I have very wealthy cousins who moved to the US for work, and I'm trying to talk them into moving back to Canada, but because of health issues, they prefer to stay in the US because of the availability to them due to their financial status. I understand that, but I still prefer our universal system.

The problem is the unequal distribution of wealth. People prospered from living in Canada, but are not willing to share their wealth. So the government is forced to maintain unsustainable population growth to facilitate unsustainable economic growth. How can any immigrant from any country be alowed into Canada with no officially certified trade, no profession, not a nurse, not a doctor, not an engineer, etc. and then work at minimum wage jobs in a convenience store, gas station, Walmart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, McDonald’s, or truck driver, janitor, etc.!! Unless immigrants have a certified professional trade then otherwise they should “NOT” be allowed into Canada !!

Im from Portugal ?? which is a much smaller and poorer country than Canada obviously, but even here we also have the same problem. Our capital city basically looks like a south asian colony nowadays, you have higher chances of hearing languages from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh or Nepal in the streets than portuguese

I worked with an Indian fellow and I was amazed at how racist he was towards Indians. He was endlessly annoyed that he came all the way to Canada just to end up in India again.

The guy speaks fine English and seems adequately qualified. He can get a decent job in Bangalore, hydrabad or gurgaon. The salary will be less but the purchasing power will be more. Why do people like migrate to Canada, I never get it.
