Lived in Canada for almost 40 years. Worked in USA for 5 years 25 years ago. I did make a lot more money in USA then, luckily, I was in my 20s and almost never seen a doctor in my 5 years in the USA. \nThank God I didn't get into any accident while there. \n\nIn general, I observed many people in the USA are not good neighbors. Simple observation, ex you drive and merge into a lane in a busy SF Bay Highway you need to fight hard to get into a lane. In BC, Canada, merging lanes is very orderly, each vehicle takes turn merging into a lane one entering from one lane and then another vehicle from another lane with respect and consideration. \nIn the USA, I think it is this brutal mentality translates into policy in health care and education, you are not responsible to help your community in any way and take while you can for yourself.

Well said! I hope our Ministry of Foreign Affairs takes note. It's high time India earns global respect, particularly from the UK, USA and EU. Offering arrival visas to income tax filers could be a game-changer and a start to that direction and will motivating more people to file returns to get that pride status.
