It’s a zhithole, cheapest house in poorest province is 300,000 while salaries are 45,000 a year where you take home 30,000 in a year for high taxes but people are so stupid that just won’t stop immigrating cuz they think is just like the US where you work hard and you are rewarded. Canada is not. The more you work the higher taxes you pay. Life is expensive , housing is in crisis and healthcare is gone. But philipinos indians and Africans won’t stop coming here thinking that lifestyle is similar to US where only cultural and languages are shared. Quality of life it’s worst and worst every year. I'm a PR working in Canada, and my parents visit me once every few years. During this recent visit, they really noticed Canadians are suffering from high prices and crazy housing compared to before. The government needs to act and come up with some effective policy.

cheaper to live in the philippines then all canada with nasty prices !, rent will never go down , even if all the students lets say leave , nothing is going change that , no matter what government does any more , your going to see higher taxes , high inflation in food , and people living on the street ,, this what the government did , rich stay rich , middle class stays very poor , this your so called canada of the year !

Please check the visitor visa application properly before approval. Visitors from a few countries are applying for asylum after landing in Canada.\nHow come a fake Asylum seeker gets a visitor visa? Instead of granting visa to high school graduates they should welcome more to family sponsorship, professional graduate students on the funded program. Canadian take student loan from government to fund thier undergraduate program. People chose to immigrate for quality of life and experience new things. It is very disappointed to mobe to that country where the housing is top challenges and affordability. The consutlant offices has to be penalized for selling canadian pr. Because Canadian citizenship doesn't give you lots of rights. In the EU, even if you get citizenship in one small country, you can easily move to another European country. I've worked 5.5 years in the Netherlands in an ordinary town. I'm a Dutch citizen now, and I can easily move to Paris/Brussels/Rome. I'm moving in the upcoming months. Europe is kind of one big country, and Canada is a sparsely populated state with a notoriously cold climate everywhere.

I think it is the quality of the immigrants that come to Canada that needs to be analysed. If too many low skilled or people with unemployable skills are granted visas, then any country, let alone Canada, would seem like a tough country to settle and earn. Canadian govt seems to be lenient in allowing too many unemployable ppl to get into the country. This has resulted in an imbalance. It just needs a strong govt which Canada lacks at this point in time. 90% of the problems can be solved within 4 to 5 years if govt stops or regulates visas.

I live in Europe. I have been to Canada several times. I found that Canadians are more racists than Europeans. I would not like to live there. It is too cold. I have experienced temperature of minus 44C.
