The same thing is happening in some parts of Quebec where there's a massive influx of undisarable immigrants, specially from Arabic and Maghreb regions as a result that crimes skyrocketed, inflation went out of control and there's a vibe and a culture of imposition. I've been living in Canada for 5 years, became a citizen, with high paying job and I still struggle with high amount of bills and taxes. I don't understand international students really like Canada. It's so expensive, the winter is the worst! Canada is a beautiful scenery that you only want to visit not live with it!
