(This keeps you on a safer place!!!!!!) many people skip this in the name of ‘janja janja’ just to get there. But if you follow the procedures and do the paperwork, guys huwezi tu kuenda mahali.\n4: KNOW YOUR HOST COMPANY! (Do research ? make sure it’s a legal company), UNDERSTAND YOUR CONTRACT before you choose to travel. Please this is very important. You can seek deep information about what you are going to do, information is everywhere guys. SEEK information. Many people just want to go ‘majuu’ but they don’t seek information yawa??‍♀️\n5: Lower your expectations (you can’t just blossom in two months). Usikuje na idea at ohhh I will be investing home blah blah! Manze, pia huku kuna bills, the rents, the TAXES, you still need to eat and your whole welfare! \nAnd don’t go majuu thinking things are easy there, NOOO guys It’s never easy! People just SURVIVE ?.

We indians have mentality & habutal of living in crowded artificial & cosmetic & polluted social environments in India, they missing all such things in Canada, otherwise friendly nature open minded quality councious clean living people definitely love to live in Canada...India a highly flooded population country where above 50% population living like in hell, roads are heavily crowded with huge traffics & highly risky , crome is worst , same corruption is everywhere, so if any body go in to deepth of painful condition of India only than anyone can judge benefits of living in Canada.

I am born and rasied in Toronto and I would have to say what is happening now in this city is do to the covid fallout. Toronto has always had higher rent then most Canadian cities but I think with the loss of jobs and and the rise in cost of living all over Canada due to covid I would say that Toronto is going through some hard times like everywhere eles in Canda. Unfortunately because it is the bigest city alot of people have moved here in the hope of a better life. I have noticed a rise in drug use but have not noticed a rise in violent crime. They do say that the TTC is got worse...Hard to say as I take the TTC every day across the city and have not noticed any diferance other then more and more people are useing it again. During covid the subway was empty and now all these people that have never used it before are having to learn how it all works and subway edict. I think media is making the subway seem worse then it is. To me it has not changed. I do agree the real problem is dealing with homeless that was more hiden but now is out in the open. Funding from all levels of goverment needs to help all big canadain cites more. I think Toronto will come back again to what it was pre-covid. Hopfully soon!!

Let me add this , if Ghana or Nigeria has the working ethics needed to at companies or business these two countries would have developed so well , ask yourself whats the quality of life for a person who is developing in Nigeria and that of Canada , Nigeria and Ghana has the most laziest and Greediest Government official , they come to work at the time they want , they work anyhow and they steal from the government too , meanwhile a country is developed by the hardworking people in the country , Cannada has built their system in a way that it doesnt support lazy people, how many better roads and energy system thats nigeria have , all that money for that is spent by lazy government officials and illegal business men , listen young men and women , you the situation in Ghana and Nigeria , dont let these opinions back stop you ,life is hard everywhere but live and workhard in a country that supports your hardwork because there is no place for a lazy man on earth

If u need to be in the abroad for work then do dat and return home frequently to over look projects. Eat healthier and avoid hospital, teach your children their culture so dat they can stand up proud. The west has a way of confusing these kids ooo canada is the capital of the alphabet gang, they brain wash children with it from kindergarten and as a parent if you disagree they can snatch the child from you. We have problems back home, its the same everywhere.

I’m sorry about the negative experience of these ladies. Most young children bring their parents for housekeeping and babysitting. Once the children are in school they are on their own. Sounds like they shop at low end stores. Farmers Markets exist in all communities city wide. Specialty stores have food from all countries as do restaurants and same is with clothing! You can call a cab any time! Don’t blame Canada for lack of social life it is what you want and do! There are resources available everywhere including volunteering and making friends. ??

As happy as I am for him and all those who work hard to get somewhere they definitely deserve there success! However dont ruin it for others as well! Prices in US are much lower than Canada even though there population is 10x than here! Desi people have ruined it everywhere they go!

