questioned the people from India either you guys respect the culture here or please go back. The reason I love Canada is Canadians are so pleasant and so helpful. I don’t like not only Indians but anyone who is coming to Canada, if you love the country that the country you are not living please leave and don’t mess up this country. Leave your Culture back home. Your festival do it inside of your house don’t block the streets. Keep your Gods inside your home, everyone is not enjoying that what you doing. The worst thing I felt, no respect nowadays and nuisance, late night parties no respect for neighbours and no cleanliness. Because of some people we all are get treated same. Hindus wanted to bring their religion here, Muslims wanted to bring their religion, buddhists wanted their religion here. Can’t blame Christians because Canada is a Christian based country and I never saw them blocking the Road or streets. So anyone so obsessed please leave and enjoy your religion at home where you born.

Who told you that they need skilled immigrants? Opposite, they want low educated people who would accept to do hardest works with low salary and wouldn't complain about their work and life conditions.

Almost all European states are like this. They need immigrants, they create programs to encourage immigration, but they do not do any work to raise awareness among society about the importance of immigration. \n\nBefore, during and after the creation of immigration incentive programs, the country needs to subject society to a process of changing mentality. I understand you. I am so anxious in Canada, the rents are double what they were a few years back, and I can afford my apartment only because I have stayed in the same place for several years. I need to move because of bad neighbors for 2 years, but I cannot afford to move out. I could change countries, but I am too old to want to start from the start, to quit my job without knowing if I would find another in a new country. Good you can work from everywhere, I would gladly quit Canada if I had a remote job!

And why would they, our goverment gives them everything they need and more.... Is this racism? is this how you build your country?

Welcome to the ex-pat club. I left Canada 14 years ago. Talking to people I still keep in touch with in Canada I realize just after Trudeau got in power that Canada has changed. I suggest if you plan on a move do your research on where you are thinking of moving to. Do not rely on a vacation as they are very different than actually living in a place. I speak from experience. Do I get homesick? Yes but right now I would not even think of moving back to Canada. I am very settled and happy living in the EU even with the problems here. Some things to check out are various cities or towns in various regions of a country, healthcare, schools if you have children, cost of running a car (petro, insurance, etc), price of food, utilities, etc. If your work papers or degrees are accepted, what visas you will need. Once you have made a decision, start learning the language. I could do it anyone can do it.

With nearly every country in the world today still being run on feudal lines it's no wonder that their countries people find it harder to survive...\n\nThe feudal system where you have an ancestral elite lording it over others will never work in this the 21st century and on...\n\nThese elite are the ones that drain not only their country but they drain their countries indigenous people too... So much so that the indigenous people can barely afford to survive with draconian taxes and rules that the elite enforce upon them!!!!\n\nTheir system is as corrupt as they are and it needs to be stopped before it's too late!!!\n\nCountries should be run by 1 central office and a sub office in every village, town and city and managed as a business where if the managers can't do their job then they are out!\n\nTheir should be no ancestral elite taking all of the wealth and most of the land from their indigenous people or country! All are the same, all of the Western countries go down-hill, before they lost the competition to Japan, S Korea, now they lost the competition to China, SE Asia, and South America, that's why you see people in Canada and many developed nations lost their job, what people in Canada need to do is study harder, work harder not being lazy.

It's all well and good for airline workers becuz they can speak English and have good work experience and discipline compared to other refugees that need more resources to fit in Canadian society which is very draining.

Well, I am leaving, yes. Although I am very grateful with Germany, I work in IT, and I don't hold a diploma, but I have more than 20 years of experience in the field, I always been offered jobs beneath my experience, only because of a paper. I am Italian and was very enthusiastic when I arrive 4 years ago, but the way I was treated was mostly bad, that led me not wanting to study the language anymore, people were so agressive in the streets. When I needed the back of the justice, it was never on my favour, even when I was right, as I was hit in the street by a stranger who made my face bleed, police said that it was nothing and that it was the opposite, even when they had evidence. I was mistreated at a hospital in Schwabing, München and medical attention was refused, police didn't help and they requested my to litereally scream for help, and I did because I was bleeding on a place I didn't know, with -4 degrees, without any jacket. I even tried with the discrimination line, which doesn't work, and if you write them an Email, they will say they cannot help. I Will never understand that level of cruelty, not to mention 5000 Euros I had to pay for a ticket, because I suppousedly scratch the car of a person and because my Kaution was never returned, tried, but never got a lawyer, because you need to pay for the air you breathe in this country. ARD, what is that? You pay for the right of internet, and you pay internet as well, the desorganization with the states is massive, and often times, you will get a letter in your box post having to pay somehting else. My energy and money was completely drained. I just had it. Despite of everything, this country tought me great things, like discpline and hard work which I really appreciate and will take this knowledge...somewhere else. I also became better human being as a result of being exposed to all of the bad things. But I am isolated case, not everyone goes through these things, I did, and to me it was more than enough to wanting to Auf Wiedersehen. Unfortunaly Germany prefers to keep people who did not come to the country to add something, crazy as it seems, they would allow more people who rape, do not respect their culture and commit other crimes, instead of really welcoming people who came here to have a better life. Germany is currently too focused on other countries problems and failed on attending the needs of their citizens and the citizens who came to live here, including europeans, as myself. I truly believe that Germany is a beautiful country, München is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen, and has astonishing landscapes and vibrant nature. But...

