Those countries you mentioned have Azan and use symbolic ways while they literal slaves from India. A country like Canada might not symbolically showcase holiness, but in practice, at least they don't take your passport away and take you hostage. I think action speaks louder than pretension. I lived in Toronto from '95-2000, 2003-2004, and finally from 2010-2019, and watching its slide has been terrible. But I'm old enough to remember what it was like in the late '70s when it was still functional and people had no yet become miserable. It's astonishing what greed and stupidity can do. Having lived in Calgary and on both coasts as well as Australia and Japan (where I'm on my second stint) I now see Canada as no longer designed as a home for citizens but rather a holding pen for the fleecing of inmates.

So essentially you were only in Canada superficially never intending to help raise Canada up. Just like so many young people of any background today you live essentially selfish lives only thinking of yourselves. I wish the next country you go to good luck.

i was talking with a coworker today who had a good job in brazil , farm , house etc . he sold everything he had to bring his family to canada . now he dosent own in canada and has no savings driving an old vehicle that barely runs . i’m just like why are people like this struggling so much in a country that once was easy to find jobs and make good money ? my advice is if your doing good where you are don’t think the grass is greener on the other side .

I just moved back to the United States after living in Canada for 7 years. I’m a dual citizen, born in Vancouver raised in the states. I am in agreement with all of this. The economy is terrible and the cost of living is unbelievable. My business suffered and realized I would never prosper in Canada. I’m lucky to have options.
