if the customer says he’s going to pay in cash why would you not bring change???? scammers all of them lmfao
2025-01-05 0
I wouldn’t be the customer from hell about it. But I would politely tell the delivery guy that I’m not accepting or paying unless he can break a 20.
2025-01-04 0
Respect for your patience and restraint despite the meanness of the customer
2025-01-04 0
To be fair,he should have had change for the customer.\n I'm not sure why he would'nt have the change he owed him.\n The customer should not be mean about it though.

Half of the information is not true. I spent 12 years and Indians are good at customer service. Yes there are some who are not but many are good at it. I was in USA and many people dont greet and start scanning the products and that doesn't make them not being good at customers.

Customer is definitely clown ?

Take food and give it to someone in need and report customer….\nSend them video of customer abusing you …

Indians should learn to speak in English in a public place where they serve the public. And bro well said, they don't have any manners towards customers especially towards immigrants. Pathetic.
2025-01-02 0
This customer is incredibly rude.
2025-01-02 0
Such customers need to understand that, they cannot move ass and get there food. And someone else is doing his job and he need to be calm and patience.
2025-01-02 0
We all know it’s the responsibility that’s holding him back otherwise the customer would never dare to this with anyone again
2025-01-02 0
Canada is pice of shit. You face trouble customer every where but guy showed patience
2025-01-01 0
Why are they coming here, stay in your own country, you don't want to learn our language and customs, we dont eat ricexand beans, and we don't kill rape and rob, as a normal way of life, fix your own country.

These are east Indians coming from the UK. They had US visas from the UK. What is Canada to do when they are in transit passengers from the UK and given fake or real but seems fake US visas. All international intransit passengers dont go through customs at their stop over country. Its an international fact. The East indians knew that if they boarded their flight to the US they would get sent back to the UK and hence India so they decided to illegally cross our border. Canada could not have prevented this. But now that we know this is what they need to do , we along with the Americans should step up our security. They could be terrorists. For decades we lived with a non secure border now foreigners are fuc**ng with our safety. India take some responsibility. You boast on the world stage and scold others, well what do you have to say now. Canada and America should tax India for the time and resources they have had to use since Moody says India is the 5th largest economy and they have money. Please if you want to come do it legally.

This customer deserves no pizza and a knuckle sandwich ? instead

Thanks to multiculturalism, immigrants have been told time and again by Canada-hating politicians that they don't need to assimilate, they can keep everything they cherish, from their language to their religion, customs, values, traditions, heck they are encouraged to display them in public for the sake of diversity. This is the perfect recipe for the destruction of Canada or any other Western country that allows this kind of unbritdled folly. As a son of an immigrant parent, my father did everything he could to assimilate because he loved Canada and its people. This reality doesn't exist anymore, vast majority of immigrants come solely for the economic opportunities and don't give a rat's ass about Canadian values and history.

Tell the truth… our government pays them support and housing upon arrival and employers are given wage subsidy for hiring immigrants!! No temporary visa allowed period! Come in the right way like many others before them and be vetted. Canada is being invaded and we are losing our jobs and housing, and not to forget our customs. We as Canadians are fed up!!

I'm not an indian but i felt so pitty with that delivery guy.. hope he gets justice ... Fuckinh asshole customers
2024-12-29 0
Maybe the customer 's parents didn't teach him basic manners...
2024-12-28 0
Sounds like customer just wants his change from a $20 bill while the delivery guy is trying to claim the whole thing.\nAnd everyone in the comments somehow thinks he is the asshole???
2024-12-28 0
TBH I'm getting really tired of being the few at work who speaks English. The Indian Coworkers keep send Customers to me. Cause their English is so very bad. I Don't even work in Many of those Departments! I Don't know the Answers!\n\nManager: Grab a Coworker who can translate.\n......HOW THIS TRANSLATOR DOSEN'T UNDERSTAND ME EITHER!!
2024-12-25 0
What a prick of a customer. Ban him.
2024-12-25 0
Sounds like customer wanted to pay with cash and get change. Delivery guy thought he wasn’t supposed to get paid in cash and so didn’t bring changed. Delivery guy says you can only pay in credit card or exact change. Customer got IRATE AND OFFENDED AND FELT ATTACKED. Delivery guy just trying to do the transaction. He does not want to argue or start and conflict or be there any longer than he needs to or cause any problems for anyone. But some people take everything PERSONALLY.
2024-12-22 0
So basically the guy gave him a 20 dollar bill, the delivery guy supposedly didn't have change so wanted to take the entire difference as tip, customer got mad and started filming because he wasn't getting his change.
2024-12-20 0
I feel so bad for this delivery guy ....customer was a total d**k . He was much calmer thsn i would have been .

