I think Canadian People are fantastic but I have objection on the Governance of Canada. Canada has every quality to became No. 1 country in the whole world but its Government include central and provincial are not working to make Canada No. 1 in the world. This is an issue to be addressed soon as we can see what’s happening in the US. \nMoreover Looking for a job in Canada as a skilled and educated immigrant is a hard task . You have to downgrade your education and skills to be suitable for the jobs . I got a masters degree and I had to removed from my curriculum in order to be considered for the job and not be overqualified. This is a common thing for skilled Inmigrants. This tells you a lot that being a skilled immigrant is not well recognized here in Canada

Well if I was younger I would certainly be gone. This is not the Canada I grew up in, hasn’t been for 8 years. If we get another 4 years with this current Liberal or NDP government, I may take my chances elsewhere anyway.

Canada is not freezing during winter times at all. In all the provinces except preries the winter is average, -5/10 Celsus - that's not cold at all. Even in preries it's not always -20/30. A lot of days it's -5/10 there as well

I landed in Toronto in fall of 2006, its like a paradise for me at that time, a two bedroom apartment costs only $750, everywhere is clean and neat, I never saw a single homeless people, now everything degraded, very sad to see Canada is sinking, I'd like to call all Canadians vote Trudeau out.

I have a theory; US lottery gave PR through a random selection, it allowed ourliers who otherwise will not qualify to get PR and move to america, these are the ones that start business and do random stuff that diversify and boost the economy. Canada PR system is based on point selection, points are earned from degree, work, language etc, this brings a specific type of people, people good in classroom, obedient people who look good on paper, these group are not risk takers, they will find a job, go back to school and struggle for the same type of opportunities. this places pressure on the system to cater to them. This is just my theory

The government should be very clear to immigrants. Canada doesn't need workers in the Professions. Canada needs janitors and donut servers willing to live with two other families in a 2 bedroom condo or we need the rich to fleece off of. Most jobs you'll find pay 45-50 k or demand experience so specific no immigrant and most residents can't hope to qualify. Canada has a labour shortage the same way it has a shortage of 40k Porches.