Insurance here is not any better. It’s the same everywhere but I still prefer the US as they are prouder people in Canada Canada has let go of its territory & pride.

canada is a shit hole (born and raised here) yesterday there was a job fair at a grocery store and the line of people applying was over a km - for the lowest level position possible. rent in a town no one in the world has ever heard of is more than N.Y.C or Tokyo. we have thousands of homeless immigrants sleeping outside in camps in toronto as they have no where to go and everywhere you go in this country someone is dying from the opioid epidemic, crime has gone up 50% in many cities. no one will ever buy a house and the people born here cant/wont have kids because its to expensive. the Canadian population is dying out bc out government is trash and instead of helping us they bring in more immigrants who will take the shit housing with 14 adults in 1 room and wont call the labour board when they are exploited. that is why Canada accepts so many immigrants bc they are exploitable - very easy to see when you live here its disgusting.

We have our share of creeps in Canada. There was the mo trial massacre of a couple dozen women at the polytechnics University. It happened in December a few decades ago. Some guy opened fire on women just because they were women and he was mad that females got training and he did not. December 6, 1989. Murdered 14 women injured 13. Mind you there's little pockets of that shit everywhere. Just don't step in it. Overall, we are kind of oblivious until it happens to us. But no, I would never want to live in the states long term unless there were great health benefits .

Lol All of the benefits you listed at the start of your video about living in the US, Canada has. We have McDonalds and Starbucks everywhere too, we have amusement parks, and job opportunities. As a Canadian, any time I travel to the US I am like concerned about gun violence. When I interact with someone in Canada I can be pretty confident they are not carrying a gun, or have a gun in their car. I still travel there though.

So as a Canadian, you don’t quite have the perspective that we do from up here, the batshit-crazy political mess is from coast to coast, everywhere I’ve seen from the US, from local politics up through to federal politics they all skew to support crony capitalism (by comparison), accept religious Christian (or Mormon) fundamentalism, and generally are extremely undemocratic by comparison to what we are used to here in Canada. Don’t get me wrong, we definitely have our faults, but it’s everywhere in the US and a whole order of magnitude or more. Up here it’s bad enough we have to deal with the blowback and seepage of some of these bat-shit crazy views like the anti-abortion issue , extreme gun rights, science denialism, and anti-LGBTQ2+ nut jobs.

canada is a successful america they have similar cultures and things but in canada they've accomplished multiculturalism, health care is free, is less patriotic and more inclusive, welcoming and is right next to the states giving you access to some of the perks of america such as Hollywood for people in acting and musical careers and New-York city for theater cooking and businesses so moving to america is like moving to offbrand discount canada..\n\n america focuses on stereotypes and is not very welcoming at all they in fact sometimes tell u to go back to your country and healthcare costs a fortune, the politics are just pick ur poison on whos gonna fuck up the country less and the school shootings are a given, not to mention how prejudice and racist people are in america and extreme patriotism as well as how uneducated the average joe is, like theres dumb people everywhere but america is just pathetic when it comes to dumb people

Glad you mentioned racism: Canada is a ewhite nation because it destroyed the original indigenous population and i am amongst those that believes its far too late to change now. We nearly succeeded. They want people of color to feel as if they're not good enough. You will expereince this everywhere you go in Canada. Somedays it will be subtle looks of disdain. I’m 47 years old, black (Caribbean descent) and have lived in Canada my whole life. I’ve lived in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary and visited all over the country. Have never experienced any racism of any kind. Toronto and Montreal in particular are incredibly diverse. Not sure how you would see any overt racism in those places. I'm FBA and I grew up in Toronto from the 60's until today and I can testify to what this sister is saying! In addition, over the years there are very few black Canadians from the Underground Railroad or decendants of slavery in Canada still in Ontario area and more black immigrants from the Caribbean and African Diaspora that walk off the boat with disdain for FBA! Imagine having an economy based so heavily on housing...it cannot possibly be sustainable. The fact that nobody wants to live outside of Toronto, MTL, Vancouver or other big cities doesn't help. The only reason people buy houses in places like Barrie or Hamilton is because they can no longer afford anything in Toronto or the immediate suburbs. \n\nThe future of Canada is 5 giant mega-metropolises, with undeveloped wilderness everywhere else.

