How about stopping the flow of illegal guns into Canada?! The vast majority of handguns involved in violent crimes come from the US. It's not just a one way issue.

You'll have to implement a TSA system for buses if you want to stop this. No one is going to go for that. Including Trump. I'd be for it, but it's not happening. Too many bus stops. You'd have to have 3 shifts of TSA people at every dinky place in the US.

There are BILLIONS of ppl who in Africa, South America and Islam multiplied one thousand times in 100 yrs. They will not stop rapidly recklessly multiplying and of course, high numbers of kids per adult, esp abandoned mothers, creates poverty. Even if they make it to adulthood on hand outs stolen from your tax dollars they cannot possibly keep up with infrastructure, housing, sanitation, education, roads etc for an exploding population. You cannot possibly keep up with their needs. Then they blame us for causing their poverty when ctually it's their own fault and these smears are propaganda to justify invading us, robbing us of our jobs, driving housing prices sky high and stealing our ID's, posing as us, and getting jobs they use to deny us survival in govt, banks, medical, housing, HR etc. YES THEY ARE> It's very obvious. They get a stolen passport then change the name, photo, reissue it and voila. They have their own corrupt people in position to do it on the back end. It's already been exposed in the UK for many years. It's a global program, carefully coordinated. And people in the inside are helping them led by foreign men in dresses. YES THEY ARE. It's also worth pointing out - CANADIANS HAVE A HIGHER STANDARD OF LIVING THAN 90% OF U.S. Citizens. We are better educated AND we have free health care. Those people are NOT running TOWARDS the US I can guarantee you that!!

The Military is for Soldiers. Not People hopped up on Rx Steroids. They are there to take Orders, not give them. This is not High School. Why should the Us government pay for Sex changes, when so many injured soldiers must wait 6 months, to have their bombed off leg check- up. It is a Personal Problem, it's not related to Department of Defense, the US, or dutifully Serving this country.

The whole world knows the truth about non-assimilating Indian behavior. Either this reporter doesn't know it or she is in perpetual denial. At my son's school during the drop-off rush in the morning, Indian parents would always, I mean literally always, as in everyday, they would stop in the middle of the street so that the wife can help their child get off their car, all while blocking traffic. In doing so, their child will not be late, but making all the other cars' children behind them late. I witness this first hand, everyday. It's like they had an exclusive Indian meeting, all agreeing to do this during the drop-off rush. It's so annoying. If we honk at them for doing this, they would cause a scene and would call us rude and racist. When all they have to do is simply follow traffic rules and regulations so that all parents can smoothly drop off their kids on time.

People move to countries with wild dreams fantasising that everything will be easier and they will be richer. A lot of people just can't adapt to a new country. Some do extremely well. I know a lot of entrepreneurs that have gone to the US and Canada to start businesses and then they move back to their countries in South America or India to live an amazing lifestyle and travel a lot. I suppose it's nice to accumulate wealth faster and know that you have a Canadian passport to fall back on if you need to get out? I'm part first nations. I do not live in Canada for related reasons - but I love my country and what we stand for.

US internal society problems will not be solved by sendind migrants away. We really don't know all the details, or what their records were, or how they came to be here. It's hard to completely judge the matter because they're not giving us all the facts. But I do uphold humane treatment of people. personally it gives me chills. Reminds me of images of the African slaves.

If your country is bad enough to make you want to flee, why do so? Every country has had to struggle. Even here in the US horrible things have happened to it's citizens. You cannot run from your problems. They must be solved, one way or another. The US had a civil war. It was horrible, though you could argue the outcome was good. If you live in a country, you have a duty to be a part of that country. Whether that means voting, partaking in social norms, etc., you are a part of that. It is not another country's problem if that turns out being bad. If the majority of a country installs or allows in one way or another a horrible governing party or group to run things, it is their fault and theirs alone. Like sticking your hand into a hot pan, there are consequences. This will get bad before it gets good. Hopefully it ends good.

I could give 2 fucks about their situation & trauma's. Guess what the world is brutal, ruthless, unforgiving, & dangerous. USA is no better. We have our problems as well & it's not easy. However, America has provided Canada with favorable trading relations and high-cost subsidies in the form of military and territorial security for decades. That clearly was a slap in the face and wasn't very smart! You had to figure some American president would ultimately say enough!\n\nAmerica has supported, defended, and offset the national defense costs of European nations for over seventy years, while EU countries and their leaders have routinely mocked and ridiculed Americans. Is it really classy to slap the face of someone who protects and supports you and your quality of life? No, it's not! Tariffs on EU products are likely coming soon, and reduced defensive support for Europe means they will have to pay more taxes for their defense and goods.

I have 2 brothers that live in the US and they both enjoy living there. Yes, the medical is expensive and not as good as Canada's medical plan. But it's also true that you could get in fast all in the US. Hospitals pill to getting in to Canadian hospitals for appointments. For\n Myself, I love, the US has lot of nice cultures. And I Love all the theme parks that you guys have down there like Disneyland and hollywood theme park as well and even Hawaii.

Why do those of us on the political left keep allowing those on the political right to dictate the terms of public conversations, even when we have the facts on our side? It is estimated that 1.7% of the world population is biologically intersex. That's roughly the same as the percentage of the world population that is naturally redheaded. Trump's executive order states that the US government only recognizes two biological sexes.  This means that as far as the US government is concerned, biologically intersex people don't exist. This is analogous to having an executive order saying redheads do not exist.  It's nonsense.  So, why aren't biologists from all over the country pointing this out? The percentage of the world population that identifies as transgender is at most 0.6%.  So why are we talking about transgender people when there is a larger group of people that Trump's executive order discriminates against?  Here's why: because folks on the left insist on allowing those on the right to set the terms of almost every debate we have in this country and folks on the right are happy to ignore intersex people (whose existence conclusively establish that their views are false) and those of us on the left stupidly follow their example in doing so. If we are serious about protecting trans people, we need to be smart about this. Let us reframe the public debate to focus on intersex people.  This will make exposing the lunacy of Trump's executive order much easier when engaging a general public that is too ignorant, lazy, and indifferent to educate themselves about trans people. So, let's help out the lazy ignorant masses by adopting a simpler (and more science-based) approach to the debate over whether there are two biological sexes by making the simple, scientifically sound observation that biological sex is bimodal, not a binary.  And not amount of executive orders can ever change that fact.

And I'm sure with some people coming across the border. There may be a sense of entitlement, but I would think for the majority, it's a sense of hope.\n I wish we could embrace every person. That is good coming across that border with open arms and tell them Hey, it's gonna be all right. It's gonna be okay for you and your family. But unfortunately we can't. The Law in question is US Code Section 1325 for illegal entry (misdemeanor) and 1326 for re-entry (felony). It is indeed illegal, not just irregular. Just in case it's helpful ??

What's truly alarming about this executive order is the lack of pretense. Anti-trans laws have usually carried a faux language of concern for transgender people but now it's straight to dehumanisation. Being kicked out of the military is a minor concern now. Trans people in America should be focusing on arming themselves and drills to protect themselves from state violence.
