Approx 10 years ago a friend told me of an organized plan with the U.S., UN, other countries to “take United States of American” and change it into a 3rd World Country. The USA as we have known it would no longer exist. Medicare sucks! Even as a privileged white person having just moved cities not province and after 3 years and 2 cancers I still don't have access to a family doctor. Forget about any tests or diagnoses because you are told you need to have a family doctor to have access. People die of curable diseases here more than in many other developed countries. Can you see how they control medical expenses we pay for in Canada?

My parents came to this country in the 70s from a small country in SAmerica. they brought me 3 years later and my handicap brother 2 years later. The USA embassy made my parents sign a paper stating that my brother will not used any government assistance ( he had polio when he was little so he has to walk with scratches) and that's what my parents did until my brother got a job. He worked for 40 years in the same job until he retired 6 years ago. With the exception of the mass rehab center for job training, my brother never used government assistance. \nI remember my mother and I we used to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning to shovel the snow from the driveway so it would be safe for him to walk to his car to go to work at 5 am. I am very proud of my brother. \nSome people think that receiving government assistance is smart, but we think is not bc it makes you a dependent, you loose your sovereignty as an individual. And these people don't realize that. Personally I think these people are getting paid to do this bc this is not normal. \nIn the other hand, the USA government in the quest to protect its interests ( mainly the corporate interests) support candidates that will go along with what the US says. \nI would like to point out that in this country, there's plenty of corruption, do u do anything about it? ! Every single reason you mentioned about why you left Vancouver (Canada) is valid. My husband and I left Vancouver a couple of years ago and have been living in Spain since then. This is one of the few immigrants I have a compassion for. I see Jose is working in the construction field on top of a roof in the middle of the winter I have kids I don’t even wanna work and they have the ability to work there. Just lazy. It makes me happy to see all the comments of legal immigrants to the US who are angered by this. Personally I have no issues with legal immigration from any country and I respect it and I'll break bread with you cuz your an American now like me. I think legal immigrants are a breath of fresh air and we can have some support coming from the Hispanic community against illegal immigration. Sm people think if your hard on illegal immigration your racist against Hispanics but that's not it at all. We need more legal immigrants with this mindset to help diversify the republican party and help to stop democrats from labeling it as a racist party. Now adays so many people aren't republican solely because they aren't white and think the democratic party is more favorable to anyone of color. But the republican party favors Americans period regardless of race. Illegal immigration is bad even if America was in a totally different place and bordered a white nation we still wouldn't want em in here just as much. If Canada had a curropt authoritan government and they were all illegally immigrating here than it'd be them we'd be having these disputes with.