Yeah, I've been talking to a Canadian over discord for almost 2 years now trying to learn more about the country and what he told me was shocking. Canadian make about 25% less and pay 33% more in taxes then American and somehow a house in the middle of goddamn nowhere cost as much as a house in Portland. If you live in NYC, SF, or LA yeah you can forget about buying a house but its not like in America housing is unaffordable everywhere like in Canada. In Texas, you can get a big beautiful house for 300k, the catch being that real estate taxes is really high and you still be paying that even after the mortgage been paid off. Florida is affordable but hurricanes, Cleveland is really cheap despite a good reputation, and a house in the rural areas is easily under 100k. Canada pretty much have no houses under 300k which is made worse by the fact that they make less, taxed more, investment is harder + more expensive, and it actually hard to establish credit because they don't have looser standard like in the US.

Homeless situation up here in Canada is incredibly out of hand. Tent cities everywhere except the upper class policed communities as per usual. They vote em in then throw em at the working class communities to deal with.\n I was out for the first time in my boat yesterday, and cruised past 2 homeless tent communities on the shoreline of Hamilton Ont. I was only on the water for an hour so I'm sure there are more.

Sorry but no USA, no Canada or Europe cares about illegal immigrants because there is a work shortage everywhere and in every profession, those countries need them, and will have economy problems without them. Maybe in 1 year they stop that for just a year and start all over again.

An important factor as always been for me the different of murders, mugging, rapes, theft, people killed by firearms each year up to 38 000 a year in the US, add other types of weapons, and many more. In Canada we have clean water, lakes everywhere, we have so much more good timber for building, land for farming etc. The cost of health care in the US and schools can easily ruin them, their parents and families. Canada health care is mostly free for everyone, although seemed slow by many, but is it slow or are they worried to see a doctor to realize nothing is wrong with them ?? Going to see a doctor for a cold, a bad night sleep etc are not really worth a doctors time or theirs. The education system in Canada educate their citizens, watching Youtube videos about Americans being asked common questions like : Which 2 countries border the USA?? Sadly most are morons and think it is Europe and France LOL Parents and children's have a way better time when they give birth and spending time with their families ;-) You might get better pay in the US, but then you have to worry about getting shot, robbed or killed, get your car or stolen, house broken into etc. Plus add all the scammers and scams in the USA, that citizens, non citizens and politicians and city officials and even cops do, no thank you.

All people living in countries with nationalized health want to continue the lie that it actually offers quality service. There is so much proof everywhere that this is not true. Canada is a perfect example.\n\nAs someone who worked for the largest hospital chain I can tell you that 30% of our revenue at hospitals we owned along the US northern border came from Canadian citizens. It kind of makes you wonder, if Canadians get amazing high quality free healthcare, why would they drive to another country to pay for it? \n\nThe truth is anybody in the countries that have socialized medicine that can afford to, ops for private care. Piss poor quality care by people who hate your guts because every one of you has entitled lightest coming out of your ears. Well Canada is a great country, my grand parents were able to get here in 1957 with their 3 kids, after going through and surviving WWII, work in Europe was scarce and employers were abusing their workers everywhere. My dad was one of those 3 children's, he met my mother here, they had me and my sister. Today i have 3 boys of my own and my sister has 2 girls. Canada has any country as their plusses and minuses, but i wouldn't live anywhere else. I've lived my whole life on the south shore of Montréal, worked in and around Montréal for 35 years. Never ran out of work as long as i was willing and able to work. I've worked in all my life, 65% immigrants and 35% Québecer's. There both are kinda racists in some way and they have there own reasons as well. I was bullied in school till i was 11 years old, i had an accent and dressed differently since my dad made our clothing. Being ridiculed, pushed, punched etc, and then one day the bully of the school approached me and wanted to fight me. I was scared, everyone else were laughing, so i clenched my fist and punched that kid right on the nose. Everyone got quiet and the principal came out, we went to his office and then he asked me straight away : Are you gonna do this again or was it a one time thing ?? I said it will be one time thing unless someone else wants to fight me again, then i will have to defend myself again. He said ok and now go back to class, and that was that. But in the 1970's with the augmentation of people moving here after WWII, people in Canada were scared immigrants would steal their jobs etc. My grand father worked all his life till he died at 82 years old. Worked 6 days a week, 12 to 16 hours a day. My dad had worked all his life 70 hours a week and sometimes 85 hours a week. People complaining about doctors or hospitals, a lot are going in for a cold, the flu, headaches etc, for sure take 2 aspirin or tylenol and stay home, no need to see a doctor for that. If you have a broken limb or were in an accident, you go right in and get fixed up without issue really. Any country as it's inconveniences in the end ?