Canada is like 3 times bigger than India area wise and population of Canada is almost equivalent to any big Metropolitan city of India like Delhi. If someone has a backup in India then they can think about coming here spend some years of their precious life here otherwise plz don't even think about coming here.... Say if you buy a bicycle for your commute which is a good convenient and healthy option but still it is of no use of it. Reason is bikes get stolen here very easily. I am saying this coz I have seen this with my own eyes. Police is incompetent here. They will arrest you but will leave you after 15 minutes after making you sit in your car. I know people who have 5 6 DUI’s and they still drive drunk. They do it coz they know the shortcomings of police. They know jails are full here. Checkout what a high ranked police official said about cars being stollen in big cities of Ontario (its on youtube) for which he was trolled badly. An average Canadian make $2200 to $2500 per month if they work @minimum wage, which is below the poverty line in canada again you can research about it if don't believe me. Teenagers ko paise ni count karna ata agar kisi ko paise dene b pad jaye... 15 16 year old kids ask their parents how to pay and how much cash they need to pay, Canada is Not at all good education wise. I dont even want to talk about the health care system of Canada it literally sucks. I got my family doctor after 6 years. India me raho Canada ghumne aoo vapis chle jao.. No need to demonize Canada like this,it might not be the perfect place to be and yes this crisis exists,But there are people who work their way through the system, Canada presents a great opportunity for a far richer lifestyle than in India,Of course there are a few downsides but not everything.I have been living in this country for the past 5 years and there is a huge potential in this country.Just need to be careful,And not everyone in Canada is injecting or investing drugs,Buying a house is expensive,That doesn't mean people live on the streets,They rent out.Due to sudden influx of immigrants and refugees there is a housing and job issue,But eventually due to measures in place this will be revolved Im sure Canada will bounce back and create more opportunities and affordable housing in the coming years

I came to Calgary in 1983, and since then, I've seen Canada change for the better and worse. I moved back to my native country of Malaysia in 1997 and lived and worked there until 2012. I can honestly say that my native country is so much cheaper to live. I don't need to wait months to see a specialist and wait over an hour to see my family doctor despite already booking an appointment. Doctors just want to get you out of their office fast so they can see more patients. Got a second health concern, well, book another appointment. What a joke! In Malaysia, I can get full body check-ups, including x-ray, ECG, and blood work, including results the same day. What's the use of free health care if the service takes donkey months? I've decided to move back to Malaysia in about two year's time and enjoy the warm weather and cheaper cost of living. Canada is a GREAT country, but the elected government just screwed things up. Will miss the Calgary Stampede for sure.

I came to Berlin, Germany ?? from India with my family in 2021 on EU Blue card. I work here as a Software Engineer and last month I got my PR. Below are my observations \n1) Not expat friendly at all - Most of Govt departments doesn’t want to speak English at all making us feel we are useless. Esp at initial level it is next to impossible \n2) Taxes are too high I have lots of friends in Netherlands in HSM visa and they have 30 percent off in total salary meaning taxes are charged on remaining 70 percent.\n3) Difficult to buy home in Germany ?? whereas in Netherlands it is super easy and banks easily give 100 percent mortgage. Many friends of mine took their own house on the very first year and their emi is almost equivalent to the rent.\n4) Openess to English is still an issue if Germany ?? needs more skilled workers which I feel they desperately need it they would need to be more open towards English which is a common linked language.\n5) People are not at all friendly and avoid small talks.

Many of my friends who studied Masters here in Germany are struggling to find a job and yet they say we need skilled workers. Where are the jobs.\nFor language issue why can't you work with companies and give conditional offer to employees that in 2-3 years you have to be fluent in German and give them an opportunity to learn the language and integrate.\nBut did we see this no and yet they say we want workers..Yes you will get people obviously the world is big but not the quality one and in some time your situation will become like of France and UK.\n\nAnd though I have finished my Master and working in a company for very less salary still i regret my decision to come here leaving my well paid job in my home country was the worst mistake. \nBut now i have to find a way out from here

The real problem is the dishonest people and frudulent rate sky rocketed.\n\nInternational student program was announced by conservative party in 2008 for international students to obtain a work visa that could potentially lead to pr.\nDuring 2008~2015 there was virtually 0 problems in immagrations with an EASY requirements with just 1 year work experience and finished college/university.\n\nThe student came here just to work problem we have at the moment doesn't make any sense math wise.\n\nAn actual college will charge 22k$ per year as a cheap cheap cheap option, university starts from 40k$ and goes up from there, on top of that the student need to purchase an GIC program at a Canadian bank with 10~15k$ and maybe also a meal plan in school BEFORE they even arrives.\nby adding up the cost, the person will spend 100~300k$ withing the first 2~4 years WITHOUT having any properties in the end, doing cash jobs will NOT even cover up the cost.