I am from Mexico city originally, I have lived 10 years in Canada but now it is India 2.0. As an immigrant I tried to learn the customs and values from Canada. I came and I speak the language and blend with the culture. I leave back in my country all the things I didn't like it. Call me racist but Indians are not trying to blend in the culture they are trying to convert Canada in the place they are running away. \nI also am against if any mexican try to do something opposite to the Canadian culture. And please get a good shower, the smell is bad everywhere

Has the rude customer been named and shamed? Should lose his job.
2024-12-12 0
Hi. Just a firendly reminder. Educate your custom officer to learn to hide their racist behaviors at least for a limited time (otherwise it would be so difficult for them lol). You have your valid travel document but they tend to see you as a fugitive or a non-white person
2024-12-11 1
Delivery driver tries to deny change to customer (scam) so customer becomes belligerent.
2024-12-07 0
Customer is a clown ? \n\nWell done young man who delivering he stay calm and handle it professionally.
2024-12-07 0
Was the video recorded by the customer ? ? Such fake news
2024-12-06 0
You idiot customer stop abusing hard working people. Not everybody came illegally
2024-12-06 0
Canadians are MOSTLY VERY NASTY people! The customer seems to be taking drugs or drinking alcohol. The delivery guy should have called the police as he made threatening comments that were caught and recorded on camera. IDIOTS without class ACT LIKE THIS; probably CANNOT AFFORD to pay with money, anyway!
2024-12-05 0
if you don't like our customs piss off to a country that has you idiotic religion
2024-12-05 0
Sorry for any worker who has to face this kind of deplorable behavior from customers.
2024-12-05 0
Another thing to consider is to not argue with the police. In a traffic stop, you will usually do much better if you are polite, compliant and apologetic. They can breathalize you any time they want- no probable cause required! Yes, you have rights, and if your rights are trampled on, argue it in court, not on the roadside. If you’re drunk, and they tell you to go home- do it. NEVER attempt to bribe a police officer (or other official)- EVER. \n\nWhen dealing with officials, or difficult customer situations, getting loud and argumentative will make them less likely to help you. Being humble, asking for genuine help will get you much further. Persistence is okay, but remain quiet and polite about it. “I’m sorry, but I just can’t seem to get this done. I’ve done what I thought was right, but it isn’t working. Can you please help me solve this? I’m really stuck.”

WOW, I respect that guys patience. If that had of been me, the customer would have been taking his food through a drip.

I do think it's worth pointing out that the cheap labour reduces incentives for companies to invest in increasing productivity. I think the high real estate costs might be a problem too - too much of Canada's available capital is going towards expanding housing supply and not enough on better technology - software, equipment, etc. I think part of the stagnant productivity has been due to lack of investment in technology, rather than laziness of workers. It's also worth pointing out that a lot of the workforce has been in government, which has been spending more and more money while not having much to show for it, so productivity in the government is another issue too. Bureaucracy and red tape can also be detrimental to productivity in both governments and the private sector. Maybe Canada needs more competitiveness (ex with telecommunications). Lack of training could be an other obstacle to productivity, or for example... not speaking English properly. Sometimes when I get customer service with an Indian, I have to make him repeat 5 times because of his extremely thick accent. He might not be lazy and trying his best, but still not very productive. \n\nWith slavery in the US, the South has been rather inefficient with their labour because slaves were relatively cheap (still had to feed and house them). With the end of slavery, came a big increase in worker productivity.\nhttps://www.nber.org/system/files/working_papers/w31758/w31758.pdf

Since he knew the customer was recording while abusing him he should have just said out loud the customer name and address like, Hi order no. X stall no. Y, pizza for Mr. abuser at Abusing street ?