Once upon a time Canada was a peacekeeping nation... not anymore...once upon a time Vancouver was beautiful.. now it is a has been city.. drug addicts everywhere, homelessness way out of control..my sister and my nephw moved to Vancouver in 2020 they both have walked by a dead person on the street... whether it be from a drug overdose or exposure to heat or cold.. last winter my sister said the homeless people gathered around streetlamps for heat... I left Canada in 2021 never to return.

I’ve watched the video and I’ve read many comments. My message it’s to immigrants, Canadians & everyone. Just be some patient to read for you to think reasonable after this. I’m sure you’ll start to be reasonable regarding Canada. I had a good life good job & a nice home in Ukraine. Due to the barbarian russian invasion my family & I fled the horrific situation in Kharkiv city. I was driving a mini bus of 4 families! Most are children. We’ve arrived to Europe. Crossing many countries (Poland, Czechia & Austria) we’ve arrived to the country leading the EU. In Poland & Czechia, we’re treat very good by the people. In Austria we got hardly a payed hotel where children could get a rest!!! We still didn’t understand why they don’t want to give us rooms despite we’re paying for our staying!!! In Germany, I believe that the government did its best. But the number of comers is huge! Of course many they got disappointed as happened with me! But I still understand and believe that really the government & people did theirs best. So fast I got a job! The social connection helped to introduce me to the company! But i was not hired, I still to express myself & my qualifications. The manager was understanding, so he accepted to communicate in English and to offer me the job in case if I am successful doing the job during the first week at the site. I had to change the machines menu into English. So the manager was very satisfied with my job and I got that job. The rent! You’ll get it only if you receive the blessing of each member of the county and a very strong social connections! The doctors! To make just a blood work for my son it took 45 days of waiting! To get the doctor appointment, you need that a German guy call and get you the appointment! Because when my wife called, the secretary said: we don’t speak English! But when my wife went for her visit she figured out they’re speaking English better than her!!! My son has an issue of hyperactivity, so they refused to accept him at school more than 3 hours a day! And he was excluded from the birthday parties of his colleagues aswell other events! Other Ukrainian children, they were just attending classes! Just a show! No body cares how help their integration! About, the taxes! The half of my income was going to the government! The money back?! Only 200 euros/ month for my kid. And nothing else. Nothing! To get a neurologist appointment for my son it was necessary to wait 3 months! Prices?! Everything expensive! Technology?! Not better than Canada at all. Bureaucracy, Canada is much less. Banking system, Canada much better. Where in Germany?! The best province in Germany “Munich”. Where people stoped long ago dreaming to purchase a home. Guys, Canada doesn’t through broken people as we were in camps! Where nothing is human there! Canada doesn’t enter you in cercle of hell bureaucracy just to get your kid into school! And if he needs a support he get it right away without any background that he’s not our!!! I got a good job in Canada; so fast. Without any social connections because simply I do not have any. I rent an apartment for my family, without to proof to the landlord that I’m the best guy in the world with a witnessed county about that!!! I want you to be sure, that I am not the lonely case. Just ask Ukrainians stied in Europe for a while before they move recently. Just ask them. I am not saying it’s a paradise or cons don’t exist. Just paradise doesn’t exist! And cons are everywhere. Just I want you to be fair about Canada. Please, be reasonable! The cons in Canada are not catastrophic, and it’s not difficult to fix them. It may take some time, but not difficult. Believe me it’s not about only Canada. The whole world is going a step back! I wish that my experience, helps to understand appropriately.

Ive been to Greece, Ireland, England and Scotland. I will agree that tap water and food is alot healthier abroad than in the states. Public transit sucks in most American cities. There are trains EVERYWHERE in the UK. You can walk a block and see a train there. But the sprawl here is the problem so you mentioned that. I will say Americans are friendlier to tourists than most foreigners, but most Americans are really mean when they travel abroad, so I guess that would balance out. The cost of living argument is hard to agree with, but I wasn't there during the rent hikes, I came back from UK right before they happened. I've heard inflation everywhere is bad, but maybe not in Canada. Love your guys' videos. Keep it up. I always show these to my girlfriend to start discussion/find common ground, and they have not once NOT worked, so well done.

To each his own because i have had horrible experiences in Canada. During covid lock down , i went to visit my sister and missed my flight twice because of difficulties with getting a covid test. There was a whole long line just to get a damn test. Here in America there's a CVS everywhere. \nI also did not like the food there too much. After buying food from a local restaurant i knew my home cooked food would have turned out better. \n My sister gave birth and bought a sofa around the time she just put to birth. The guy doing the delivery left the couch at the door after i begged him to help us as my sister just had a c-section and could not lift heavy stuff-he refused and i was just shocked. In America people would gladly help if you needed help.\nLast month i sent my sister a Christmas gift through UPS and when it arrived Canada, they returned it to me after i paid to clear it at customs.\nI would never want to go to Canada again.

I lived for 8 years in Alberta (Edmonton) and for the last 30 in the GTA (Toronto, Whitby, Oshawa). Previously I lived in New York, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, and California. So I have been around a bit. Every country, state, province has its plusses and minuses. I have enjoyed every place we have been. For Canada I am especially appreciative of the health cares system. I don't fret about whether I have the money for the care I need. I appreciate the general civility of individuals. Yes there is homelessness, but I find that everywhere. Yes homes are expensive, but this largely applies to places such as as the GTA and Vancouver area. Yes, there is racism, but have you ever been (especially) in the U.S. South? My snese is that the complainers are more bitter over their own experiences than they are objective.

You're not correct about the Quebec government banning the hijab - actually they ban all forms of religious expression in clothes worn at work by public servants - so don't criticize us unless you get the facts straight. All countries are facing public health crisis especially in the aftermath of a global pandemic, you mention how long it could take to get an MRI - weeks/months, but it's no worse than in the UK, or other western countries. I do agree with you about limited competition in banking and tech - but we're still a young and growing country, however, look at the global recession that took place in 2007 - Canada was least affected by mortgage default, the US was hit the worst and hundreds of thousands had their homes foreclosed by the Banks, yet in Canada because of our strict banking policies we were saved and the Banks worked with defaulters to try to keep their homes. Taxes, well most countries require you to file your own taxes at the end of the year - what's so strange about that? Yes sales tax is added onto the sales price depending on what province and what you are purchasing, same as US, just because it's not the same in Europe doesn't mean it's worse! Listen, when you're a newcomer to any country you need to fit in when looking for a job, put in the effort, take the time, do the work, any country is going to expect you to be able to speak the language and know the lingo, so I don't agree with your analysis that Canadians are risk adverse! You are 100% correct about the housing crisis, listen it's been going on everywhere for decades, and international investors in the past 10 years or so woke up and noticed that Canada was a great bet for investment, so the problem got really bad. The government just passed a 2 year moratorium on non Canadians buying real estate - as have many other countries, so fingers crossed no more new foreign landlords just regular Canadians buying their first homes, let's hope so!! I've lived many years in Europe - and I loved it! But the quality of life in Canada is better. If you don't live in the crowded city you can have a nice property with lots of space, good roads, not bad school system, very friendly and helpful people. Quebec has some of the best food on the North American continent, we have clean air and lots of water in Canada - I'm very happy here, so don't be so negative please!