The basic lesson from the Economy. How did China become rich and have high technology? Thanks to cheap labor, American capital, and factories, we built in China...Thanks to Chinese capital and technology Mexico will be one of the biggest producers of electric vehicles..They don't need the American market. This planet has 9 billion potential customers...The right thing to do was not to put tariffs but to open an EV factory in the USA using Chinese technology and money and everybody would benefit except Elon Musk and gas and oil corporations ..BYD or NIO better than Tesla costs about 25,000$ only... Tesla sells batteries for EVs for 26 000$...The same battery made in China costs 7.000$ because China has its own lithium. We should say goodbye to Elon Musk batteries and import batteries from China or make a lithium deal with Bolivia as China did. We would have American EVs better than Tesla for just 25.000-30.000$.\nCustomers are paying tariffs and this money goes to the government...Adding tariffs on most of foreign products is the faster way to create the Great Depression as Herberr Hover did in 1930 when he added Tariffs on 2000 imported products

In the full video of the customer did not get the food and was banned from calling the service or using the service at all anymore\nThe reason why the guy was so calm is because he did not want to lose his job, but he was definitely not trying to give the order up. That’s why he didn’t just take the money and leave. He wanted to make sure that the customer would not going to use the service anymore and not get his food. \nWe stayed on the phone remain calm, and they told him he could bring the order back without getting in trouble \nSo the customer got banned got told to fuck off and didn’t get his food \n\nTo anyone who sees us if you were like this person in the video (the customer)\nKeep in mind not everybody is going to stand for this or act so calmly \nEntitlement is a crazy thing \nBut it can definitely get you hurt

Honestly it’s the company’s fault for not clarifying u must pay with exact change , I don’t even think u can do such a thing so I see why customers get mad used to happen to me when I was cashier and short in change or dollar bills but to act like dic muncher and be nasty well that’s gonna get u hurt

Mad respect to you, brother. You will go far in life. I know for sure. The customer guy is already living a shit life that's why he is projecting such meanness.

In the more than 80 applications and several interviews I underwent to land my 1st job in Canada, I started to notice something: I was primarily being contacted by people who had migrated to Canada at some point in their lives. Although I saw this as an act of solidarity, it also made me question why I hadn’t been contacted by more Canadian-raised hiring managers and recruiters. Today, I think I may have at least a part of the answer.\nAfter a few months surrounded by co-workers who recently migrated to Canada, and interacting mainly with Canadian customers, the colliding of cultures has become evident to me. Letting a person finish their sentence before jumping to give a solution, asking “may I?” before taking an article off someone’s hands, and true active listening, all these things go a long a way in building relationships. Doing the opposite causes friction and even arguments where customers explicitly say: “Please don’t talk over me, listen to me first.”\nPutting myself in the shoes of a hiring manager who is culturally Canadian, knowing that Canadians are very risk averse and kept to themselves: Why would I stir the pot in the workplace by bringing in a foreign worker who may have internalized habits that are seen as rude and abrupt?\nIt’s not only about English skills, degrees, who does things faster, etc., but cultural awareness. If you don’t take the time to learn about the culture of the place you are migrating to and/or expect that locals welcome habits that could be perceived as rude and shocking to most Canadians, you are going to limit your network to only people in your cultural group - which will definitely hinder opportunities for growth. Don’t make the mistake of assuming that everybody thinks and acts the same as you do.

We can just have AI replace the Indian tech support customer service reps I suppose. AI is going to take over plenty of other tech jobs soon anyway.

Make it more expensive to deal with USA = customers go to a cheaper option= Americans pay more for all your stuff.