Most of these problems are not just Canadian problems but are immigrant problems and some are just developed nations problems , most people will face them in every country they go to!! The uk, us, Australia mention others are all expensive with just a 0.4 difference! Getting a Canadian passport and moving to another country which is not your native country will solve nothing and it’s not easy to move to a new country unless you have someone to sponsor you!! A Canadian passport will not allow you to work in the US or UK you will need sponsorship for a visa _ all it offers is a free visit visa for about 6 months I guess but not allowed to work! Work visas are complicated and depend more on skills than passport you hold! As a US citizen I can’t work in Canada visa free I can only visit_ the same with Canadians coming to the US or the UK ! \nFor the weather I feel you! We’re lucky In the US cos every type of weather you want you can get it without sacrificing living in a big city But other problems are quite similar everywhere! You have to walk around them and create ways to enjoy the beauty your country has to offer! Running away from from a country your a citizen of cos of loneliness or boredom is not a solution especially when you moving to a country your not even a resident of! Cos establishing residence is never easy unless you have a community there already! Otherwise it will be worse than where your running from!

Id rather pay high taxes than be used as gun targeting practice when ever Im outside, living in a country with no social security net. And ER waiting times are the same everywhere. Canada boring? I live in Montreal. Americans come here to party with the legal drinking age being 18 yrs old, instead of the American 21.? Also, youre not obligated to go to a seniors residence when youre older. Thats a CHOICE. Dont base living in Canada just on your experience in one city, TORONTO, the most Americanized city in all of Canada. My parents left the US when I was 2 yrs old to come here and it was the best decision they ever made.

I was born and raised in Canada. My family immigrated in the 70s. Growing up I was proud to be Canadian but after living in other parts of the world I can tell you, Canada isn't it! \n\nFirstly our Prime Minister is a puppet he works for the Commonwealth and whatever they say goes, they profit off all of your hard work. \nThey keep you sick so you rely on the health care system. Medicate you instead of solving the problem. Doctors are exhausted, rude and over worked, emergency rooms are a disaster and if you book an appointment to see your doctor...be sure you're waiting at least a week. If you go to a walk in clinic you risk getting a doctor that seems like they paid for a fake degree.\n\nYou know when you go to a mall in one town and then hear about a mall in another town that has really cool different things??? Ya, not here! Everything is monopolized! Same stores everywhere you go. there's a mall in Toronto called Vaughn Mills mall, when I was in Calgary they have an exact replica just a different name. Small businesses are hard to keep because everything is so expensive. As you asked , if these reasons are valid and right enough to leave then YES and myself i Left Canada , and have no regrets at all.\nAll the reasons you mentioned are very true and honestly I have no desire to go and live there. Life is extremely dull there and someone in comments also mentioned , and I would also mention Canadains think Canada is amazing , bcoz they know nothing about other cultures and for immigrants why Canada is amazing bcoz they have no other country to go , and it's very much hyped everywhere otherwise Canadian system is a mess to live in.

Thank you ladies for those comments, to someone who is readying this today, I am an immigrant and I have lived in three continents, EU, MIddle East, USA and Canada, \n\nCanada is the best, just be smart with your financial decisions, and dont live in Van or GTA, Edmonton and Calgary for the win, yes weather sucks for 5 months but it does everywhere. \n\nUAE is great for making money, but its all fake and holo, USA is actually pretty unsafe and I felt it before I decided to move. and EU has basically the same tax situation. Portugal is really nice, but most immigrants are either french/english speaking so portugal is never an option, the adoption is too much. \n\nAlso a lot of it depends on your profession, I am an IT specialist and jobs are a plenty at pretty good rates, and if you are smart, there are several ways of shielding yourself from tax, \n\ndont want to brag but us brown (south asians) always break this code, tax no tax a brown guy will have all of his ducks be done with college, with a house mini van and picket fense, all with no debt and hard work, i cant understand how others cant do it (african brothers not included, coz they follow the same template as we do)\n\n cheers my hustlers

health care everywhere is strained in the us they just lost 37 000 healthcare workers in feb. not saying canada is perfect but no place is perfect either. Things need to improve specifically with primary care.
